Quality Inn Schaumburg - Schaumburg

Dommage qu'il n'est pas un shuttle de et vers l'aéroport de Chicago car je me suis fait avoir par les taxis qui prennent $60 pour faire à peine 15 miles, alors que de l'hôtel à l'aéroport les taxis prennent un forfait de $29. La moitié du prix de l'aller !!!

L hotel est situe juste a cote du Woodfield Mall a environ 15 minutes en voiture de l aeroport et 35 minutes de downtown (quand il n y a pas de bouchons hehe).Il est situe dans un tres bon quartier. Il y a une navette mais je ne l ai pas utilisee donc je ne sais pas ou on peut aller avec..par contre sans voiture on ne peux pas faire grand chose dans […] le coin.Le parking de l hotel est gratuit. J ai eu une chambre avec un tres grand lit tres confortable,la chambre est bien equippee avec un micro ondes et un petit refrigerateur,il y a un acces internet gratuit en wifi. Le soir on a le droit a 2 boissons gratuites dans la salle pres de la reception et il y a aussi un petit dejeuner offert le matin. C est un excellent rapport qualite prix,j y retournerai surement.Quand on voit les prix des hotels a downtown il n y a vraiment pas photo! Lisez la suite

The hotel is well managed. We stayed there Friday and Saturday night. Friday night was noisy due to guests in other rooms have kids running around. However, that was not the hotel's fault. The location of hotel is good. If it is closer to Chicago downtown, I would have rated it with 5 stars for location. This was one of the cheaper hotels we saw on hotels.com, and it was well reviewed so we decided to book it. The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. It was much nicer and cleaner than a lot of the more expensive hotels we have stayed at. We would definitely come back here again!

Great location for my visit to Legoland. Minutes away from IKEA too. I liked the happy hour, free breakfast and the indoor pool. My son and I had a great time and we can't wait to go back again.

Our stay started on a wednesday and ended on a saturday. When we checked in we could tell there were both business travelers staying at the hotel as well as leisure travelers. For 3 nights in a row there were a handful of rooms on our floor that were occupied by high school aged girls, from a school or traveling activity team. Those individuals every […] night were running up and down the hallways after 10:30pm. My husband didn't complain the first night thinking the group was only in town for one game/event. This wasn't the case. The next night, once again the running and slamming of hotel doors ensued after 10:30pm. This time as my husband stepped into the hallway, two young chaperones assured my husband they were taking care of calming the group of teenagers down. The door slamming and runing ended around 11pm. Our final night's stay, Friday, the rowdiness started around 10pm, running up and down the hallway, doors slamming and then another added annoyance. The young ladies, (loosley used in this case), came by banging on our hotel room door and running back to their room. At this point my husband called the front desk to rectify this annoyance. After explaining the consistant nightly noise all the desk clerk could or would offer is to move 'us' to another room. Unacceptable! we were not the problem, the unchaperoned teenagers were. The desk clerk informed us that the school group were in rooms in various hallways, and floors of the hotel. So our question to the clerk was' why aren't chaperones, located in rooms on each floor with the the teenagers?' - no reply. I would imagine that the hotel made a good amount of money off this group, and weren't too eager to make them feel uncomfortable or inconvenienced, we were only ONE room, they were most likely 20+. The next morning as we checked out, a different clerk was at the desk. My first thought was the night clerk may have made a note on our room account to update us on the discussion the night prior. Great value for the price - staff was very friendly. Free breakfast and happy hour were a plus although a little variety would have been nice. Pool is a little small and hot tub did not work. Right across the street from Lego Land in the Streets of Woodfield made it very convenient. Restaurants within walking distance and bus stop(station) across the […] street. Lisez la suite

Had very enjoyable stay, with excellent service. Was really impressed by cleanliness of room and hotel as a whole. Hotel is minutes away from IKEA and Woodfield Mall, so very convenient for those on a shopping excursion. Good restaurants nearby, including a Weber Grill.

Good service. Liked breakfast and HAPPY hour

we booked this hotel because they claimed they had a hot tub, when we checked in they didnot bother to tell us that it was not working, when we asked at desk, they just said not working today. Also pool started out warm and water that was being pumped into pool was soooo cold. Your hotel staff should of told us that nothing was working right or offer […] us a discount on this stay. This is an amazing hotel and a GREAT deal for this area! Everyone was so nice and the accommodations were amazing. We have a family of four with two small children and the pool, hot tub, evening snacks, full breakfast and refrigerator and microwave in the room were great! The hotel and our room were spotless. We will stay here many more times in the […] future and hotels.com made it easy to book the reservation and know it was secure! Thank you! We have a relative that lives close by that is going through some medical treatments and it was great to be able to visit her (nearby) and also enjoy Woodfield Mall (Rainforest Cafe), Whole Foods and Lego Land! This is a great hotel. We loved the location, and the staff was great. 3 free drinks a night and free breakfast. The drinks were average and the breakfast was just fine. The staff was very nice. The room was great, had a fridge and a microwave which we were not expecting. The only thing we would have liked was to order a movie, but they did not offer […] that service. Overall this was a clean hotel in a good neogjborhood. Decent price. This may have caused the rif-raf to also stay here. Very swamped with uncontrolled children. Could not get to breakfast or snacks due to children being allowed to congregate & take 3-4 helpings each, leaving nothing for others. Hotel itself was fine & staff were pleasant.

Comfort,location,perks make this a great place to stay for business , family mini-vacation or weekend get away.

Went to a funeral for my wife's brother and just needed a place to stay. We didn't needed room service and stuff like that. The room was very comfortable and convenient to where we needed to be. And in a good part of town.

Cons: Smaller pool, hot tub. We had a small room w/ double beds Pros: Warm room with warm swimming pool, free eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, waffle breakfast, free drinks great location, clean room but dated hotel. Rank this better than a 4 star we stayed in not long ago.

I stayed one night with 2 children. The room was clean and comfortable. We also used the pool and hot tub and that was also incredibly clean. We did not go to happy hour which was included in the booking price but we did go to breakfast. The food was good and there was plenty for everyone. I would recommend this hotel!

Clean convenient and affordable considering how many hotels were in the 5 mile vicinity. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub small wished a larger one but then the price would go up! No problems whatsoever.

The breakfast is free and is good. Swimming pool is well maintenanced. Close to a big mall, airport and CTA park and ride train station.

Hotel is in great location. Room was very clean adn staff wonderful. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and movie theater across the street. Great value for the money!

It was my first working trip to US -Schaumburg and had to stay there for a week , so choosing a good hotel that is affordable, safe neighborhood and with good accessibility (walking distance) to malls / shops are important. Glad that I have chose Quality Inn and i truly enjoyed my stay surrounded by staff that are friendly to assist me in every way […] (especially arranging shuttles) in making my trip pleasant and memorable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We didn't take advantage of our free drinks from 5-7, the pool, or the very minimal fitness center, but we did eat breakfast. Not just a basic donut or muffin breakfast, but it included eggs, biscuts n gravy, sausage, waffels, cereal and more. It was a good basic hotel for the family to spend the night while visiting my […] parents. The biggest negative was the very small/tight bathroom sink space.
