For a few days, you feel like at home ... the separate bedroom and the kitchen help you in that way. This hotel show a very interesting confort/price ratio. Well done guys ! On top of that ... the laundry is free of charge.

"Great place to stay"
Less than a mile and a half from the historical old city, this is a home away from home. Great staff, quiet space, very large in suite conferencing. Only thing I would ask for is more elevators. The 3 in service take awhile with as many floors as this hotel hasAvis véridique Hotels.com
"Great location"
Great location, nice rooms, enjoyed my stay at the hotel,if I had to be picky and fault the hotel it would be the hotel room doors which are spring loaded and guests let the doors go instead of holding onto the door till it closes causing a load bang which does wake you up with a start, but this is due to the guests not the hotel I suppose.I will be stopping […] at the embassy suites when I next visit Philladelphia. "Not the Embassy Suites I'm Used To"
Not sure how this hotel scores almost 4 stars because it's a 2 star at best. First of all, the hotel is shaped like an octagon which seems fun until you get inside- like a maze trying to get to your room (literally)! The free breakfast is in the rest. TGIFridays which is in the hotel and it's so nasty we could hardly stand eating in there. The floor […] was disgusting in Fridays When in the room you could hear other doors closing on the floor with a big bang due to the auto-door. The clientele, well let's say not the usual Embassy Suites crowd I'm used to seeing. The so-called "gift shop" in the hotel is more of limited vending machine. When people have the front desk hold their luggage so they can come back later they pile up all the luggage by the front door on carts. The hotel room needs to be seriously updated - still stuck in 1990 decor. We ordered towels from the front desk, next thing we know the lady with the towels just came into our room without knocking - she was nice but I thought it was odd. She came back later with more towels and did the same thing. The patio for room was nice but not able to slide door open. Ended up going to 7-11 and buying some WD-40 to put on it to smooth our the slide. The sofa bed - It's like sleeping on 4 metal rods. upside: location is perfect if you are doing the tourist thing . We were able to walk to all of our main destinations.. The area surrounding the hotel is so nice and clean. Nice restaurants just a few blocks away. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com
"Trip all in one!"
The stay was all in all very good, a bit expensive and the parking was over $40.00 per night valet and I think $39.00 self park which I was not told, so that did not sit well with me and impacted my overall evaluation of my stay!Avis véridique Hotels.com
"Embarrassed for Embassy"
I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and thought it would be as nice as the last time I was here. I thought wrong. They didn't treat me as a good guest because I didnt book the room with them and put me in one of the worse rooms possible which was a wheelchair access room on the lowest level possible. The facility seemed rundown and not clean. Elevators […] were a nightmare. Thank God i was only on the 3rd floor that i just eneded up using the stairs. Housekeeping was not efficient. I would definitely not stay here again the next time I visit Philly. The only good thing they did was to accommodate my special request of getting a non-smoking room due to personal allergies. "Would try again"
The hotel is conveniently located downtown and near the PA Convention Center of which most of my programs were located. The hotel room was sufficient for my needs, however; they were experiencing a water main break during my stay and the hotel had a dank smell. For rooms directly impacted by the water; the management did make concessions.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Philly stay"
I greatly enjoyed the stay there due to the great location and huge suite! It was a pleasant surprise because the hallways and elevators are small but the the room was largest I have stayed inn!Avis véridique Hotels.com
"Excellent location for tourism"
Fantastic location - walking distance to museums and Rittenhouse Square neighborhood - if you are doing multiple museums, being able to easily visit your room between stops is wonderful. As for the hotel itself, the suite arrangement made it very comfortable, hanging out with other relatives in the living room section of the suite. One slight maintenance […] issue - I had to slam the door of our room to get the lock to catch - I didn't like making that much noise, but had to in order to make it close. The hotel is a round, 1970s era building, and the layout made the lobby a bit tight on space for the evening manager's reception, and the cheetos as the centerpiece of one evening's event was a bit of a disappointment. However, all in all, the combination of the suite layout and fantastic location make be glad we chose this hotel. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com

"Bad Experience (service)"
I had a bad experience at this hotel. I flew in from Dallas to Philadelphia with a late arrival of 11:30pm. When I arrived at Philadelphia International at 11:35, I called the Embassy Suites front desk, to tell them I would arrive maybe at 12:10 (traffic from airport to hotel). The tone of the front desk clerk was so unpleasant. There was a slight bad […] connection, but it sounded like my calling her bad connection or not was bothersome. When I arrived (11:53) the clerk (the same as the phone) didn't look up when I tried to check in; she just asked my name in a terse tone. I handed her my military ID. Suddenly she looked worried and upgraded my room. I went to my room. When I woke up the next day late afternoon, I took a shower. While soaping my hair, the water shut off. I rinsed off my hair as the water drizzle of away then called the front desk. The attendant I spoke to was just as terse and unpleasant as the one from the night before. She, the attendant, told me she knew the water was off, and told me it would be back on in something like 10 minutes or so. I asked if she knew this was going to happen. She said, "Someone probably called your room to tell you." I hung up and called their corporate headquarters then I checked out. The attendant was lying; I was sleeping by the phone no one called me and told me there was a planned shutdown. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com
"Museum Central"
Great hotel. Free full breakfast. Free reception at night with alcoholic beverages and snacks. Only downfall is no self parking. Valet was approximately $45. Room was clean. We couldn't check in early but the receptionist gave us a 20% off coupon to neighboring barAvis véridique Hotels.com
"Poorly maintained, not up to Embassy Suites standa"
The hotel is a relic. Very unfortiunate. Very good location, nice sized rooms. Carpets stained and sticky. Furniture and decor old and worn. Elevators dated. Overall feel dreary.Avis véridique Hotels.com
"Great place to stay just weird elevators"
My friends and I usually always come to Philly for a few weekends throughout the year and we usually stay at the windsor. This was the first time we stayed here and it was awesome. "Great family vacation"
We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel. The location was perfect. Walking distance to many places. The breakfast was awesome, although the first morning it was crazy busy. Oddly, it was better on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The evening drinks and snacks were great too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in good condition, […] and the beds were comfy, although the pull-out couch was really thin. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com
everything was fine. reserved a room with two double beds and was given a king, so that was frustrating - and the people weren't very apologetic, which was annoying.Avis véridique Hotels.com
"Clean, Spacious and Convenient"
All the things you want in a hotel are at this hotel. The rooms are very large and comfortable. Nice big screen tvs and couches. "Great location, decent service"
Everything was pretty good. Two things threw me off, and I'd say they both probably were due to errors by the front desk at check-in: first, they neglected to mention that we would need tickets to get into breakfast the following morning. As a result, we accidentally left the little folder with room keys etc. (since we were checking out anyway) in the […] room, and were unable to get the breakfast that was supposed to be included when we arrived downstairs. Second, the front desk neglected to tell us that we should call down for the car 20 minutes in advance of when we planned to leave, because the valets need 20 minutes to bring it up from the garage. We decided to take the time we were waiting to for the car to run out and buy some breakfast, since we weren't allowed to get our included breakfast. Otherwise, though, the hotel was lovely, and it seems like other patrons didn't have that problem, so it might have just been us. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com

"2 night business trip"
The hotel is located in a beautiful building, but can definately be renovated. My suite was very big, with a living room and dining area, but the bedroom was pretty small. The kitchenette includes a sink and minifridge, but no stove. The front desk tyically has one person, so wait times for service may vary. When checking in, I was asked," what is your […] name?" right away, with no greeting. Hotel amenities are from the Crabtreee and Evelyn Avacado, Olive, & Basil collection. They were pretty nice. The hotel is located in center city which is a great location, but isn't on the side where most of the restaurants are. The hotel is connected to a TGI Friday's which I didn't eat at. A free breakfast is offered every morning which includes an omlet station (best), oatmeal, muffins, fruit, and a hot bar. It was an alright hotel, but there are plenty of other better hotels in the surrounding area. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com

Can't beat location, walk to everything, museums, shopping, dining. Safe neighborhood, lovely buildings, statues. Great free breakfast, had wonderful omelet cooked to order; lots to choose from. "It has it pluses and minues"
Pros: 1) Spacious suites, huge living room, comfortable beds, and views. 2) Free breakfast buffet with lot of options and omelet station. 3) Free managers reception. I didn't partake when I saw how many guests were utlizing this. It looked like madness and a free drink wasn't worth it to me. 4) Location is fantastic. Rittenhouse is 10-15 minutes walk, […] Natural science museum couple of blocks away among other things. Cons: 1) Ventilation subpar. One day I couldn't figure out why my room smelled like skunk all day. I had to open the patio door to air out. It was only the next morning around 10:30 when I was laying in bed, when the odor started wafting in, I realized it was marijuana. 2) Elevators: Room key needed to get to your floor. When the elevator is full, you are lucky to get your key in fast enough. I was on floor 7 and twice, I wasn't able to get my card in and had to go up to the top to come back down. 3) Breakfast: I am pretty accepting with the negatives when free breakfast is involved but wanted to be honest on what you should expect. Both days, the buffet was out of food and you were picking at what was left. Layout is terrible so people are bumping into each other standing around waiting for food, or trying to get by. One time I had food but there were no forks. So, my food got cold when I got a fork. 4) Expensive valet parking: $38 per day with $7 tax added per day. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com
