Hotel très agréable, bien situé et très animé , avec casino sur 3 étages. Belles chambres avec 2 grands lits. Piscine dans l'hôtel . Voiturier pour la voiture ( 5 $ + pourboire ) Très bon rapport qualité prix ( réservation par internet moins chère )

Près de la plage, casino dans l'hôtel, magasins, théatre, restaurants etc... dans le complexe hôtelier, c'est la 4 ième année que nous allons à cet hôtel et nous n'avons pas été déçus,

Séjour agréable, à l'hôtel le service ok, la restauration dispendieuse pas beaucoup de choix, mon problème étant en affaire et doit rester en communication avec internet le service gratuit offert par l'hôtel "wireless" n'est pas disponible dans votre chambre, même pas dans les couloirs,si vous êtes chanceux et que vous avez la 3415 tour west le routeur […] est dans cette chambre, après plainte on nous répond qu'étant donné que cela est gratuit il ne pas trop en demander après plusieurs recherche j'ai trouvé un endroit ou je pouvais me connecter pour recevoir mes courriel, soit le "rooftop lounge". J'ai choisie cette hôtel parce qu'il offrait l'internet gratuit comme plusieurs autre hôtel qui l'offre vraiment je ne pense pas y retourner je choisirai un ou je suis sur d'avoir le service peut importe qu'il soit gratuit ou autre. "Hôtel Tropicana : Service et propreté exceptionnel"
Service hors pair. Personnel accueillant et poli. L'hôtel est bien situé directement sur le Boardwalk. Les lits sont très confortables. Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues. Je le recommande fortement pour un séjour à Atlantic City. Tous les services se trouvent à même l'hôtel.

Hotel assez vieux repas très cher pour ce que l'on a sauf au Carmines ou nous avons très bien manger et le personnelle très gentils. Par contre nous avons téléphoner deux fois pour dire que notre coffret de sécurité ne fontionnait pas personne n'est venu ou nous a donner des nouvelles. Nous avons demandé aussi pour des chaises et parasol au numéro qui […] nous avait été désigner il a fallu laisser un message et nous attendons toujour une réponse. Aucun suivi ne se fait. La seule chose de positive c'est quenous avions deux belle fenêtre dans notre chambre à part cela les tapis était tachés le lit vieux comme le monde vraiment déçue. "Better room on hotels.com than the front desk"
I was there for a conference. Earlier in the week the hotel charged me $30 more than hotels.com for the oldest, dirtiest room in the place. I then decided to use hotels.com and it was the nicest, newest, cleanest room I've ever stayed at in that hotel.

A 20 inch CRT TV is definately outdated.

A bit old and run down unless you stay in Havana towers. Ok if you are on a budget. The night club providence was really empty on a Friday and the few people who were there were strange!

"Acceptable Because Of Rate"
We stayed on a Monday and the rate (including all fees) was extremely reasonable. This is what made it acceptable for an overnight stay. Had we paid the weekend rates we would not have been happy at all. We were in the North Tower. Wallpaper was peeling on walls in halls and carpet was frayed. In our room the king sized bed sloped down to the middle. […] One of the end tables was missing its doors. The non smoking had a definite smokey flavor! Definitely in need of renovations. "the west tower is terrible"
I had a terrible stay....the check in desk didn't write the room number on my info and I had to return to desk cause I forgot then the north tower its abs that's what you see then they put me on the west tower.filthy rounds...filthy elevators and security checking people

Rate was decent, but room was somewhat outdated - too much noise from elevator & ice machine - lacked mentioned amenities (flat screen tv) - missing pillows, room service menu/hotel guide - took room housekeeping 2hrs. to bring after requested - no "Do not disturb" provided, so housekeeping knocking on door at 8:30am - great restaurants & shopping in […] hotel, but not impressed by casino - many gaming machines under repair - no comp unless playing table games. "Surprisingly nice for a family vacation with kids"
I kind of hesitated to book a casino hotel for a family vacation with 2 kids. However, everything turned out pretty good. When we checked in, the line was long but moved pretty fast. The only inconvenience was when I requested for a room close to the swimming pool, we were asked to pay an extra $22.80/day (for the South Tower). I'd rather pay this extra […] than to have my kids walk across the whole casino floor from our room to the swimming pool. My kids had a great time swimming in the indoor swimming pool, having ice cream in the Market, shopping in The Quarter and watching a movie in IMAX theater. We could have been entertaining without leaving the hotel! The boardwalk and the beach right across the hotel offered some fun too. Staffs and maids were courteous and efficient. the girl waied on us when we first got there she was very rude and did not go out hte way for service like the man did and she was not of standards considering the quality of the hotel

We were on the 33rd floor and the elevator noise was unbearable. Probably would of slept better at the airport. You could also hear people running up and down the stairs all night long. "Dirtiest Hotel Room that I have ever stayed in."
At check-in I was told that there were no non-smoking rooms available. I find that hard to believe in a hotel as large as this casino. The room was filthy (I found a beer bottle cap on the floor, so obviously never vacuumed). I am glad that I did't bring my wife on this trip. At 4 in the morning a group of drunks from across the hall came back with […] no key, they threw up in the hall and made all kinds of noise. It was great the only thing I dislike was the indoor size and cleanliness surrounding the pool no one cared about all the puddles and too small. Other things were great shops, casinos, arcade etc

"Wouldn't pay full price for this one"
The hotel itself was nice enough, but the marketplace stores were a huge ripoff. We paid $90 for a salad bar dinner that had TERRIBLE food! I've been to several casino hotels in Atlantic City, and Tropicana has been my least favorite. It's the first time I've ever been able to hear my neighbors through the walls in AC. We had the "Do Not Disturb" sign […] on the door, and hotel staff still knocked on the door twice a day to see if we wanted the room cleaned, and once they actually entered the room while the sign was on the door. This is a good one IF you get a really good deal because it is right on the boardwalk, but keep in mind that it's at the very end of the boardwalk. If you want to be in the middle of it all, I suggest going to Bally's. It's much nicer, spacious, and modern with a better location. Lisez la suite
"Great Place To Stay!"
This was our second visit and it was even better than the first one. We stayed in the North Towers, our room was clean and much more comfortable that the Havanna Towers. Will definately go again!

Other than the initial rudeness from the Valet and the front desk, and the lack of clear signs for the tower we were staying in (West Tower) the rest of the stay and the accommodations were great! Very convenient and had everything - restaurants, shopping, etc.

Nice place to stay for everyone. Traveled with my mom, my kids, & my brother and there was entertainment & food for all ages under one roof. IMAX & fun station were really nice for kids.
