Les murs ont besoin d'un rafraichissement mais dans l'ensemble, il n'y a pas de problème d'hygiène. Sinon le petit déjeuné est excellent.

"Convenient, Comfortable, Considerate!"
Have stayed in this location multiple times. This two night stay was while traveling with friends for a get-away weekend. Convenient location! Comfortable rooms! Considerate staff! Nice fitness room. Good complimentary breakfast. Will certainly stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful. The beds were fabulous!!!! Everything was extremely clean and we would stay there again. With the slight division of the room,( there was a 4 ft screen diving the bed area and the living room) there was privacy in the large sitting area. The sofa bed was nice and large.

Loved our stay at the Hyatt Place. Location and neighborhood are great. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are a nice size for a family. The breakfast buffet is good and offers a lot of choices.

I've stayed at multiple Hyatt Places before and never had problems. We drove straight thru the night from Wisconsin for some college basketball games. That night when we arrived at the hotel, none of us had showered in about 24 hours. Come to find out the shower is broken and the handle will not turn on. The hotel was fully booked and there were no […] other rooms to transfer to. It was only 10:00 or 11:00 pm but they couldn't send anyone in to fix the shower until the next morning. So we all had to go to sleep feeling stinky and dirty. The mechanic did a decent enough job "fixing" the issue but it was still a pain to turn on and off, and we felt like it could break at any moment. This was clearly a big issue if someone can't take a shower--clearly someone must have complained about it during a previous stay. To not have it fixed and ready for a checkin was ridiculous. Great room, great breakfast. TV has HBO. Everything looks new.

"Nice, clean, attractive accommodations"
The hotel is attractive and generally well maintained. Very good breakfast. Rooms were larger than we thought which was very nice traveling with our two teenage daughters. We had the unfortunate experience, along with two other families, of our vehicles being broken into and vandalized while staying at the hotel. There are no outside cameras in the […] parking lot, and even though it was well lit, obviously security is extremely lacking. The room had a strange odor that I couldn't identify. I also woke up during the night and when I went to the sitting area, I saw a bug (roach) crawling toward the ottoman!

...we have visited this hotel several times and loved it, very clean, comfortable and located in great area......but unfortunately will never be back again.....chips and trash on floor upon arrival and mold growing on carpet next to air / heat unit in room......sad that we now have to look for another place to stay when we visit :(

In 2011 I will have stayed at this hotel 70+ nights. I have noticed a fall in the quality of service provided. Hurried room cleaning resulting in bed(s) poorly made, soap or shampoo not replaced, trash cans not emptied, stained (smelly) carpeting. Not all of these "issues" occured at the same time - and I did not compain at any time. It just seems that […] as I look back the service has slipped. "Weekend getaway."
I was very pleased with the hotel...very clean...friendly hotel staff... The bathroom however was very small. Tons of storage space. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. I will plan another getaway here.

Close to all that we wanted to see and do in Brentwood, Vandy game on Saturday, and downtown Nashville Saturday night.

room layout weird...bathroom sink directly in front of king size bed. took loooooong time for water in sink and shower to get hot. after one shower, then 2nd shower actually ran OUT of hot water after about 5 minutes. lousy continental breakfast. stay in hotels about 6 - 7 times a year...will stick with holiday inn express and comfort inns.

I loved the bed, big screen tv including hd for the football game and the seperate living area. It was a awesone stay. The only thing i didnt like was the will breakfast, they only had muffins,fruit, toast and sausage and biscut. I wanted some eggs and waffles. But overall was great.
I stayed here on a business trip and the location was very convenient to our seminar. Our room was wonderful. The tub/toilet area was very small but otherwise everything was quite comfortable. ROOM - The rooms are sizable, have a large enough desk for work, an L-shaped couch with ottoman that is comfortable, a mini-kitchen and a sink/counter that is not crammed into the toilet/shower area. We had a great 3 night stay at the Hyatt Place. Very clean. Courteous, helpful staff. Atop a hill so very peaceful.. no road noise. Great location.

Super nice room with awesome big screen TV. The work out place was a little sparce and one machine was broken. The breakfast buffet was not as nice as say a Hampton. But overall very nice place to stay.

Room was large enough but very small bathroom. barely enough room to close the door for privacy. no privacy at all for dressing, would not recommend for a family at all. had a large sofa bed but why? They could have had a larger private bath. apparently they checked for room service at 10:30 am and since we still had the sign on the door they did not […] clean the room. we left at 11:00 am and they never returned to clean the room. And housekeeping was not available when we returned at 7:30pm. They did give us clean towels but did not tidy beds. Thought it was a standard hotel that did not match the price per night. The two queen beds room vs. the king is a farce. The beds were full size at best. It's a good thing my hubby and i are thin or we'd have had to sleep in separate beds.
