super rapport/qualité prix, de loin l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu. Jolie piscine intérieure chauffée avec jacuzzi, chambre spacieuse et propre qui donne sur la piscine et non sur l'extérieur. La réceptionniste chaleureuse et attentionnée, toujours prête à aider et à rendre service. Petit déjeuner continental complet. Bons restaurants tout autours où l'on peut accéder à pied. Je vous le recommande vivement, vous ferez une très bonne affaire.

Très bien situé à l'entrée du Parc des Great Smoky Mountains. Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont au calme... Gatlinburg étant extrêmement touristique (beaucoup trop pour nous) et engorgé de voitures, de monde et d'attractions diverses. On peut se faire faire une omelette à son goût pour le petit déjeuner (ce qui n'est pas très courant et ma foi, fort agréable), et la piscine intérieure (que nous n'avons pas testée) est de belle proportion. Seuls bémols, le réceptionniste n'était pas super accueillant et n'a pas fait beaucoup d'efforts pour se faire comprendre de nous qui ne sommes pas d'ici et les places pour le petit déjeuner ne sont pas en nombre suffisant pour que l'on puisse tous s'asseoir au moment où tout le monde, justement, est prêt pour le prendre!

Emplacement magnifique, tout à fait solitaire dans la montagne. Nous avons eu une jolie chambre, peut-être un peu sombre, mais il faisait mauvais temps. Diner très bien, petit déjeuner médiocre.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.

Great price. Clean room. Friendly staff as well as friendly neighbors. Was close to everything. Carpet in room wasn't very clean but i expect that in most hotels. The free breakfast was ok, mostly bread products, but we did get to make our own waffles! Will definitely be staying again.

Overall the stay was good for the price. I would have liked for the housekeeper to clean the jacuzzi room. The mirrors had wet spots where someone wrote on them and once me and fiance filled it with water and steam hit it we could see what it said clearly. Otherwise you can't complain for the price we paid.

I have always had good experiences with previous Days Inn locations, and assumed that I would have the same with this location. I was very dissattisfied with the room, as well as the cleanliness of it. We stayed there 2 nights and would never recommend this location to anyone. The room was very out of date on the decor, had a very rank odor upon arrival […] as well as during the entire stay; not to mention that we found disposed of condom wrappers under the bed. It was a very convenient location however, the Days Inn down the street offers coffee and hot tea 24/7. The management at this location seemed to have the attitude of tough luck if you wanted a cup of tea/coffee any other time of the day than the 7-10A breakfast. "close to all must-see sights"
We enjoyed the view from 3rd. floor. Also the convenience and area. Lots to see and places to eat and shop.Would go there again.
"Needs a bigger sign"
The check in clerk was very rude to us. The motel was clean and convenient but hard to find due to a small sign. Once we found it, it was ok. Convenient to all other sites in Pigeon Forge.

"conveniently located"
Our stay was great. We had a little problem with bathtub drain being sluggish in draining. mattresses was comfortable but could stand some new ones. We enjoyed our stay no major problems. service was wonderful with the maids and front desk. Price was great! We will stay with you again in the future and we will recommend to family and friends.

I was very disappointed with the customer service of the desk clerk ( Not the Owner ) She was very rude , and at 9:59 they turn the lights out in the breakfast area , lock the door, and start snatching the food out from under you , I witnessed the desk clerk push in front of a customer who was having trouble with a machine and take things didn't offer […] help and when the lady said she was having trouble she snapped at her and rolled her eyes stomping off, needless to say the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in rolling carts constantly sounded like a train coming through the room. unfortunately it was a nice warm week and no pool ...... Well it was there just an empty hole in the ground no water!!!!!I would not recommend it for the personality of the front desk thats for sure........... Lisez la suite

Nothing spectacular but a good place to lay your head down. Reasonable rates. Good location away from hustle and bustle but still close to everything.

Hotel was ok...employees were great but the hotel itself is a little run down, but for the price you just cant beat it. Continental breakfast was alright. Mostly pastry, cereal and waffles. It was quiet, we slept great and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Cleaning service did wonderful.

This hotel had an amazing staff.. We arrived around 2 am to a very cheerful and helpful man at the desk. Our room was in immaculate condition and the beds were sooo cozy! This hotel is also located in a perfect area for all of the surronding sights.. VERY LOW prices for a FIVE star stay!!

The hotel was very clean. The only problem was they really need to get new beds!!!The bed was terrible. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room itself was clean, but it did smell old.

The manager here is truly wonderful. We had no problems he had to deal with, but he still showed everyone in our party wonderful customer service. He greeted me by name the first morning I came to breakfast, and had a smile and greeting for each guest that arrived while we were there. The appearance of the hotel was nice and the room was clean. The only problem we had was that the mattresses on bed were very lumpy and uncomfortable.

We did not come to Gatlinburg to sit in our room all day so this hotel was perfect for the price. Clean, conveniently located and served breakfast for my always hungry kids.

This hotel has an excellent location - within walking distance to everything we wanted to attend. However, the staff was not friendly at all---we were the only ones checking in and he tried to rush through the process like he had a line waiting! The room itself was clean enough. "Nice location for the Sites"
The hotel was close to many site. How ever the hotel needed improvements. The door on the room was really hard to open and close. The jacuzzi was missing jets. The faucet on the tub was lose. "Great Location"
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. This hotel is located very convenient to shopping and restaurants, plan on staying here again next year.
The management was GREAT! But hotel run down, really needs upgrading and better cleaning!

"DAYS INN APPLE VALLEY CLOSE TO ALL ATTRACTIONS"
THE ROOM WAS CLEAN HOWEVER THE BED WAS VERY HARD NOT CONFORTABLE THE ONLY OTHER PROBLEM WAS LIGHT IN BATHROOM HAD A FAN WHICH WAS VERY LOUD COULD NOT TURN JUST THE LIGHT ON. OVER ALL OUR STAY WAS GOOD.
The hotel room smelled musty/mildewy. I have allergies and very allergic to mold. I checked out after the first night, from not being able to breathe

Carpet had very dark stains on it. Looked as though no one had tried to get them out. A little carpet cleaner sprayed on and spot and cleaned would help. My suggestion is to clean them as they happen and you want have the collective allover filth. I had my 3 yr. old grandson with me and hated for him to walk on much less play on the floor.
