Nous y avons passé deux nuits au début de notre autotour. Hôtel calme, propre. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Petit-déjeuner complet. A proximité de l'US 1 pour rejoindre les principales attractions de Miami. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. A recommander.

NE PAS SE FIER AUX COMMENTAIRES PRECEDENTS l'hotel est génial les réceptionistes super accueillant et qui parlent francais (1sur3). Les chambres sont spacieuses et tres bien equipées. Les 2 jaccuzis sont au top! Certes il y a une taxe de séjours de 60$ non mentionnées mais a part sa tout était parfait. Hotel tres bien situé a 50 metres des bars et en meme temps l endroit est calme. Seul Hic des vacances lorsque vous louez une voiture bien faire attention au stationnement on ne peut quasiment se garer nul part les parcmètres proposent une durée de stationnement courte et si vous dépassez de 2min vous avez une amende a 90% je parle en connaissance de cause..(18$ a regler sous 1 semaine sinon 48$) des parkings payant et surveillés sont proposés mais 30$ minimum la journée...les fourrieres tournent 24h/24 et la facture s'élève a 300$ prenez garde! Hotel a conseillé vivement 4.5/5

Old building need to be renovated, carpet in room need to be replaced, sliders' glass are very old dirty showing that they have not been cleaned for a good while, faucets and showers are malfunctioning. The hotel was old but improvements are ongoing. My room was large, clean and comfortable. I travel so this was a perfect location of this trip of 9 days and 8 nights. I would stay here again.

"horrible service"
It took us two hours to get to the hotel on the shuttle. When we finally arrived, the restaurant was closed. The driver was sent to pick up boy scouts at the train station. So he passed the hotel, and we were forced to go on a wild goose chase looking for the scouts. Not the driver's fault- on orders from the hotel manager. I had a terrible experience at the Ramada. I asked in writing for a good wifi before and on arrival. When I asked the front desk about it, they told me "just log in". But there was a technical problem to be fixed next morning. They knew about that beforehand. Also, lamp and alarm clock were not working. There was a clogging in the bathtube. I asked […] for a wake up call which was never made. I had to rush and almost missed my flight. I made a couple complaints but never receive any email or response. We arrived late but the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. There is a shuttle to the port but if you do not arrive to this hotel early, there is no chance of getting a later shuttle and we did not want to get to the port before 11 am as the cruise line would not allow us to start boarding before noon. The staff arranged for another shuttle […] and it cost us $15 ea to take which is more than a taxi but the taxi's are really busy on cruise days. The hotel has done some updating and the rooms were clean and pleasant. This is not a bad hotel to stay at as the pricing is very reasonable and very close to shopping, 1 block away. Hotel was nice and clean. Last room 276 was very noisy, we think it was the elevator going up and down. reception forgot our wake up call. First stay onFeb. 17th phone and alarm were not working, which is an issue if you have to leave for airport by 5 a.m. Overall not a bad experience, just little things that didn't come together.

When I arrived at the hotel, it wasn't what I expected. It seemed to have less quality than the travellodge that I stayed at the night before. Until 23:00 the room was very noisy due to the proximity of the elevator and something that might have been a central airco system. I expected to have a long and sleepless night. "Ramada Inn - Hialeah"
The hotel was good for the price. The shuttles from the airport and to the Port of Miami were great. I stayed at the hotel as I had a couple days between my flight and my cruise. The bed was comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly. Once the pool is finished being renovated, it will be much better.

It was a nice & comfortable hotel. It was disappointing that breakfast was not included. Also it took a long time for the water pressure and hot water to warm up. Other than that, we were pleased.

The room was adequate for my needs. I was traveling on business so I just needed a clean bed and decent bathroom/shower. My a/c unit was not working properly, and you could tell the hotel had been renovated (somewhat shoddy work in some areas) but all-in-all it was fine. Nothing to brag about but I wasn't expecting it to be. I do love the "San Francisco" […] soap products they provide. It would have been nice to have a refridgerator and micro-wave in every room (not many rooms have them and they were sold out when I booked.) It looked like there were incomplete renovations in our room. There were repairs in the bathroom in which the paint was a different color, however the bathroom fixtures looked relatively new. The location is a quick drive from the airport. Not a bad stay.
"Overnight stay"
This hotel is about a 20-30 minutes shuttle ride from the airport but close to shopping and resteraunts. It is well maintained and staff was cordial. It is a little dated but clean. Even though it is right next to the expressway, the noise level was very low. We would consider this location again when traveling through MIA.

I booked with this Ramada, because it had a pool and a hot tub. I was looking at other options which only had pools, so I was excited to find this one online! What I was not told was that the pool and hot tub were under construction, and were available at all for use! I was very disappointed! The hotel was not able to do anything about it either as […] I had booked with hotels.com and not with them. Didn't get the type of room we pre-paid for, had to stay in different building, the lobby of that building must be where everyone goes to smoke!...no WiFi in room...tv remote control went bad, got a new one...door access card stopped working, got a new one...breakfast was stone cold first day, not so bad the next 2 days, gave up the 4th day and skipped […] it altogether, in-room coffee was good...pool was being dug up and replaced or new pool, couldn't tell. all good buy pool in renovayion and we were not told. One family was there with two small kids going to the pool. They were disappointed to find out the pool was closed.

I stayed at this hotel a few times before, but this one was very disappointing. the initial room we were given had no space heater, and the temperature was unbearably cold. The response from the attendant after midnight was cold and discouraging. He was not at all considerable, nor conscious of the fact that another room would suffice. After respectfully […] demanding assistance, he granted me another room in another building and sought to provide no assistance in transferring to another room. Beds are awful. Condition of the hotel was bad.
We got to Hotel about 6 PM the rooom we got was a handicap room we did not need a handicap room. Bathroom large but only a small sink which was falling from wall. One of the nite table lamps not pluged in because cord short after 1hr maint got extention cord . In the am went in to use bathroom and had only hot water, even toilet full of hot water. We booked 3 nights to stay there but it's very uncomfortable to stay so we stayed there only 2 days and stayed 1 night in another hotel. I wouldn't recommend any one to stay there.

Liked that it was just off highway and not a long drive from the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Booked it online and found rate to be reasonable. Had plenty of room in to work and relax. Liked that it had a restaurant/lounge; was able to have breaskfast in it one morning. That was convenient. Building appeared older, and some things looked […] like they needed attention, and got feel that in its heyday it was quite something. Although I stay frequently at this hotel, I would be reluctant to recommend it to others as the quality of the service is VERY inconsistent. On more than 2 accasions I have been there and am placed in a room at the back of the premises where the promised/advertised services are non existent. No wi-fi, no safe, no refrigerator, no micro-wave (in the […] room as advertised) There was no attendant nor security presence in that building. There were other persons there who were also dissatisfied but hug it up. I was prepared to raise hell, and they saw that so I was relocated to a room on the main building where all the promised services existed. We were there only for one night, but it was comfortable, clean and definately central for our business in the area. Close by to the Airport. Staff helpful and friendly. Would stay there again and recommend to others who would be there for the same reasons as mine. Affordable as well. AH

"under renovation"
The elevator near our room was out the whole trip. The pool had been drained. The ice machine did not work. The hallway had large areas with chipped paint and the carpets were filthy. Even though we were in a non-smoking room, the second night the hallway near are room was filled with a strong smell of marijuana. There were people out in the hallways […] using the outlets and talking on the cell phones. Our bathroom door did not close properly, had to be kick on the bottom to close completely. In the middle of our stay both our electronic hotel keys stopped working. We did not receive any explanation other than the cards are old.Maybe before the hotel went into renovation mode and went into total disarray it might have been two and a half stars, not now. The hotel has been improving its standards recently. The physical infrastructure is being upgraded but needs further repairs to the pool and the carpeting . The quality of the service provided by the staff is friendly and very good.

This hotel is ideally located with quick access to major highways and Mia international Airport. The shuttle service is reliable and staff are friendly and helpful. The access to major retailers and shopping is within 500 metres as well as access to restaurants ;drugstores ,hardware retailers and banking.This is truly a one stop location with minimal […] chances of getting lost and loosing time to find your way around. Would not stay there again. I killed a cockroach and the comforter was dirty. Service was moderate but out of the 4 staff i dealt with only 1 was pleasant and knew anything.

the overall appearance of the hotel is poor. the facility is run down....and obvious. there is a building A and B....we were given a room in B....internet service there non existent....could not hook up. when asked if a room available in A we were told there was renovation on floor 3 and 4....but the next day floor 3 was miraculously open. staff overall […] very nice and helpful.
