"Good but dated"
The hotel was clean and nice. However I had not been there since it was the Wyndham in the past, and nothing has changed. The only complaint or main suggestion is updating the air units.

"Needs updating"
Mattress was hard, woke up with backache both mornings. Burn marks all over bathroom vanity even though it was a non smoking room. Rug looked stained. Staff was pleasant.

We normally found the Holiday Inn chain to have clean, well maintained, friendly staffed hotels. However, this was a VERY Dissapointing stay. There were many things wrong with the hotel. First, there was only one set of elevators and they were not functioning properly. There were no signs to inform everyone of the erratic elevator service. Additionally, […] the hot tub was not hot at all and the heating device for the hot tub was not working properly. There were two ice machines that were out of order. The wait staff in their restaurant was clueless of what a good waiter should do. First, we went to the in house restaurant on Saturday evening and ordered a simple pizza. The waitress finally brought the pizza on a "community" stand up tray and then asked "would you like some plates with your pizza!?" The next morning we had breakfast in the restaurant. We ordered omletes that were supposed to be served with breakfast potatoes. When we informed the waiter that our potatoes were missing, he brought out our potatoes that were luke warm at best. To add insult to injury, the elevators was still not working properly and would not go down. Given that we had a morning wedding to go to, climbing down three flights of stairs wearing suits with luggage is something one should never go through. When checking out, the woman waiting on everyone was not wearing a name tag. It was obvious she did not want to be the last person seen since about 30 members of the wedding party were staying there and were totally frustrated with the elevator situation. There was no apologies or thank you for your stay, can we make this up to you? Our advice, although the room was well maintained this Holiday Inn was WELL BELOW the usually reliable Holiday Inn reputation, stay away! Lisez la suite

"Hard to find"
By the time I arrived I was very frustrated. Couldn't find it on the GPS, the name was listed differently than my reservation ( thru hotels.com), went to a different holiday inn, found out it was the wrong one..... eventually figured it out. Pool was very loud -very small area and echoed a lot, enjoyed it after all the kiddies left. Was given an "upgrade" […] of a room with a giant conference table in it???? - who wants that??? "way over priced"
stayed while traveling cross country. Staff was not friendly on check in. Had a looong walk to elevators. Room was outdated, even though they advertised remodeled. Charge for local calls. Ice machine on top 2 floors not working. Definately, better places to stay for less price. I won't stop there again.

Ok, little expensive, but clean small room crt tv no extras like a fridge ect, relatively slow internet, and apparently it cost 25 cents to call a calling card for 3 mins,

"Drip Drip Drip BRRRR...."
Overall, our experience was positive. The people couldn't have been nicer, and the food at the buffet was delicious. Two things stick out from my trip in my mind though, and both of them are negative: 1. Our room was FREEZING upon check-in. And the heat was the absolute NOISEST blower on the planet. It kept me awake most of the night, but if we turned […] it off, we'd freeze. 2. The pool----ICK. Condensation was dripping off the ceiling, and landing on me as I watched my kids in the pool. There was mold all along the walls, and the plaster was peeling and mushy. The whole room was just gross and wet from the ceiling dripping on it. The hot tub was all cracked and chipped, and there was bits of it floating in the hot tub. There were also only tiny little towels (for the gym, really) outside the pool/gym area, and they were impossible to dry off my kids with---where were the full sized towels? Overall, we'd stay there again because it's so convenient, but I doubt we'll go in their pool again. We stay there twice a year when I visit my family in NJ, but if another hotel becomes available nearby that has a nicer pool and better heating in their rooms, we'll be switching over there ASAP! "needs improvement"
Noisy air conditioner. Two Lights not working. Sharp metal towel bar corner stuck me in the eye while trying to set up my shower. No ice on my floor when trying to put ice on it.One of the elevators out of order. The iron was broken but usuable. It hung from the base but I was still able to iron my pants. "Great Hotel,however"
Everything was fine except the indoor pool heater was broken and therefore the pool was closed.Had friends visit with children so they were disappointed.

Neither great nor bad. Bed was wonderful! Curtains were gross. Bartender was drunk.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was knowledgable and had good dining recommendations. There were a few things that were not quite up to par though. A big disappointment was that there was no mini-frige in the rooms so whatever you order when u are forced to eat out...remember that those left-overs are trash. The other disappointment was […] after we checked out of the hotel. Aparently they don't know how to handle reservations that are made online. I found additional charges on my bank statement from them that were unwarrented...twice. It was taken care of with a few phone calls but if i hadn't made the initiative then I would have been charged double for the room. "Expected more from this hotel"
Considering the price, I expected more from this hotel. There were a bunch of little things that added up to my larger annoyance with it--especially given the price we paid. There were no fresh towels, or any towels at the pool-- pool area also needs some refurbishing. There was no coffee available in lobby when we arrived at 4pm on sunday-- and they […] never bothered refilling it even after I complained. No access to the food vending machines after 10pm--have to tell concierge to open door to access the machines. Ice machine on our floor wasn't working. Could not close curtains fully in our room--light came pouring in at sunrise No paper came to our door in the morning as was promised. No toiletries available in bathroom of pool/excercise room. Our overall experience was fair. The hotel is very clean, modern decor, spacious bathroom & shower. The restaurant was satisfactory and we heard the bar was fun.
