Santa Monica Travelodge Pico Boulevard - Santa Monica

Nous sommes rester 3 nuits au Travelodge Santa Monica. L'acceuil a ete tres chaleureux et le personnel tres agreable et serviable. Nous avons eu la chance d'obtenir une chambre au fond de la cour et pas en bord du Pico Bd qui est assez fréquenté. Donc les nuits ont ete plutot calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie confortable, il y a tout le […] necessaire pour se fair a manger si on veut. LEs equipements ne sont pas vraiment neuf, mais c'est propre. La baignoire et le pommeau de douche aurait quand meme besoin d'etre remplacé. Le petit dejeuner est convenable et correspond aux standards de ce genre d'hotel aux US. La salle où on le prend est certes petite mais nous avons toujours trouvé de la place. Le quartier en lui meme n'a absolument rien d'interessant. Le mieux est d'avoir une voiture (D'ailleurs le parking est gratuit, ce qui est plutot rare sur LA). En voiture, vou serez rapidement dans les endroits touristiques alentours (Santa Monica, Downtown, Hollywood...). En bref, nous sommes satisfait. Lisez la suite

le problème avec cet hôtel, le petit déjeuné en "buffet" toujours identique!!!pain de mie, céréales, café ou thé jus de pomme ou d'orange! bananes ou pommes !!! et ça toute l'année!!!! j'y vais pour le travail, je prends toujours la chambre avec cuisine! la vaisselle manque un peu! pas de gardien!!! comme cela des soirs, il y en a qui parlent fort dehors […] jusqu'à des 2, 3 heures du matin. ... un havre de paix à la porte de Los Angeles. A la fois calme et proche des grands axes qui vous conduisent en 30 minutes sur Universal Studio, Hollywwod blvd, Beverley Hills, ou les plages de Santa Monica et Venice. L'hôtel se compose de petits studios avec kitchinette, très pratique. Parking facile et gratuit. Petite cour ombragée avec 2 superbes […] barbecues à gaz où l'on peut griller son steak acheté à 2 pas dans une petite superette bio. Petit déjeuner inclus en salle ou en terrasse sur le trottoir. La situation géographique de cet hôtel proche de l'océan garantit la fraicheur alors qu'il fait très chaud sur Los Angeles. Très bon accueil à la réception, disponible, à l'écoute.. Très bon petit déjeuner que l'on emportait dans le patio devant notre chambre. Chambre confortable. A 100m d'un arrêt de bus pour aller à santa Monica. Pratique. Resto proche de l'hôtel.

Personnel accueillant et sympathique, chambre spacieuse, calme et confortable. Petit déjeuner correct, mais ils ne proposaient pas de chocolat. La salle dédiée au petit déjeuner n'est pas bien grande. Il est préférable d'y venir tôt.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was not fancy, but was practical in terms of free wifi, parking and location... everything was a short drive away. This is perfect for a business traveller who needs a clean place to sleep and catch-up on emails after a long day of meetings.

We were in town for a very quick tour of UCLA campus and the surrounding area. The hotel was very conveniently located to both. We easily navigated to UCLA and Santa Monica Pier (each about 10-15 min away) and also to Venice Beach (about 25 min drive). Clean, appealing looking room (we had a suite) with comfortable beds. We stayed for 1 night at the hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient, room was a good size and well maintained. Free off street parking was a bonus. Simple continental breakfast was good - cereal, bagels, juice etc. Location is OK but would recommend having a car if you stay here - short drive (depending on traffic!) to Santa Monica Pier. Stayed there 1 night. The front desk staff were super friendly. Wonderful location for not a bad price. Would stay there again! Only annoyance was cleaning lady vacuuming outside our room at 8am, waking is up, but we wanted to get on with our day anyway.

I have mostly good things to say about the hotel. If you are on a budget and need to stay some place in Santa Monica, it will be hard to find a better deal.

Nice little hotel, good location, right price, very good continental breakfast, free parking (a must in Los Angeles). Very clean, close to everything in Santa Monica.

Nice hotel and friendly staff, my only advise is to ask for an upstairs room due to the wooden floors

This hotel was very nice. a little out of town, but the bus stop was close. Trader Joes next door. I would stay here again if traveling to santa monica

Well and comfortably furnished, easy fwy access, nice kitchen, good breakfast selections, comfortable beds and very pleasant staff. Loved it being across the street from McCabes..

Very nice for a cheapish hotel. If you want to save some $ on a stop-over but be only $15 cab ride from Santa Monica boulevard, then this is the place. $30 fixed rate from LAX.

This hotel is great for practicality and location. It has everything you need for your stay, good customer service, helpful staff, nothing fancy. My only complaint was that it was a little noisy. It was a good deal, just don't expect fancy or pretty.

The travelodge was not my first choice and it turned out to be a nice surprise. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchenette was a nice bonus given the close proximity to a Trader Joes. Breakfast was a simple continental fare...cereal, bagels & toast, hard boiled eggs, coffe and juices. My wife and I visited Los Angeles for ten days to see friends all over the city. We enjoyed our stay at the Travellodge on Pico for several reasons: a clean comfortable room at a fair price, free off-street parking, courteous and competent service, access to a business center at no cost (even free printing for our return boarding passes), and a central […] location. We became regulars at Upper West, a fine small bistro a few steps down the street, and I recommend it highly. The Trader Joe's next door was also a plus. When we were looking for a place to stay in Santa Monica it seemed like the options were to go expensive or go dingy/sketchy. The Travelodge broke the mould. A bit further from the beaches but not too bad and very clean and comfortable. Decent continental breakfast and parking included. Would stay here again.

Stayed on our trip to the Rosebowl. Convenient to the Santa Monica Pier. Just down Pico a couple of miles

Stayed here for 3 nights, pretty easy to find, just that it's on the wrong side of the road coming off the freeway. Room is pretty decent and simple, breakfast spread can be a bit better but we aren't paying anything for it. The hotel was clean with an efficient staff. Walls not thick enough to drown out voices from next door, but the heater fan did the job. Remote for TV had to be placed two feet or so in front for it to work. Bad batteries in remote? Pico Blvd. is a zoo AM and PM.

EZ FWY Access - Very clean with a nice little eating/morning coffee area-Trader Joe's just a half block away and a "virtual golf" and training center just across the street along with an Up-Scale Valentino's Restaurant White Table Cloths and Attentive Staff. All in All a good location and just a few minutes from the Beach Front Amenities.

Ample parking, the hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and the wireless worked well. I would stay here again.

This was a true super experience. I did not expect the terrific amenities and service I received. The room was a little small, but very comfortable and exceptionally appointed and clean. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This place had problems. Traffic in Santa Monica goes bumper to bumper every evening making access difficult. There are no restaurants nearby. We stayed 3 nights, but our room was cleaned only twice. Every morning noise from up stairs woke us. The parking lot is just outside the window and you could hear conversations at any time. The hotel is pretty decent. It is not you ritz but certainly not a motel 6 either. Complimentary breakfast is bit of a let down but room and the neighborhood is great. 5 min drive to the beach.

The Santa Monica Travelodge on Pico Boulevard is conveniently located to several nice restaurants and shops and is not that far from the Santa Monica Pier. It is very clean and nicely renovated with a gated courtyard, complete with barbecues, tables and chairs. I highly recommend it to visitors in the area.

. This is by far one of the better Travelodge Hotels with one exception; it sits right on busy Pico Boulevard. Not an ideal situation if quiet is part of you criteria for a good sleep. The staff was very helpful anytime we needed them. The room was cozy, but we got the cheapest one. Oveall we had a great time in So. Cal, and would stay here again.

This hotel was pretty much "fine." It was nothing terribly fancy - no frills. But the staff were nice, quick to help and the room was on the cheaper side for this part of Los Angeles. Parking was cramped, but plentiful. The room was fairly cozy, despite the fan/a/c unit being a little hard to regulate.
