Hôtel très bien situé. Chambre petite mais très fonctionnelle. Cloisons peu épaisses mais les journées sont tellements crevantes qu'on dort très bien. Service sympa. Chambre très propre.

"great hotel in superb location"

"Great for Families, Great Location!"
The Four Seasons is always, of course, "The Four Seasons" I honestly can't say i've ever had a bad experience at this or any other FS. I traveled with my pre teen daughters, and we were well taken care of. They always have a little something for the girls. Milk & cookies at night. Two NYC shirts, both got a small travel bag and their very own shampoo […] and bubbles. very cute! Great for families, business travelers, couples, etc. It is in a great location. Walking distance from everything. The only complain I have is that the food and drinks are very exaggerated in price ( $8 soda & $12 for a cup of coffee) but non the less, all is is wonderful. "Subpar Four Seasons"
The staff was unbelievably helpful, nice, considerate. Really outdoing almost any hotel I've stayed in. The lobby was very nice. The hallways were bland. in fact the rooms were bland. Average NY size rooms, not larger. Some nice touches inside the room, but the room generally felt mediocre. Very comfortable bed and nice toiletries. The location is perfect for getting around Manhattan. Our rooms and public areas were stylish. My boyfriend loved the shower. The Four Season's staff is the hotel's best feature. "Great Weekend Trip."
Staff could not have been nicer and more helpful all round. It was a pleasure to walk in and be greeted by smiling faces and pleasant attitudes. The concierge service was excellent - friendly and helpful. They seemed to go out of their way to suggest restaurants and things to do in various parts of the city. The only area we were not totally enamored […] with was the TY Lounge. It was just a little too staid atmosphere for us, and the wine list included only a limited selection by the glass - we like Sauvignon Blanc, but strangely no New Zealand brands on offer - only a Russian River. "Fair Service"
We have stayed in several Four Seasons properties. NY was the most formal and least accommodating. After we needed to check out we wanted to have breakfast. Loved the hotel but internet access in our room was rubbish. Cost $12 a day and was slower than a snail. Did complain but nothing happened. Room was clean but starting to look a little tired, leather chairs had seen one to many bottomns and were showing their age. The only thing I would make a negative comment on is we asked for help from the consierge to book our shuttle bus the day before we left, however, we were told that they do not do that, but they could arrange a car for us to be picked up and taken to the airport for $190 we declined this service and muddled on. My 8 yr old daughter and I just got back from a 3 night stay at the Four Seasons. Our room on the 25th floor was impeccable - high ceilings, gorgeous marble bathroom w/ seperate tub and glass shower, humongeous changing/closet area...room where the bed, chairs, desk, etc. were wasn't what I'd call huge, but it wasn't small either, and the elegance of […] it certainly made it a wonderful retreat at the end of a busy day. We loved the location cause it was quiet and uncrowded but still close to everything...we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go...shows and time square may be a little far for some people, but we enjoyed walking and the weather was nice. Service staff at the hotel were *all* some of the nicest I have ever experienced...many went above and beyond my expecations even for a 5 star hotel. Another nice thing, and I don't know if this is standard for NY or not, was that they had almost every channel possible on the hotel TV...my daughter was thrilled to have *all* of the kids channels. The only dissappointment was that they charged me $10 for coffee at breakfast...thought it was excessive, especially since they had free coffee right in the lobby :(. Besides for the coffee, I really didn't find the lobby restaurant all that overpriced for a hotel of it's calibur...the food was great and they had a good kids menu. I highly recommend this hotel. I wanted to do something very special for my boyfriends birthday, so I booked a 3 night stay at The Four Seasons. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was HUGE- the bathroom was incredible along with the walk-in closet. The bed is absolutely divine and I slept like a baby because there was virtually no noise to speak of. This place is a splurge, but well […] worth it. I'm sure I will visit NYC again & I really don't want to stay anywhere else but The Four Seasons. Caution: you WILL be spoiled here! I find myself in NY at least 2 times a year. It's a destination where I am far enough from home where I can't be reached easily and close enough where I can hop a direct flight. For many years I've been staying at Essex House. The opportunity came and we celebrated our honeymoon at the Four Seasons. Where do I start! The hotel has a grand, quiet elegance […] the minute you enter the lobby. The hotel staff is top of their field and the location is excellent. The rooms are large, very clean, classic modern without being over done. The bathrooms are 'huge' and perfect. I know this may sound odd to some of you...but the water pressure is outstanding! The bath tub fills up in something ridiculous ...2 minutes!! (I need to speak to engineering about how they did this..need to add this feature to my next house build). There is a REAL walk-in closet.....in some NY hotels this would be a room!?! And ladies.....the lighting...the most amazing lighting I've ever encountered...made me want to walk around in the nik....I didn't cringe every time I passed a mirror!! I really can't say enough about the hotel, the staff, the cleanliness and the general aura of the hotel. One leaves the hustle of the city outside the doors of the hotel to experience a relaxed, elegant and yet simple atmosphere. The room service is excellent, the food perfect....I highly recommend. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Would absolutely go back and likely will. One very very small item, no irons in the rooms so had to pay $36 to press two dress shirts.
