Hôtel très agréable très bien situé, à quelques pas des principaux centres d'intérêt de la ville et des zones de magasins et restaurants/bars - L'ambiance de l'hotel est très détendue avec un lobby agréable (canapés, écrans TV, accès internet libre, journaux) et un petit déjeuner varié. Une piscine et un centre de fitness sont situés au dernier étage (27ème) avec vue sur les buildings et la ville.

Hotel tres chaleureux par son accueil et son organisation. Café ou thé disponible a toute heure. Excellent confort de la chambre. Choix des chaines de TV gratuites un peu limité mais WIFI gratuit.. Quartier sympatique et centre ville tres facile d'acces par bus ou metro.

Hotel très propre, acceuil chaleureux, personnel à l'écoute. Nous avons eu des problèmes de connection internet ils nous ont offert la connection dans la chambre en compensation ( ce service coutait 10 dollars). Petit déjeuner complet, cookies à 16 h ^^ Parfait, parfait parfait!!!

"Willows pays attention to details"
We were impressed by the little attention to details. For example, the continental breakfast served with REAL coffee mugs, and small sandwiches, the availability of coffee and tea 24 hours, and the coziness of the rooms and the lobby. Internet was free. Beds comfortable with european linens (duvet, cotton). Great location
We were in chicago to visit our kids. the hotel management was helpful and we got a quiet room. We could walk to the brown line if we needed the train. We could walk to the Lake and we did for a Saturday stroll at Lincoln Park. Trader Joe's is nearby and some shopping too. For the price it was worth it.

Our stay was great. All the staff members were so friendly and helpful. Our only concern was that we were not aware of the parking cost when booking the room. I forgot to ask and it was not mentioned in details about the Willows. It worked out for us and was not an issue, but I will check parking arrangements when booking from now on.

I had a wonderful week long stay at the Willows. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The front desk personnel (Adrian) was very friendly. The lobby was warm and welcoming. I was actually surprised at how impressed I was with this hotel. I had a wonderful week there, and will definitely be returning.

Historical and unique. European in feel. Not wheelchair accessible so we will not be able to stay with my Mom visiting.

"Willows in Chicago's Lakeview Neighborhood"
You can't beat the location of this hotel. It is just a few blocks from the shore of Lake Michigan, close to Wrigley Field, and has plenty of restaurants and other shopping in walking distance. "Weekend Visit"
This is a nice hotel, with good sized rooms, and comfy beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. We had access to a local gym too, which was great. Buffet breakfast options were limited but more than adequate to start the day (bagels would be nice). Coffee available 24/7, in reception which was great. A little pricey, but worth it. Safe and secure, friendly and helpful. Historical and modern. The parking is a little difficult. We parked in a garage behind and it wasn't too bad, but we found out that there was another one that allowed free in and out. We had the double bed room with a desk. Near a crossroads with shopping and restaurants and near the Kingson Mines Blues Club and Ba Ba Reeba restaurant. Willows was also a short distance from the Lakeshore. Surf Street is very scenic.

We stayed here because it was in close walking distance to several places we wanted to visit along with a few blocks to the El. It was very clean, the rooms are small but adequate. During my stay I spoke with 3 employees and they were all very friendly and helpful.

This was my first visit to Chicago and I was very pleased with my stay at The Willows. Upon arriving we were greeted by incredibly friendly staffers who went above and beyond the call of duty when explaining how to get around in the area and their suggestions for places to eat. While the room was by no means palatial it was very clean and just the right […] size for two people (we stayed in a queen room on the first floor). The location was very convenient to public transportation and was an inexpensive cab ride away from the downtown area. They also provided a continental breakfast that was delicious. This is a nice little hotel in the heart of Chicago. Parking is as expected.... difficult. But it is in any metro city. At any rate, i will be staying at this hotel again, as soon as I make plans to visit Chicago again. And I hope it is soon.

i work in Chicago once a month..The Willows functions like a little apartment for me..convenient parking and just close enough to downtown.
