Malgre son emplacement, qui peut etre considere comme trop loin du centre de Los Angeles, le service est bon et les chambres correctes. La piscine est tres bien entretenue.

Trés bon sejour (5 nuits) à cet hotel.Les chambres sont propres et le personnel trés acceuillant et serviable.L'hotel est bien situé, 20mn de l'aeroport LAX, 10mn de l'océan,et a des accés aussi bien pour le Nord que le Sud de los angeles.Le parking est pratique, situé aux pieds des chambres.Seul petit Hic,un boulevard un peu bruyant a proximité.

Hôtel très bien situé pour nos centres d'intérêts, dans un quartier relativement calme (mis à part les quelques "pilotes" sur les boulevards durant la nuit). Les plus : personnel très pro, chambres bien équipées, petit déjeuner complet (faut juste éviter d'arriver aux heures de pointes sous peine de devoir attendre son tour, mais un canapé confortable rend l'attente agréable). Les moins : isolation sonore faible, pommeau de douche assez bas, pas de clim automatique. On y retournera sans hésiter !

hôtel très bien situé - à 10 mn à pied de Disneyland - avec des commerces et de quoi se restaurer - malgré des travaux en cours (changement d'enseigne vers INDIGO), n'avons pas été incommodés - personnel serviable - formule du petit déjeuner inclus très pratique lorsqu'on voyage avec des enfants

Advertised crib...didn't have one. Advertised wi-fi.....only if you sit in the office, so no again. Their "continental breakfast" consists of one item (pancakes, or a cinnamon roll or the like) and one drink (no refills)......not what i think of when I see continental breakfast. Beds very uncomfortable. smoke detector battery was dying and it was beeping […] when we came back to our room (but they did come and change it for us). fan in bathroom sounded like a 747. Didn't sell shuttle passes so we had to walk to another hotel to buy them. At least they upgraded our room to give us an extra bed since they didn't have the crib, but all in all, you get what you pay for. It's cheap. Lisez la suite

Hotel was nothing like the pictures! It is horrible! Staff was rude and asked for clean sheets cause the ones we had were stained with who knows what and they said they didn't have more!!!!!???? Breakfast the next morning was a joke.

Specifically looked for a motel/hotel that had a microwave and frig to keep food costs down while my family spent 2 days at Disneyland. We found not only those at Carriage Inn, but also had free breakfast, free parking, and very easy transportation to the Park. When I booked this hotel I was like what that price for two rooms wow! Then I started to read all the reviews and I got scared but my stay was nice no complaints and the front desk were so friendly he answered all my questions. Yea sometimes people give bad reviews but u need to check it out for yourself. Like my stay!

my children had walked on the carpet bare foot and it looked as if they had walked through motor oil outside. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the carpet after that i was afraid to sleep in the beds. the sink was plugged in the bathroom. the sink was dirty just over all disappointed.

We got there after 11:30pm and when we arrived I asked the gentleman at the front desk if we could leave one car there at the hotel lot in which he stated that there would be no problem. We also saw in the guest service book that there was a shuttle service to and from the Disney park which turned out to not be true. The next morning i went to check […] out and asked the front desk lady about the shuttle service in which she stated that is was available through the Ramada at $4 a person. I then stated we would go in one car and leave the other car, in which she stated that this was not okay because the car would be towed at my expense. i then asked to speak to a manager and she told me that there was non. The hotel rooms smelled like mold and the air conditioner did not work. We then had to move to another room. The towels seemed dirty and the breakfast was nothing to call home about except the lady who was serving the breakfast was very sweet. The best part was when my sister was on her bed and had a bug that crawled up from the bed and into her hair it was so horrible. I knew it was affordable but it was a horrible night....... It had a nice little spa area around the pool. That area was well maintained and available. The rooms were older but were kept pretty clean with a little refrigerator and microwave. We had a large suite that was reasonably priced for our large family. It was nice to be able to have some privacy with two rooms, yet all be together. The hotel was nice and clean, very comfortable, and safe. I had a difficult time understanding the staff as English was not their native language. The breakfast was packaged sweets, nothing to rave about but did the job at curbing the appetite until the whole family was ready to head out of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Not the Hilton but it was quite and close to everything. Super easy to get around to all the main attractions. Jacuzzi was hot! Breakfast wasn't anything fancy but for a quick muffin it was fine. The price was great and made it affordable for me to take my three kids.

With all respect to the two kind employees I met, this was absolutely the filthiest hotel I have ever seen. The reception was dirty, the walkways were dirty, the elevator was disgustingly dirty. The pillows smelled badly, the bedspreads were disgusting. The carpet was spotted and dirty, the towels were old and irregular and very worn. There was what […] looked like blood stain, in full view on the box spring that had no cover on it..They could've at least covered this blood-like stain. I felt sorry for the owners of this hotel, thinking that they must be very poor. The WORST part of my stay was afterward. I was afraid that I had picked up head lice and bedbugs. I kept my dirty laundry in the trunk of my car and went to a laundromat so as not to bring anything from the hotel into my home..then washed everything again at home. This hotel should be shut down by the health department. If I had not been in Anaheim during a week that most hotels were sold out and if I had not arrived so late and tired to my room, I would have gone elsewhere. Lisez la suite
"Close to Disney...20-25 min walk, 5-8 min drive"
Check in late and my family is tired and the guy who checks me in does not even smile. I booked a FAMILY SUITE and he gave me a 1room double bed....found out when i went to my 3rd Flr room....Giving him some credit, he did apologized, but does not seems to mean it. The rooms are okay, but totally needs a new bed and pillows though. From 1 to 10 the […] room was 6 in cleanliness, you can still smell molds in the air though. All in all it's an OKAY stay. "Pick someplace else"
This was a not a good place to stay. The television did not have any local channels so no local news, the continental breakfast was something you could get from the 7-11. When I inquired about security, there was no security on the premises at all. It was just not a very comfortable place. One would have thought that because it was basically on motel […] strip by Disneyland it would be a better quality. It was basic, the telly didnt have any child friendly channels and the internet mostly didnt work, but the room was cleaned daily and it was a very good price. The breakfast sucked but I'd use it again for the convenience and the hotel was well maintained for the star rating.

Hotel was VERY dirty. We would not even shower there. We saw employee pick up towels off of floor in elevator and put on cart for use in rooms. You couldn't pay me to stay there again.

was so disappointed in this hotel. the room was dirty and the beds are way too firm. it felt like sleeping on wood. the service wasnt friendly at all either. i will never stay there again and do not reccomend this hotel to anyone
"A lot better hotels for the same money"
Wouldn't waste my time here, a lot better hotels close by for the same money. This place has been run down and everthing that you do is a hassle. I got the suite for my family and when we got there they had no cribs as was advertised and told "We don't have any, what are we suppose to do" with that attitude it makes you wonder why you are even paying […] them tif you are doing all the work. You need a ticket to get the contenential breakfast which is extremely limited and not good. Tokens from the front desk to get ice out of the machine. The room was clean. It had a microwave,frig,iron. They didnt have a baby crib that was listed but they said they were broken. Breakfast was water juice and 1 pastry and thats it. But for the price we couldnt complain. I was glad we could afford it.

i could not of been happier the bed's were new and comfortable pillow top mattress, our room was clean. the place was right around the corner from disneyland i could see the fire work's from our balcony at night it was located next to all the top resturant's, it was most of all very quiet and i only paid $47 dollar's per night. i will use this location […] again next time we go to disneyland... A lil bit dirty, but fridge and microwave make it convenient.. you get what you pay for it. Not the best hotel in the world but not the worst, good location, close to disney and would come back again..if they work a lil more on maintenance of the rooms I would definetivelly be willing to pay more...

I just stayed in this hotel for three nights. I would have to say the hotel itself is ok if your on a budget and the hotel is only a one mile walk each way to Disneyland. The only thing I hated was the Continental Breakfast it sucked bad. I was expecting to walk in and have options like waffles, cereal, toast the normal breakfast selection and what […] I got was a Big Texas pastry the woman behind the counter did make my girlfriend and I pancakes but afterwards we just walked next door the the Carl's Jr and ate breakfast. If your looking for a cheap hotel this is it but if your looking for a hotel with a free breakfast to save money go somewhere else listen to me go somewhere else if you want breakfast. Lisez la suite
"Horrible Hotel & Service!!!"
The Anaheim Carriage Inn was awful! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When we first got there they wouldn't let check in until much later & when we did get to check in our room had ants in it. When I called the front desk to tell them that, the office guy did not apologize or offer anything. He just moved us to another room. Then later […] when I called to request more towels & pillows, which we needed 4 extra because we were 4 adults, the office guy told me that he could only give 2 extra pillows because HE thought 2 extra pillows was enough for the 4 of us. He was completely rude & unprofessional. Plus, I had to go get the extra pillows & towels myself; they didn't offer to bring it to our room. This hotel is crappy! Horrible service & horrible rooms! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! These people do not know how to run a business!! Lisez la suite

We were satisfied, very affordable! It had the convenience of two sinks (one outside of the bathroom ), very roomy bathroom, & hot water for showering. I recommend getting a room on the 2nd floor though because it can get noisy. All we needed was a warm, cozy place to stay after Disneyland and that's exactly what we got!

There didn't appear to be enough parking spaces, especially when returning at night. The exterior of the hotel was older, but it was sufficient if you are only using it to sleep.

We had made our reservations through an online travel site for 1 room with 2 double beds. When we arrived they did not have the room we requested available and upgraded us to a suite (w/3 doubles). The overall helpfulness, friendliness and smiles by the front desk and staff added to make for a pleasant stay. "Delux Room was just 2 adjoining rooms"
We booked a delux family room for 5 people the online description made it out to sound like it was one giant room with 2 bedrooms. This was not the case it was just 2 hotel rooms with a door that opened in between them. Overall we got exactly what we paid for. Not a great hotel but wasnt unsafe or overly dirty.
