We stayed one night. Reasonable rates, easy drive to casino, feels like you are way far away from everything, and yet, it's not really. Hard to find the first time, but it's a nice hotel. Currently undergoing some upgrades (like adding an elevator, redoing their dining area) and when those are done, it will be perfect!

Although elevator is under construction at the hotel everythng was very neat that I saw. Rooms very clean and extremely comfortable. Staff was the most friendly and helpful I have seen in a while. The continental breakfast was very good and staff was very eager to help you find what you wanted or needed. Would love to go back again soon.

Very quiet and comfortable stay

The staff is excellent... I had a melt down while driving trying to find the hotel, and the girl on the phone kept her cool and walked us in. They really need to get some signage ... also, this booking was for my mom, who is handicapped, and that was in the reservation, but they booked her on the 2nd floor in a hotel which is just now getting an elevator. […] They had a room on the first floor and moved her reservation when we checked her in. Very accommodating. TV remote and lamps were hard to work, but if they upgrade their technical they'll be doing swell. Lisez la suite

crews were installing elevator for handicap people. should have been done when originally built. would like to have seen more varity on breakfest display. no eggs or biscuits and gravy.....cereal and waffle! minimal parking.........

Okay hotel. Nothing special. No elevator but one was being put in when we were there. I will say that the hotel staff was VERY friendly.

It was one of the most pleasant stays in a hotel I've had in several years. My only concern was finding a comfortable room temperature. It was either too warm or too cold; but, that was my doing not the hotel. Definitely would recommend it!

The hotel was easy to find and a short distance from the casino. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the local area. The hotel was clean and so was the room. I didn't sleep very well,the bed was soft and lumpy.Overall, it was a very good experience.

I enjoyed my stay and got to see lots of sights in the local and surrounding areas

third time staying here .great service and very good sight seeing area in the mountains only wish we had been a littles farther from the ice machine.maybe next time because we will be back

establishment was clean and employees very professional. breakfast station was clean and had a good variety to choose. hotel easy access to casino and attractions in cherokee, gatlinburg, and pigeon forge. highly recommend and look forward to next visit.

Here on business, afternoon lady at front was very friendly. She put me in a room on second floor but I needed to be on ground floor since there was no elevador. I also have a handicap (knee's), she switched me right away. I could have hugged her. Room was clean and spacious, what more could you expect from Hampton Inn!

the staff here was super friendly,breakfast was good, but our room was bad. the floor in the room was damp and we had mold and mildew on the bathroom roof and walls. i am allergic, but luckily we don't stay in our room much so i survived.

the staff was very nice and the breakfast was better than usual,many different chocies. the location was right in the middle of all the places we want to visit.

We love this hotel. It's real hard to know what your going to get when you book from home and never seen the hotel in person. We travel often and have ended up in some real bad ones. My wife is hard to please and this one is one of the best we have stayed in. Will keep on coming here as we will be visiting our daughter at Western Carolina. EVERYTHING WAS AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN EXPECTED. THE BREAKFAST WAS ONE OF THE BEST. PRICE WAS GOOD. WOULD HAVE LIKED AND ELEVATOR BUT I NEEDED THE EXCERCISE ANYWAY. WOULD DEFINITLY GO BACK .

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was just as comfortable as promised in the advertisements. I love it!! I was very happy to know that ALL the linens on the bed are changed with every stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also a good variety of breakfast items for the whole family including […] yogurt. My only advice is: If you are not a smoker do not take a smoking room. We took the room thinking it wouldn't be that bad but the smell of stale smoke permeated the whole room including the bathroom. It really smelled like a gentlemen's club. But luckily we packed plenty of room freshner. I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn again in the future. I am going to make it my hotel of choice for now on. Lisez la suite

The hotel was a little farther out. There wasn't much to do near the hotel. That not the hotel fault more the city planning. However Great place to stay the staff was great support. Would stay again. Bottom line It was clean and felt safe. C'Big in Greenville, SC

It was a nightmare, never experience anything like it. Took the children riding on Blue Ridge Parkway all day. Got to the Hotel Around 10:00 PM. At the check in desk, request for two rollin beds as told over the phone two days before, got there and the clerk said there's NO more rollin beds. Asked for blankets for the kids and she said NO BLANKETS. […] Went up to our room did not know where to put the children down for the night. Went back down, asked again and all she said was, "the only I can do is two sheets" we're talking about a huge hotal here. and NO more BLANKETS. That's when I called Hotels.com, aftter the talking with them 5 minutes later my son went outside and came by the loby. The new clerk who had just came in said there's a rollin beds in the closet for him. It have been in there, but sombody was just toooo lazy to get it out. Guess what NO elevator, and my son had to drag it up the stairs himself. A little friendly and a little helpful would be nice. Lisez la suite

Was a great place to stay. Great value for the price. Friendly staff, clean rooms, wonderful breakfast,quiet, will stay there next time.

It was a beautiful, elegant hotel. We had to stay at a Holiday Inn on the way home and it was such a disappointment. Hampton Inn in Cherokee completely spoiled us.

The hotel was great for the money! service was great and breakfast was better than most.

I had just spent 2 nights in Newnan Ga. and used that as a gage to reserve in Cherokee. When we got there there was no place to park. Went to room and the the toilet seat was up on the commode as if someone had used it. Then a candy wrapper was under the edge of the bed. How much cleaning are they doing? Oh upon arrival the manager almost demanded our […] address, she said for item left behind.Upon departure I left my Versace glasses case lying on the bed but I have not seen that as of yet. To enjoy the experience I will try to stay closer to the casino next time. Lisez la suite

The Hampton Inn was very nice, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, great breakfast and close to everything. Great price great room will definetely stay here again!

Everything was GREAT except the dehumidefier was not working in the hotel and all our clothes, etc remained wet.

hotel does not have an elevator so perpare to lug items up and down stairs. Breakfast variety is very good. Samll place to eat but you can go outside and sit by the pool also which makes it nice.

We stayed at the Hampton on a weekend get away for my husband's birthday. I was very happy with the hotel, the location and the staff. The rooms are nice, however the beds are double which makes it tight sleeping if there are two people. Perfect if you are traveling alone. They also offer kings, but the price is higher. I liked the location because […] it was close to the attractions, but not right in the congestion. It was easy to find right off of Rt 441. I have made another reservation to stay again in the very near future. I recommend this hotel highly. The only downfall is the fact that there is no elevator to get to the second floor. Keep driving - when you think you've run out of town, just go over the hill and you'll find it. Was surprised to discover there was no elevator, which was a minor inconvenience since we didn't have much luggage. If you're travelling with a lot of stuff, be sure to ask for a ground floor room.

Family of four. Very comfortable stay. Employees were very nice and helpful. Room and hotel clean. Liked that there was a frig in the room. Nice breakfast. They even have breakfast bags to go at front desk. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff, Enjoyed the coffee and the waffles, it was all great. Sitting by the pool eating breakfast was a nice treat. Yes I will stay there again and recommend it to others. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Overall this was a good hotel. The only compaint I have is the room had a musty smell and no elevator. We had a room on the 2nd floor with lots of luggage and it was a pain to haul them up the stairs. Breakfast was wonderful and the pool was great!!

This hotel was clean and had a good location. I expected 2 queen beds and was disappointed to find 2 doubles. Other than that, everything was good.

we stayed there four nights and found it quite convenient...however, I regret not having said anything because our room was smelly...saw bathroom had been painted over mold. We only used it to sleep and was clean but the smell was terrible. Breakfast was well serviced and had more of a variety than other places.

The only complaint that I had was we were given a smoking room and we do not smoke. The pillows smelled like smoke. There was a deodorizer which helped a little.

I have stayed there before and enjoyed my stay. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast is always great. The people are always very friendly. Thank you for asking for my opinion.

We towed up our motorcycle and stayed at the Hampton in Cherokee. What a bargain for such a nice place. Close to the Blue Ridge Pkwy and Smoky Mountains - great location! Would love to go back.
