This was my first time staying in a Hyatt and I was so impressed. The staff was great, the room was fantastic and I can only hope that there is a Hyatt in every city I travel to from now on. If there was a negative it was being told that breakfast would not be ready until 7 am and I had to leave at 6:30. I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast […] was already set up as I checked out and I got to enjoy a quick bite to eat afterall. Older but exceptionally clean and attractive hotel! Convenient to Greenville but close to malls and major food chains. Foothills an hour a way. Great courteous and friendly staff!!! Great sausage and gravy breakfast (free)!!! Would most definitely stay here again!!!

It was great...the only issue, and I mean only, was that the fan (on heat and cool) sounded like it was dying. We didn't call for maintenance b/c we were only staying one night. Besides that it was great. The breakfast buffet was nice - it was a free continental with the option of ordering egg dishes (for $) and very fresh.

I enjoyed my very spacious room. It was very clean, and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!!

This was one of the best hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in. Very spacious, the TV was excellent, the complimentary breakfast surpassed our expectations, but mostly the staff could not be more accomodating. Would definitely stay there again!

As a business traveler, I stay at the Hyatt Place hotels quite often in many different states. This hotel is hard to beat in terms of clean, modern, comfortable rooms, free wifi, free parking, great customer service, and the amazing Reese's peanut butter cookies. However, this particular stay while I was working at the desk at 1am, a small cockroach […] ran across the desk. The next morning I found a bed bug crawling on the floor in the closet. I was not bitten during the night, but it was a bit alarming to find two insects during one stay. I've never seen any bugs in these hotels and certainly not expecting them, and was disgusted by it. I will probably not stay at this particular location anymore, although everything else was great as usual. I will continue to stay at the Hyatt Place hotels since this was one bad incident out of a lot of other great experiences with them. Lisez la suite

Great location, very nice rooms & great service. The continential breakfast had a lot to offer. The bed & pillows were amazing, so very comfortable!! Hotels.com helped us find a great hotel at an even greater price.

The bed was so very comfortable & the pillows were wonderfully soft, just the way we like them. Everything was great, we would definitely stay there again.

Very clean - Large - Modern rooms. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend! .

More like suite than a room! Best room for the price I ever had!

Awesome!!!!!! Never so happy to be in a great Hotel that really appreciates the customer. Much better than Comfort Inns, they are at the bottom of the ocean comparied to Hyatt. Thanks for a great home away from home.

My wife and I came to Greenville for a one night stay just to get away. After reading all the reviews from local hotels I chose Hyatt Place. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice and clean. The next time we come to town we will just book with Hyatt Place!

Hotel customer service needs improvement. Waiting 45 minutes for staff to clean room when we were told we would only wait 10 to 15 minutes. Ordered room service later that night and the clerk at the desk was the only employee in the building. He cooked our food, as well as checked in other people and answered the phone for each call. Waited 30 minutes […] to get our food. But overall, really nice hotel, spacious, great area, decent breakfast and good room service. Would stay again. Lisez la suite

Had to wait for 10 min. to check in... no one at desk

Front desk was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I was booked in a king, and they put me in a double room. Ended up having to keep that room because they were sold out. (Wonder how the other party fared). Hotel is in good condition and the room was really clean. Is in a great location!

We visited Greenville for the first time and absolutely love the area. Having a great place to stay just makes our vacation all that much more enjoyable. The staff and room was excellent. The breakfast was mostly good. Each location seems to have a different idea of what is included in the free breakfast. So we were expecting one thing and received […] something different. I would definitely recommend this hotel. My wife and I went to Greenville to see a concert on New Year's Eve. The hotels uptown wanted double of what the Hiatt Place was charging and they wouldn't let you make a reservation for one night. We stayed at this hotel because it was the closest one to the Bilo Center. We were both very impressed. The room […] was very big with a sectional couch. There was a 42" flat screen TV in the room. The bed was very comfortable. We were on the first floor near the front desk. You could order food throughout the night. The hotel also has a bar inside. The hotel had a shuttle bus that dropped us off at the Bilo Center. Unfourtunatly we had to find our own way back, but that was expected. If i ever go back to a show at the Bilo Center and need to stay the night I would DEFINITELY stay at this hotel. I wouldn't even waste my time looking elsewhere. Lisez la suite

Showed up for breakfast at about 8am - Noticed a need to re-supply several items. Apparently hostess was assigned other jobs also. Ate breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel and our stay was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, attractive and comfortable.

Upon checkout notified front desk of minor maintenance issues: 1) Bath drain slow; 2) Sink drain pop-up not adjusted properly, would not hold water; 3) HVAC thermostat needs adjustment, room either too hot or too cold, could not set temp. Not complaining......it's just in my nature to report these things as my way of helping make things better. Other […] than those minor issues, facilities and staff were excellent. Had 3 rooms all were non smoking rooms however they all smelled very strongly of smoke. Very dirty rooms found pubic hair and dirt in the sofa sleeper bathtubs were also filthy. One AC unit froze up in the middle of the night the hotel staff did noting to fix it, did not even offer to change the room. We arrived very late at night and was a little surprised to see people outside "hanging out" by the front door talking. Although they weren't bothering anyone it just didn't make for a very good first impression. Prompt customer service at check-in. Room was comfortable and very roomy. Bed was wonderful! Large wide screen TV. Very clean. There were […] some inconsiderate folks on our floor but they quieted down by the time we were ready to go to bed so we did not complain. Continential breakfast was not bad - a good variety of cereal, plenty of fresh fruit, bagels and white and wheat bread with assorted jellies and butter. There was plenty of coffee, milk and assorted juices as well. Location seemed great - lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. I would stay here again. Lisez la suite

Very spacious room. Like the free laundry room service.

Hyatt Place Hotels are a nice addition to motel/hotel offerings. They are decidedly upscale and contemporary and offer very comfortable beds and an array of choices for a complementary breakfast. The Greenville Hyatt Place is located on a hilltop overlooking lush surroundings.

Lobby is identical to the Hyatt Place in Atlanta. Clearly intentional branding. Felt like I already knew where to find everything. Clean. Extremely friendly staff. Great value. No real complaints. Breakfast was nice and convenient. Pool looked good, although did not have time to use it. Will probably stay there again if I am in the area.

We enjoyed our one night in this hotel. The lobby was very pretty and the room was very spacious. For people that would want to stay in and watch TV it had a huge television. There were only two things that we felt could have been better. 1. We found two long hairs that did not belong to myself or my husband. One in the bathroom and one in the bed. […] =( 2. We were kind of hoping for a better breakfast, at least with eggs or something. But it is kind of understandable since they have their own kitchen, but $7 is a little much for eggs and bacon. AWESOME HOTEL!!!!!!!! This hotel was absolulety wonderful! The staff was more than friendly- they were very warm, very freindly and very accommodating. The room was awesome!!! It was very bright and clean. And bed was very, very comfortable. Everything was new and modern. The location of the hotel is close to malls, restuarants and the interstate, therefore, […] it did not take us long to drive to the many sites in Greenville (downtown, the zoo, etc.). We did not know that Greenville has so much to offer and we will not only come back, but when we do, we will be staying at this hotel. We have told several family members and friends about the wonderful service we received at this Hyatt Place Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel hands down and this is the first time that I have EVER given a review for ANY hotel. You will not be disappointed!!! First we showed up early and they let us check in early which was great because we just drove 17 hours. They were helpful with everything from more towels to take out menus to info about dining and things to do around the area. I will def be coming back to this hotel.:)

Let me start out by saying that this is the first time I have ever written a review for a hotel... We were just that pleased! This was our first time in Greenville, and we were just stopping over on our road trip from Miami to Chicago. We needed a hotel that was easy, accessible, and comfortable. Being a little bit of a hotel snob, I didn't want to […] settle for a "cheap" hotel; however, didn't want to spend the money on anything too extravagant as we would only be there for 12 hours. We chose the Hyatt Place after seeing the pictures and when we arrived, realized that they didn't do it justice! It was so comfortable, clean and modern. The room was like a small suite, outfitted with a comfy sectional. The staff couldn't be nicer! The location seemed pretty central (near a mall and restaurants). Overall, a great experience! Due to construction, I had a hard time finding the right way into the hotel. Check-in was terrific and easy. Room was right across from the elevator, which caused some issues with my hope for peace and quiet. The complementary wifi was available with a very low signal. I complained to the service desk and she said it happens when lots of people are […] on wifi. Of course, it was still just as bad at 2am when I checked it again. Hyatt's response: sorry. There were very few channels available on the TV. My remote wouldn't work. Hyatt's response again: sorry. Great shower, great AC. Great room presentation. But I chose this hotel on hotels.com because of its internet connectivity amenity. Not having this work reliably was a real problem for me. And I was disappointed in Hyatt's response. I'd probably visit the hotel again, hoping each of these problems was unrepresentative of the normal stay. Unfortunately for Hyatt, I stayed at another hotel on my trip that wowed me. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our room was clean, quiet and in like new condition. The staff was great. This hotel is close to several good restaurants. I have no idea why this place is not rated at 5 stars.

when we checked in they only had us for one night not two. when we returned to our room the second day we were locked out. They had not made our reservation for the second night. It was quickly taken care of but our room was never cleaned. We waited for someone to come clean it but had dinner reservations and wanted to get showers. So we just got clean […] towels from downstairs. When we checked out they said our credit card was declined. It was not our card number! Got all cleared up but was a strange stay. Lisez la suite

I traveled to Greenville, SC to take a general contracting test in the area. I arrived early at the hotel and they accommodated my request for early check-in with no problem. I had several questions about locations of local places; and they were extremely helpful!! I spent the whole next day at the hotel studying and found everything I needed right […] there on site. They had a good menu in the cafe which was available all day and the wine / beer bar came in handy at night when I was ready to "wind down". The room was very large and comfortable, and the large flat screen tv was a nice feature too! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone whether it be for business or pleasure! Lisez la suite

Awesome hotel in a convenient location. Keeps in line with the Hyatt Place standard. The room was spacious and nice with a huge flatscreen and huge bed. I enjoyed my stay here even more than the Hyatt in downtown Greenville, SC. I would definitely stay here again.
