très bonnes impressions de l'hôtel avec piscine intérieure couverte agréable en fin de journée. Malheureusement déçue par les environs de l'hôtel, peu de commerces ou de restaurants. par contre excellente situation à proximité des chutes et de rainbow bridge.

Hôtel très accueillant. La chambre était très agréable et propre. Cet établissement crée la différence en incluant un petit déjeuner buffet varié avec salade de fruits frais. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Ne pas hésiter à réserver.

Lit confortable, le buffet déjeuner était très bien, grand stationnement, belle piscine, très près des chutes.

j'ai une tres bonne memoire: 1) la chambre (une petite suite de deux chambres) est exacte mon besoin; 2) selon ma demande, il y avais un lit d'appoint, c'est parfait; 3) le prix comprend une place de stationnement, c'est tellement agreable pendant la nuit de mon sejour (le 31 dec.). Great breakfast buffet and room was nice! I would recommend this hotel as a great over-nighter.

The room was comfortable. Carpet was worn. Would've been nice to have a mini fridge come standard in the room. The duvets were lumpy from overwashing. Not many channels available on the tv. Pool looked nice. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall it was good for the price we paid.

Room was very cold.. Turned on heater horrible smell almost like it was in fire came out! No window to air it out! Our power went out while in the jet tub, turned on fire place smelled up the room.. Slept in cold room

With the star rating for this inn,I did not expect this quality of service.I would difinitely recommend others to give it a try.For the price,I think it was worth the stay.Breakfast could have been a little better with not having to do your own toast,pancake,etc.I would suggest a 3.5 star for this place regarding overall service and cleanliness.

Nice room althoough cramped for a stay with 3 kids. Breakfast for the most part was fabulous and had something for everyone in our family. The roof was leaking in several places in the breakfast lounge and lobby. Our door on the room had to be slammed to latch properly and was not latched several times in the 2 day stay. The room was clean with the […] exception of several very noticable stains on the carpet. Overall we enjoyed our stay and got to experience the attractions that we wanted to see. Most were within walking distance. For the price I would have expected everything to be in top notch condition although we did enjoy our stay just the same. The staff was very friendly. "easy night out"
We love the proximity to the old casino and the area attractions. We always get e great bed and the free breakfast is a bonus. We book here 3 - 4 times a year for a one night get-a-way.

"Hampton Inn in Niagara"
The room was a suite and was very spacious but my main disappointment was the fact that I could not adjust the temperature in my room. The thermostat was broken and even after they sent someone to fix it, it still didn’t work. This was extremely irritating because it was too hot in the room and sleeping was uncomfortable.

The room was equipped nicely. The problem with our stay was while our room had a jacuzi, it quit working the first night. Hotel frontdesk was notified that night however nothing was done the whole stay not even a reduction in the room cost. The location was the saving grace so to speak.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable, but the rooms need a renovation, and the neighborhood isn't the best. Only stayed one night to see the falls with my kids and should have spent the extra $30 for a hotel with a view, closer to the falls.

Enjoyed the quietness of the location. Fairly close to Niagara Casino and good restaurants. You need to drive to the Fallsview. Room was very clean and bed was comfotable. Plenty of food for breakfast. Get the fresh fruit ealy as it ran out before the end of breakfast. Would definetely go there again.

Had a short two night stay. Hotel was nice - right across the street from the casino which was perfect. No view of Falls which we didnt mind. Was only about a 10 min liesurely walk to the Falls. Hotel was only two blocks from Clifton Hill. Complimentary breakfast was waffles and omelettes. Would definitely stay there again.

My partner and I just spent 3 nights at the Hampton Inn by the Falls and were very impressed with this hotel. It is only rated as a 2.5 star which had me a little nervous, but after reading all of the other positive reviews thought it was worth a chance. We would definately go back again. Great hotel, nice breakfast, and convenient location. Only complaint was condition of hot tub - rather murky water, but we noticed that they were cleaning it on our last night, so probably not always that bad. Otherwise, great stay.

pros: good location, affordable and breakfast was good. cons:There was hair in the bathroom shower and on some of the towels. The iron was leaking water. The rod iron railing off the patio door spaces were tooo big. My infant daughter was able to get her head through there.

The Hampton Inn by Hilton is centrally located so that it is a short walk to everything but it is not right in the middle of things so one can sleep at night. The convenience of the free parking as well as the free quality breakfast made the Inn an econonomical choice. The front desk was especially helpful when I requested a roll away bed, later when […] I needed a razor and even when I need help resealing a bottle. The only shortcoming we found was the layout of the "family suites". They open only on to the inner balcony/swimming pool area and have no windows looking outside. The "suite" we had was large and comfortable enough but one of the rooms had no window at all, making it somewhat claustrophobic! hi the stay wasn't to bad a bit of a walk from the main falls. i wasn't to pleased with the pool being in the lobby. also when i checked the rate on line and then booked on the phone the price was 40 dallars more

We had very ejnoyable and memorable 2 nights at the Hampton Inn. It is not too far from the Falls. Breakfast is included which is a plus, so is the parking. I would always reccommend this hotel to all.

Close to attractions and falls were within walking distance, if you like to walk. Room was OK but there was a loud humming sound, not the air because I turned it off. Good thing I was very tired because it would have kept me awake. Breakfast was not that great, too many people and no room to sit. Price was high for what we got. Would not go back.

We can't say enough nice things about this place!! Everything was more than we expected....the location, staff, and the room were all great...If I had any complaints it's about the noise from the aircondioner unit and the bathroom fan..........Nothing to keep us from coming back again...Thanks:)

Nice Hotel, great location, breakfast was great. I thought the $20 for the Cot was a bit much. Carpet gave off an odor but not overwhelming.

Close to Clifton Hill and all the action. We have stayed in Niagra Falls many times and have stayed in many hotels in the area, the Hampton Inn was a really good one for the price. Very clean and hotel check-in was easy and staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was decent and FREE! Would definitely stay here again!

I recently spent a night at the Hampton for a wedding. I treated myself to a jet tub, king bed suite and found the room to be larger than I first assumed it would be, had a fireplace, in room internet and was quiet for our stay. The hotel is shapped in a square with an atrium area in the centre, open to all inside rooms, exposing the pool, breakfast […] area and check in; if you want an outside window, ask for an outside room. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, but if you're looking for a quick bite, it isn't bad. I personally didn't like the placement of the pool in the atrium where other guests were passing-by, but it was clean and warm. Staff were friendly, although I wouldn't arrive any sooner than the 3pm check in, cause you won't have a room yet. Despite all the little personal issues I had, I would definitely stay here again.
