L'hotel est parfaitement situé, de nombreux métros à proximité et un métro direct de/pour JFK. La chambre était prête avant l'heure indiquée de check in, le storage pour les bagages est gratuit (rare à NY), le personnel est très aimable et l'hotel très propre. MAIS les chambres sont trop petites, pas de coffre dans la chambre, le strict nécessaire de […] produits de toilettes (savon et lotion c'est tout). hôtel située près du métro et juste a coter de littel italie c'est un hotel fonctionnel, par contre l'insonorité des chambres est a revoir... on entend tout d'une chambre a l'autre....

Quelques doutes d'après les commentaires, il est vrai que si vous êtes en dessous du 11e étage, vous avez les vibrations du métro. Demandez à changer de chambre. Sinon excellent hôtel pour le prix, bon petit déj buffet à prendre avec la chambre, personnel sympathique.

aucune insonorisation entre les chambres, le 1er jour mes voisins etaient tres bruyants a tel point que j'entendais leurs ébats amoureux :( allez y si vous voulez vivre des moments comme celui ci

Cet hotel est très bien situé avec un prix compétitif; le confort est classique pour ce type d'h^ptel. Mais le bruit de l'extérieur est absolument insupportable; cela ne s'arrête jamais. Et comme les oreillers sont durs, pas possible de les faire tenir longtemps sur la tête. À éviter si vous êtes sensibles aux bruits de tous types.

Un bon coup d'aspirateur sur la moquette de la chambre et sous les lits n'aurait pas été du luxe. (bonbons, emballages diverses et variés de nos prédecesseurs etaient bien présents). Pour le reste ok, linges de bain changés tous les jours ,personnels accueillants.

I came with a lot of expectation about this hotel. First the good things: -The location of the hotel is real good as its between some interesting areas of Manhattan: Soho, Tribeca, Chinatown and Little Italy. -There is a Subway station a minute away. -And the hotel and the room are clean As for the bad, well!!! When I was there the internet was, […] at best, spotty. The first day they said the had issues and were being corrected but for the 8 days that I stayed (and was not all the time in the room) I didnt have 5 minutes of continuos connection. The tv "had" a lot of channels but only a few you could see. And I'm not talking PPV and the like, I'm talking about the over the air channels that you could see now but in 10 minutes were gone!! -At first I stayed on a 3rd floor room and the noise, from guest and the street was a lot, and it's a relatively quiet part of Lafayette St.! When I was moved to the ninth floor everything was somewhat better. Went once to the restaurant for breakfast (I didnt have the included breakfast) and was offered the option of buffet and a la carte and I opted for the buffet as it was already done and I was in a rush. Well, my mistake, you get the same things as you would going a la carte but at 3 times the price!! Yes, you could serve yourself 100 times, but come on!! I think that for the price that I paid the hotel was lacking and I would hesitate to recommend to anyone. Personally I would go somewhere else for my next visit. Lisez la suite

The hotel is convenient to SoHo, but the hotel is not nice at all. It is like a motel. And they have issues with their cable working. I would not stay here again.

Clean, convenient to metro, and nice view from higher floors.

Close to China town, little italy, soho and tribeca. Ideal location. Small Rooms. À bit dark.

We recently stayed here for a friend's homecoming and the stay was good. The rooms are snug, but not too bad, considering it's NYC. Couldn't have asked for a better price. Beds were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are small but very typical for NYC. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. The location is perfect if you are there to shop and dine. Theaters are close by as well. Guest Service was very helpful. I would stay there again.

Very modern rooms, recently renovated and so looks great. Decent gym. Price seemed to also attract a younger crowd (hanging out in the bar area when I checked in around 10pm). However, I had a tough time sleeping with all the subway trains rattling by (6, N, Q, R, J, etc.). If you are a heavy sleeper, this may be an incredible bargain for you. Satisfied.

Well kept hotel at the south end of SoHo and just north of China Town. Room was typical size (had a two double beds) for a NYC hotel. Caution: I am 6' tall and my feet and ancles and a bit of my calfs hung off the ned of the bed. The pillows and the matresses are actually smaller/shorter then their standard sizes.

Clean, up-to-date rooms, friendly staff. Low rumble of subway under the hotel was audible in our 8th floor room -- this took a bit of getting used to for me, and continued to bother my wife. I called to ask the front desk to have someone retrieve room-service trays with dirty dishes from the hall (where they had been for hours) -- front desk said they […] would take care of it, but a couple of hours later, when we checked out, the foetid french fries were still in evidence. Convenient and easy access to everything. No issues, would stay there again.

Great value, very clean and comfortable and quiet. No complaints. Well-situated to visit SoHo locations.

The hotels location is quite conveniance. The people is helpful and friendly.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. The bed was surprisingly comfortable! The staff was friendly & helpful. But..... the heat/AC unit switches didn't function properly (turning the dial to "off" didn't actually turn the unit off) and the toilet required a 2 or 3 flushings to get it to work right. NYC is too cold in the winter

Everyone knows that NYC is expensive. Taking that into account, we still wanted to do our family vacation in New York between Xmas and New Year. The room for two double beds was tiny, no fridge, no microwave. Clearly substandard compared to typical hotels in the U.S. (but again...this is NYC). The revolving door did not work during 4 of the 6 nights […] we stayed there, there is basically no lounge or nice seating area, and the so-called bar closed at 10 pm. Of course, there was no breakfast included....but at least free internet. The bathroom was ok, and the bed covers were nice and cozy. The hotel is close to little Italy, but Canal Street is awful except, of course, the close proximity of several subway lines. So overall, a solid 3. Lisez la suite

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend in December and had a fairly bad experiences. First, we found dirty laundry from a previous guest between the bed and the wall. Second, when we asked at reception if they could recommend anywhere nearby for breakfast, we were told to tryMcDonalds or Dunkin Doughnuts. We were really impressed with the staff during our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Soho. They were pleasant and went out of the way to meet our needs. The room is small but other than that everything was up to our expectations. We don't spend a lot of time in our room anyways when we are exploring a city like New York City! All in all a good stay!

HOTEL ROOMS VERY SMALL. PARKING IS 65.00 BUT IT IS EACH TIME WE TAKE ARE CAR OUT. BETTER TO STAY CLOSER TO DOWNTOWN AREA.

Assigned first to a handicapped room, which was almost horrifying--double bed (glad my husband wasn't coming till the next day, because we wouldn't have fit in it together); shower with no basin or rim that spewed barely lukewarm water all over the room, into the drain in the floor, making the bathroom a slippery lake; no safety latch on the outward-opening […] door (I put furniture in front of it that night); several long, dark hairs found under the bedcovers. Next morning, I had some difficulty with the desk clerk when I asked to change rooms, but finally was able to go to a smoking room (which I didn't want, but which was all that he offered, and which ended up being ok because it had no discernible odor). After the change, it was tolerable, but not great. Our last full day, we left the room a little on the late side (around noon) and the room did not get cleaned that day. To their credit, they brought us clean towels when we called. We would not, however, stay there again, even though the location was perfect for us and the price was good. When we arrived at the hotel the 1 girl at athe desk was not very friendly. We we got to our room we found the toilet was not functioning properly. We called and they said they "would try and fix it" What do you mean will try...how can they expect us to stay in a room that doesn't flush?? After 2 days it was finaly fixed after fighting with them a bit. […] The tub also did not work. You could not take a bath because there was no way to hold the water in. There was no plunger to stop the water from running out. So why take a bath?? Fortunately our KingSize Bed was very comfortable but the pillows were hard like rocks. Hotel in convenient location. Had air leaks around A/C window unit which made a cold night but overall nice room. You can feel/hear subway a little when sleeping but you get used to it fast. Nice staff.

The hotel rooms are extremely small -- two beds take up all space and there is no room to move around. Bathrooms are even worse. I stayed in two rooms and both had bathrooms so tiny that there was no pace to put a vanity. The solution? They placed a marble vanity protruding at an angle in the middle of the doorway into the bathroom, so that the only […] way not to hit it is to walk around it when entering the bathroom. I successfully navigated my way around the dangerous marble corner during the day when I fully awake and could see. But during my night trips to the bathroom when I had my eyes half closed and half asleep, I crashed my hip into the marble corner twice. Next day I was moved into another room and repeated the accident! I left the hotel limping with a huge black and blue mark on my hip. Watch out for the bathrooms in this hotel, if breaking a hip on your next trip to New York is not in your travel plans! This is not to mention that when I book this hotel online, they quoted me one price, but when I had to extend my stay by one day, the hotel jacked up the price by about $100. If you need or want to be in Soho this location works and is adequate....I would definetly shop for a better value as the rooms were tiny and the price was high......

The hotel and the room were clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem I had with the hotel, is they do not have soundproof windows. I stayed on the 5th floor and all night I could hear the subway and the vibrations it caused. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at, from check-in to check out. The front desk staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. The room had a putrid smell I had to purge by turning on the A/C full blast. They charged over $14.00 for a cup of coffee. The Chinese concierge has some kind of scam going with Chinese taxi drivers who don't speak a word […] of English. It is an ugly, overpriced flophouse. A big mistake. Lisez la suite
