Cet hôtel est bien situé, il a l'avantage d'avoir un parking. Les chambres sont juste un peu plus petites que ce à quoi nous sommes habituées aux Etats-Unis.

Très bon hôtel, des gens très accueillant et toujours a disposition. Prix correct.

"not bad but not good"
Not the best hotel to choose in ventura, but for the location and price it seemed like a deal at the time until i had to encounter the lady at the desk. I think she has some kind of hospitality chip missing. She was almost non responsive when asking her questions about the hotel or the reservation. The breakfast was disgusting, happy hour was ok, the […] lady working the bar was really nice. Room was old, and had a bad odor to it. We'd been to Ventura many times, and this time we were in town for a funeral. You never know what you are going to get, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was quite spacious, updated and very clean. On the rare occasions when I encountered them, I found the cleaning staff to be happy and personable, which tends to make the difference. "Close to everything"
The room was great the happy hour was fun and breakfast was good. Check in was the only problem. We interrupted a conversation between two girls and they let us know it. They we short and rude I had to interrupt them again to ask where our room was. I didn't know about happy hour , we were headed to the pool and I asked someone what was going on. The […] only way I knew about breakfast was because of the Internet. Because of that service I will think twice about staying there. It was our first time and a friend told us about the hotel. "Close to all the Sights"
It was close to everything nearby which we liked and it was easy to find my way back to the hotel especially when our GPS had just quit working. Hotel Staff were great. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. The hot, cooked breakfast the next morning was awesome. Loved the jacuzzi and I usually get into the regular pool first then the jacuzzi, […] but the regular pool temperature was just too cold and we had been told it was a heated pool. Lastly and most importantly, the bed was way too hard for both of us and neither one of us could sleep and we were sore and stiff as a result the next. Change your beds and we'll be back. The location was convenient, there was plenty to walk to in the area and it was near the freeway. It was nice to have free parking, free internet, and a quality included breakfast. My room however left much to be desired. There was a hair on the bathroom counter. The air conditioning unit made a loud rattling noise in the morning (even though I had […] it off). By far the worst thing at the hotel was when I went to grab a towel when i got out of the shower. "Ventura is a little tired"
Hotel is pretty tired for a Country Inn and Suites. Room was large with one chair (should have had a sofa) and bathroom needed an update Breakfast was very good however. I also was able to walk two short blocks to Starbucks.

"Great location and very nice."
I got the room for friends and I was very pleased by the look and feel of the hotel, and the amenities seemed like a high-end property. Yes, it overlooks the freeway, but that's kind of exciting. For the best ocean view, ask for the 3rd floor. Looking forward to staying there myself!

"Exactly what we need for a one night stop"
Our family prefers this hotel over others in the area because it offers exactly what we need for a lower rate. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. We enjoy the breakfast which includes hot food such as scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Our kids had fun at the pool. Covered parking was free and an elevator ride away from the rooms. The location is convenient since it is near the freeway, and there is a nearby playground as well as the beach a short drive away. I had to get to Ventura quick to see a sick friend, so it was clean, close and easy to get to. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are adequate but nothing about this place is what I would want for a vacation stay.

This places never fails to meet our expectations. Always a friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are nicely appointed. We enjoy the beach side of the building, so request it each time we stay there. The pool was perfect temperature.

"Work related visit"
I was not impressed with the Inn's outer appearance, it looked old and out dated. Rooms were clean and looked as though they were just renovated. Breakfast was complimentary. Happy hour was also offered, however person overseeing wine and drinks was busy chatting with friends.

The cost of this hotel was hard to swallow given the overall condition of the property. Ground in dirt and excessive wear in the carpeting throughout the lobby and elevator areas, loud plumbing sounds and noise in the halls make resting very difficult, etc.

"Good location between Santa Barbra and Ojai"
Hotel room is a bit ragged around the edges. But clean and had a big 40 inch wide flatscreen. Parking lot uneven and mostly for compacts in front. Underground for my SUV worked fine. Room faced away from fwy, which helped for noise abatement. Wireless did not work too well from my room but okay from lobby. Breakfast good. Coffee decent.

The area is very noisy with traffic and my nieces car was vandalized in the parking lot in front of the hotel one night (in the hotel parking lot). This hotel needs to be updated. The front desk staff was aloof, very unfriendly. Friendliness should be a top priority for any hotel. The only good thing is their afternoon snacks, especially "the Salsa", it was very good.

This hotel has clearly gone down hill! The room smelled, the air did not work so they brought in a filthy box fan. We had to request towels since there was only one in the room. It looked like the room had not been cleaned in forever. We are very disappointed. Will never stay there again.

My family and I stayed in this Hotel for 4 days. Our room was clean we did have a very loud aircondition unit in our room. Good thing we took our fan with us cause it helped drown out the noise. I wanted a couple extra pillows so I called down stairs and the manager told me I could have more pillows but I had to come down and get them. I am not used to that kind of room service where you get things on your own. So I would say this is a budget hotel and I would give it 2 stars. Overall the hotel was not worth returning for me. "Smelled"
The room was huge, but it had a weird musty smell to it. The room had a balcony that you could open the door to air out the room, but no screen door, so we didn't feel like we could keep it open all night. Based on multiple stays over six or eight years, I've found this hotel has well maintained its standards of comfort and cleanliness. I had a large room with a seating area containing a sofa, chair and coffee table. Tub & bathroom were spotless and shower very efficient.
