This is also a crew hotel and the flight crew thought the front desk had a attitude. Another company booked my room at a much higher rate and I went down to show them the lower rate at hotels.com and they did not want to adjust my rate so I cancelled and booked through hotels.com. Having wireless connectivity in the room is very important. The concierge said it worked, but on the 5th floor it didn't. This ruined my stay because I need wireless access for work.

This was my second time staying at Four Points. One of the main reasons for my repeat visit is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. I hate staying uptown and this hotel is close enough to places I am visiting without having to deal with the hassle of parking and noise. The beds and sheets are actually really comfortable. Excellent Hotel and I would highly recommend this to anyone in the Charlotte area.

Overall, the experience here was good because of the welcoming staff. The rate was decent though I expected the hotel to be further in downtown Charlotte. Calm, quiet location walking distance to good restaurants :)

I was very pleased with this hotel. The location was perfect for my son & I to travel to the Belk Bowl event. The rate of the room fit our budget. I would recommend this hotel to others and stay again when I come to visit Charlotte again.

With this price, I didn't expect much. But the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food there was not bad and there were plenty walkable restaurants around (unlike most airport hotels). What a delight Alex is! Technically he was the front desk clerk who checked me into the hotel. But actually he was more like Julie McCoy from the Love Boat. He made sure I felt like the most important person that ever entered the hotel! I will return just to be treated like that again! On top of which, the hotel is clean and beautiful! (My room (615) […] needed work - sink and tub never drained - but they got maintenance on it right away. And the ceiling is showing its age....) Otherwise, it was excellent! And it was next to a FedEx and 1/2 mile from a Starbucks and 10 min from the airport and downtown. Great stay and awesome customer service. Staff was very friendly and kind. Room was clean and even had water bottle in room for free. Definitely would recommend this hotel for the cleaness and the price.

Stayed for one night. I chose the hotel because of the price. I was not disappointed. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean. Only negative was the heat unit was a bit loud. I would definately stay there again.

bed was a little soft and the bathroom wasn't that bright. But overall I recommend this hotel because it is very clean. I would stay there again.

I've stayed at this Hotel 3 times now and have always been pleased with the experience. I found this room at an unheard of discount so I booked it immediately. The one surprise was that the room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. It was only a one night stay so considering the savings it didn't detract from my stay at all.

My bed was awesome. very clean room and fresh smelling sheets. Staff were very polite. I would definitely stay here again. great deal for the comfort and was quiet too.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Quiet location, I would come back again.

Hotel was reasonably priced, clean, and fit the bill. The only complaint was the air conditioning, when it came on it was fierce and noisy!

On route to the Carribbean, we were stranded in Charlotte due to Hurricane Irene. I quickly called Hotels.com and received wonderful service and a room. I thought this was the other Sheraton Downtown. Hotel overall appeared nice yet pool, is across the street / parking lot, surrounding neighborhood looks dirty, and the restaurant the front desk recommended […] was horrible. There was an AWESOME restaurant down the street that had fantastic Bar-B-Que, some of the best I've had. ROOM CONDITIONS. I complained to the front desk that our TV did not work properly and received no reply back. I checked again, and was told yes, the maintenance crew said there is a problem with our TV, yet no suggestion or correction was offered. I asked the front desk for a discount since the TV was not working and I had nothing else to do. So the front desk gave me a new room. THIS ROOM WAS EVEN WORSE... It smelled, there were signs of really bad water damage (hence smell), The bed seemed worse (older), the ceiling had patches of plaster, the walls showed where the roof leak had run down into, the bathroom was moldy, and all the trim along the carpet was peeling back and also moldy. My wife and I decided to not complain any further before we wound up in the basement. The manager nor front desk even inquired about the new room conditions. In the morning the shuttle service we reserved to the airport left without us. No one checked to see who was boarding, and the manager had no idea whom was actually taken to the airport. So we paid $40 for a cab to the airport. This is my last Sheraton Stay ever. Lisez la suite

I read the reviews on her before we stayed here and was very hesitant reserving our room. When we got here I was pleased to see nice staff and our room was nice and clean. We got a king room and the bed is comfy!!! It is clean. Sheets, towels, bathrooms, etc. The staff is great and there is a pizza place that delivers til 3. Be sure to tip the drivers […] good as these people have families too!!! The A/C isn't too loud like a lot of people said. The TV has a lot of channels and the wifi worked perfectly in our room. We brought out laptop so we actually used it. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel, don't come here, but I am very happy with our stay and would definately come again!!! Lisez la suite

The staff was very friendly, and everything was very clean and well maintained. Traffic can get a little thick around rush hour, but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and there is a train stop about a block away.

Great hotel the A/C was a bit noisy but great room

The entire experience was 100% positive for both my friend and myself. I believe that I received an upgrade for using hotels.com/expedia which made the stay even better. Clean room, spacious, and very, very comfortable. My gps didn't quite take me to the hotels location, but the man at the front desk gave me excellent directions over the phone that […] took me the rest of the way. The same front desk clerk gave us a glowing recommendation so we tried an Italian restaurant nearby that led to the best dining experience I've had in quite some time. Thumbs up all the way. The air conditioning system only seemed to have 2 settings, on and off. It was uncomfortably cold, even for sleeping. When we turned up the temperature to make the room more comfortable, the heating system came on. It was August! I will not stay at this hotel again.

The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The hotel was clean, and comfortable.

Sheraton Four Points Charlotte is an older hotel with some major heating and air conditioning problems. We unfortunately stayed there in the heat of the summer. The air conditioning system cycled every ten minutes and the noise was loud enough to wake you from a sound sleep. This hotel was great. I was extremely comfortable with the location and the room. Great hotel for anyone coming for a quick business trip

The outside and inside of the hotel was nice.The only things i didnt like was - it didnt have a microwave or refridgerator in the room, no microwave anywhere - nice tv but didnt have to many channels, air conditions unit was a little loud when it come on. The best thing i like was the bed, nice and soft. Its a alright place

I would recommend staying there,the only thing that I didn't like about the room is that the a/c unit is too too loud,if you're not a deep sleeper it will wake you up,but other than that everything was pretty cool,the a/c wouldn't keep me from going back ( its not that serious ).

Did an overnight trip for a concert. Really enjoyed our stay; but be aware of the $50 service fee Four Points places on the card which you paid for it on for in case anything happens such as damages or room service. The bed is very comfortable and you'll fall asleep quickly. Prime location (7 miles from Downtown Charlotte) if you can't afford Downtown hotel prices. If you're there for a business trip in the Downtown area, the local train (Scaleybark stop) is 5 minutes away and you can park your car there, save some money from the expensive parking garages. My first impressions of the hotel were OK - it looked clean when I first walked in and the check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. When I got in to my room I noticed a slight damp smell which was not overly strong but certainly noticeable. As it was already very late I was more interested in going to sleep. The air-conditioning was on and the […] noise was so loud you could not hear the TV without it being on very loud. It was also freezing cold in the room, but when I adjusted the temperature every surface in the room got coated with mist so it had to either be on super-cold or turned off completely. Sleep was limited on Night 1. On night 2 the damp smell was worse and when I went to the air-con there was a patch of water, about 3-4 feet square on the floor. I also noticed that the free wireless was non-existent in terms of signal strength (I later found out from the staff that it was a problem for the whole of the 5th floor). I asked for a room change and was placed in a two room suite on the 4th floor. Alex at reception dealt with the issue very well. When I got in to the new room there was a strong new paint smell and the light bulbs were missing from the two bedroom lights. Again, it was getting late and I did not want to be moved again. Maintenance came quickly and replaced the light bulbs. The air-con in my new room was even louder to the point I could barely get any sleep that night. For subsequent nights I used the sofa-bed in the sitting area and close the bedroom door. This really helped but it is not what one would expect to do. Maintenance did come the next day to "fix" the issue but the noise level was still too loud to sleep in the same room and the temperature was too high to leave it off. I mentioned the new paint smell to reception who informed me that they were in the middle of renovations. I appreciate the effort but I would suggest ensuring the paint odor is gone before allowing rooms to be booked again. The bathroom in the suite was also Lisez la suite

This hotel is being rennovated, however even the rennovated rooms are VERY uncomfortable. It took two room moves before I found one that was reasonably clean. The air conditioner caused the room to be extremely damp and humid. The linens and towels were thin and faded. The carpet looked worn and dirty. Upon arrival to the hotel, there was a long wait for check in and the check in clerk did not inform us of the deposit amount, but requested a credit card to charge without discussing the charges. The overall feel of the hotel was fine; however it was very noisy at night and you could hear others in the hall and in their rooms clearly. There were problems […] with the air conditioner and heating system. The ac and heat kicked on at varing temperatures. The internet connections were slow and one computer actually locked up when trying to use it. Finally, the coffee maker did not work, which forced me to get coffee from the lobby or out from a restaurant. There was no refrigerator, which you would think would come at the SHERATON! The room is very clean, but the mattress and pillow are very soft and not that comfortable . The annoying thing is the air condition unit in the room keeps kicking on/off and very loud. It will wake you up several times at night. The room is also a little too small and narrow .. ONLY nice thing is the Cleanliness of the room.
