gentilesse du personnel qui a été très à l'écoute et s'est plié en quatre pour satisfaire nos demandes , patio fleuri et agréable, décoration soignée / par contre un peu isolé, il faut marcher dans un quartier excentré (question d'insécurité de soir)

Exceptionnel. Un des plus beaux, charmants, plein de cachet que cet boutique hôtel de toute l'Amérique centrale et d'Amérique du Sud. Bien sûr, il y a quelques imperfections mineures mais rien en comparaison avec tout ce que cet ancien couvent plein de charme et de cachet en plein centre d'Antigua offre et que seul plusieurs centaines années peuvent construire. Le personnel est comme cet hôtel : merveilleux, souriant, efficace. Le petit déjeuner face au jardin intérieur de tout beauté est un délice. A ne pas manquer. A voir au minimum, à séjourner absolument.

Maison d'hotes sympathique et bien tenu. Le service internet dans les chambes ne fonctionne pas tres bien.. Un peu loin du centre a pied mais si vous avez envie de commander un repas servi a l'hotel, c'est possible, excellent et rapide (cuisine italienne). Globalement tres bien.

"Good Business hotel"
The hotel was plder. However during my stay a lot of updating was going on. The food in the restaurant and bar was good. The people were very nice and spoke good English. The location is very good. We felt very comfortable, safe, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, since I am fearful of heights, having only glass walls on one side of the room was scary when children are playing rough (wrestling). "Good place to stay when in Guatemala City"
Great shuttle service, driver gave good advice. Desk staff was very helpful. Hotel carpet in hallways should be replaced. Room was in good condition, but showing it's age. Immedite neighborhood was relatively safe, and I saw armed security at many establishments, but it is dangerous to walk to other zones of the city. "Safe, clean, professional, free airport shuttle"
It's my first time to Guatemala from the UK and I didn't fully know what to expect. I can say this is a very nice hotel in a safe and walkable modern neighborhood. Their service is excellent and their breakfast is amazing! I didn't realize the breakfast was $11 - I thought it was included in the price of my room - but I enjoyed it so much I really didn't […] mind. "great location, nice area"
the hotel was perfectly fine with very helpful staff and very clean rooms. I also enjoyed use of the rooftop gym. My only gripe is that the hotel needs updating and modernizing. We generally stay with family in zones 7 or 14, but this time opted to find a central location as a base for our visits. We were very pleased with the Radisson. We had a great view of the volcanos from our room and enjoyed watching the activity from Aurora airport. Breakfasts were filling with to-order eggs, great pastry and coffee. "Be careful with service and hidden overcharges."
Carpet had spots. Smelly and dusty walls. I made a call to Expedia tryin andg to correct a booking error using telephone in the roomm and the bill came in at a whooping $115 for a 1 5 minute tollfree call. Booked on this website for panoramic view but did not get this. Floor to ceiling view yes but price and picture detailed room with corner window. View also was not stellar from the ninth floor facing away from the main part of the city. We could also hear our neighbours plain as day like they were in bed next to us. "Business for two nights"
Although the hotel is 16 years old, it is very well kept. Maybe the bathroom is not modern but it has security to go to the rooms. These are quite ample with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The majority of the rooms in the hotel are uninhabitalble. It is extremely outdated, dirty and has some major issues with the plumbing. If you have to stay here it MUST be in the executive level (which is the highest) This level the rooms are ok.Avis véridique Expedia

The reason the ratings went down this time was because there was water that had leaked through the windows and our carpet was wet and the room smelled of mold/mildew. We stayed 10 days at the Radison Hotel in Zona Viva in Guatemala City, and we had a wonderful experience, the hotel is located within walking distance to very good quality restaurants and stores. It may need some major upgrades, the elevators seem old (but fast), we had to change rooms because of and odd alarm-like sound nobody could tell where came from, and in the morning on the next room we had a big water leak from the roof.
