Excellent hotel/suite by Hilton. Very comfortable and clean. The kitchenette came in very handy and the cutlery was useful as well. The only negative was the A/C noise.

My stay was on 1/6/12 and I really wish that it could have been longer. Cost for rooms to quality of stay ratio is very, very high. The rooms were newly decorated, very clean, and very roomy. We had the two-room suite. The bedroom with two queens was very roomy and had a flat screen TV. The bathroom was very roomy, too, with double sinks, curved shower […] curtain rod, and a great 3-setting shower head that was very generous with water, like at home. The soap, hair products and lotion were Neutrogena brand. Towels were large. Separate room was very nice with hide-away bed sofa, two lounge chairs, table, full small sized fridge (not a mini) including an ice maker, a microwave, stove, and full complement of dishes and utensils. Very nice. This room had its own flat screen TV. Complimentary coffee, teas, microwave popcorn. No noise from other rooms, hallway, or outside. Has a basketball court, outdoor BBQ area with grill, and year-round outdoor swimming pool (not heated), business room with computers etc., small exercise room, and a 24 hour snack shop (ice cream, microwave meals, usual snack items and more at hotel prices). The included breakfast was PHENOMENAL! Hot items: waffles (with various choices of toppings like whipped cream and strawberries or black berries), pre-made omelets, bacon, sausage, delicious hash browns, instant original recipe Quaker oatmeal. Cold items: cereal (brand names, not generic), breads, pastries, sliced strawberries, black berries, yogurt, etc. Different coffees, milk, orange juice, etc. More that I cannot remember. Your choice of styrofoam and plasticware or REAL CERAMIC DISHES, STAINLESSWARE and GLASSES. Very nice. Definitely something for everyone. Very nice buffet area and plenty of seating with tables as well as a sit-around bar. Mondays through Thursdays, they serve a complimentary dinner! Situated in a very safe and clean part of town. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast was great. Had a wonderful experience and would definitely go back to this hotel.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very quiet hotel. Love the fact that it had full refrigerator, microwave and mini stove so we could cook small meals and have a snack in the evening. Evening appetizers and morning breakfast a plus! Great value for the money.

Only 15 minutes away from Westworld. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed here from a week in December 2011. It was in the middle of an upgrade but this didnt affect our stay. The room are well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with fresh strawberries and blackberries. It's is a very nice area

Every morning they served fresh fruit, waffles, eggs and a variety of meats, potatoes, cereal, juice, oatmeal...my kids loved it!

We stay at Homewood Suites quite often and this one does not measure up to any of the ones we have stayed at. Had expected the food on Thursday nite (Thanksgiving) as this is normally done. Very hard to find an eating place at the last minute. They also ran a $50. hold on our CC even tho we were only there 1 nite and room was pre-paid. The hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The staff is very serviceminded and teh breakfast is nice. If you want to spend time in Scottsdale this location is convenient.

Travel here for work and won't stay anywhere else.

You can't go wrong with Homewood. The quality, cleanliness and service were all synonomous with the hilton name. I'm sure you will be as pleased as I was with your stay at this hotel.

Got alot for your money....not only the breakfast but on certain evenings during the week, they also provided a light dinner. Very affordable for familes. Staff very friendly. Definately would return.

Most of the employees were great. The breakfast and evening meals were absolutely fantastic. The room was great and I would certainly stay there again when in the Phoenix area.

It wasn't as nice looking interior, or clean smelling as our last stay in chandlers, but for it's age- was just perfect. No problems staying here again.

Scottsdale road was a very good location in Scottsdale. Room quite comfortable with kitchenette and living area. Lobby and pool very nice. Breakfast and dinner buffets with wine was a real treat

We were very pleased with our selection of this hotel for our 1st visit to Phoenix. There was lots of room to spread out and it is nice to be able to shut off the bedroom from the living area when watching TV. All the comfort toiletries were provided (I appreciate the shower cap which you don't often find). There was a great complimentary evening meal […] in addition to the great breakfast. We did breakfast every morning except one but didn't take advantage of the evening meal because we enjoying trying new restaurants. However, once we took a look at it and grabbed a glass of wine and you could definitely make a nice meal out of what was there. The full sized refrigerator in the room made it nice to hold snacking essentials for night time. The staff was very pleasant. The pool was small but it was nice and well kept. We thought we would use it but didn't get around to it. The televisions are older but worked fine. I will stay at a Homewood Suites again if the opportunity arises. Front desk, very helpful. Housekeeping is a problem. The skipped us one day, and forgot amenities such as coffee on others. We did complain to front desk who did what they could.

Well located and easy to find. Suites reasonable size for 5 although large plastic plant took up too much space! Breakfast excellent and evening reception a big bonus - good, varied food and drink. Would happily return.

I was a little dismayed at the tired hallway leading to my room and the associated smells of cooking. Once I was in my room, I was completely happy with my quiet, clean personal space. Very nice full breakfast. I did not take advantage of the free light dinner that was offered. A great deal in an upscale location.

The room was very comfortable and had all amenities including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower cap, dryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator.

I really liked the place it was a great bang for the buck. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic ( included in the price). Even though the place looked very clean there was a musty smell which they can take care of by using a deodorant. All in all, I shall stay there again !

Great place to stay! The two beds with a sofa bed was the perfect size for my family of 6 comfortably. The breakfasts were awesome and the staff was very friendly. Loved it!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and were very pleased. The location is a nice and convenient area. Our room was spacious with a full kitchen and separate living/bedroom. The bed was comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. The full breakfast was good and included in the stay. Please don't stay here. I usually enjoy extended stay properties. On the whole, they offer good amenities because people are there a longer time. This one does not. Upon check-in I was informed there was no fitness center, no cleaning service unless you paid extra, and no toiletries of any kind available (unless you count cheap bars of soap...which […] were already opened). The property is terribly dirty. There was a pile of cigarette butts outside one room. Trash was overflowing in an outside trash bin. I was not pointed in the direction of my room. The bed was terribly hard and even though it was a non-smoking room, had a distinct smoke smell to it. The bathroom was dirty and had a huge burn around the sink. I called Hotels.com to cancel this reservation and was told they had a few other rooms they could show me. The Hotels.com operator told me I should try this first. The manager was very nice in showing me the others that were available. 2 of the other ones had the same bad bed problem. The third was "acceptable", meaning, I had just driven over 3 hours and was tired, hungry and cranky. The doors all open the wrong way, so in the middle of the night there is a good chance you will run into the bathroom door. The TV is tiny and doesn't have numbers on the remote, so to get to a particular channel you have to go through all of them till you find it. I know it's a minor issue, but the HBO guide (I don't even think they offer HBO) was from July still. It makes me wonder when the last time someone stayed in this room was. After all my complaints about that first room, a friend of mine who checked in that day was given that SAME room. He, however, came back after work the next day to find HIS room had been cleaned. Please pay a few extra dollars and get a hotel that is 10 times better. I am also disappointed in the customer service I received from Hotels.com. Lisez la suite

We really enjoyed our trip to AZ and the Homewood Suites made it even more enjoyable. The bed was excellent and we slept like a baby. The room was more than we expected with a little kitchennette. It was clean and homey. The free continental breakfast was great and also the free dinner (Mon thru Thur) was also really good. The staff was really helpful […] with directions and places to go.
