petit hôtel ne payant pas de mine, mais bien situé (proche Grand Canyon). accueil initial un peu "froid", mais s'ameliorant par la suite. seul "défaut": un petit dèjeuner vraiment léger, mais peut-être en rapport avec le tarif. chambre propre mais viellissante.

Situation
Bénéficiant d'une situation idéale près de l'aéroport, à Flagstaff, l'établissement Springhill Suites by Marriott Flagstaff se trouve tout près des sites suivants : Walkup Skydome, Flagstaff City Hall et Lowell Observatory. Les sites Northern Arizona University et Riordon House se trouvent également à proximité.
Caractéristiques de l'établissement
L'établissement Springhill Suites by Marriott Flagstaff possède une piscine couverte et un centre de fitness. L'accès à Internet haut débit avec ou sans fil est gratuit dans les espaces communs. "Sringhill Suite Marriott FLAGSTAFF : parfait"
Nous avons été très satisfaits de cet hôtel à Flagstaff. Nous l'avions choisi à partir des notes données par les clients, et surtout par les commentaires relatifs au bruit généré par le train dans cette ville. Nous n'avons pas été déçus : nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le passage des trains, ni par l'autoroute. L'hôtel est très bien tenu, les chambres […] sont très bien décorées, agréables, bien équipées et confortables. Sur nos 3 semaines de périple, c'est un des hôtels que nous avons préférés. Nous avons profité du jacuzzi (un peu chaud) et du fitness, en bon état. Le petit-déjeuner était complet, même si on peut regretter une certaine diffculté à circuler autour des buffets (nous sommes arrivés à l'heure de pointe). L'hôtel est proche d'un supermarché, et de quelques restaurants, vite bondés en cette période de l'année (nous étions 6, pas facile d'avoir une table). Nous avons finalement trouvé une sorte de cafétéria, Sizzle ou quelque chose comme ça, très propre, pas trop cher, buffet et boissons à volonté. Je retournerai dans cet hôtel les yeux fermés ! "hotel dans la ville la plus proche du Grand Canyon"
En été si les hotels à proximité du grand Canyon sont tous complets, Flagstaff reste la ville la plus importante à proximité. L'Hotel est un peu éloigné de la rue principale de Flagstaff plutôt animé le soir avec une ambiance décontractée donc voiture indispensable mais parking facile en ville. L'avantage est qu'il est éloigné de la voie ferrée & donc […] il n'y a pas la nuisance des trains de marchandise longs de 3kms qui passent continuellement à Flagstaff. Décoration de l'hôtel plutôt moderne & design avec salle de bains spacieuse & miroir sympa. Confort de literie bon & clim efficace. Salle de petit déjeuner petite, full après 8H30. Breakfast un peu sommaire mais suffisant. Piscine intérieure petite , bruyante, pas spécialement agréable après avoir gouter à des installations extérieures...Au final hotel au bon rapport qualité prix avec une déco moderne & plutôt agréable pour une nuit. We had stayed the night before at the Springhill Suites in Kingman and it was so nice we booked the next night at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfy. "Not the Marriott stay I expect"
Heating system did not work properly, decor of the lobby is just weird, food for breakfast was just okay and some of the exercise equipment did not work. I expect more from this brand for this price.

"Just stoppeed for the night"
We happen to be big fans of Spring Hills Suites brand and this one is just as good as any other. Great hot breakfast and location is decent. A few sit down restaurants across the street and a couple of fast food places close enough to walk to as well. Would stay here again and probably every time I drive through Flagstaff

"OUTSTANDING"
This hotel is centrally located and services are accessible in the neighborhood.. The hotel staff was courteous and efficient (Including housekeeping).. Breakfast was served from 7-10 am (A novelty) which gave me a chance to sleep in just a little. Overall this stay was a good experience for me. The heater in the room was extremely noisy. It would have been more of a bother had all of us not been dead tired. We managed to sleep through the noisy heater. I noticed it because I briefly wokeup in the middle of my sleep and had trouble going back to sleep. No issues other than that. The breaksfast provided was pretty good.

I stay in Springhill Suites regularly. It is appealing aesthetically, affordable, clean and at least the two I stay in are dog friendly. I go back and forth between N. CA and NM. So depending on the direction I stay in Flagstaff (the neighborhood of this one is preferable) and Kingman. Kingman is not a real convenient neighborhood. Tried to stay in […] one in Bakersfield but that one is not dog friendly which is puzzling. It seems all should be as a corporately owned property. They are stylish comfortable and clean. "Enhanced our family vacation"
Kids loved the suite. Lots of room to spread out. The shower/bathroom/closet area was well thought out. Air conditioner noise was the only nick on an otherwise perfect room. Breakfast selection was great.

we had a pleasant stay over the holiday weekend. due to the holiday staffing was down to a skeleton crew but this was explained in a notice at the front desk. I must say that I appreciated the attitude of management wanting to allow the staff time to enjoy the holiday with their own families. "Easy On and Off"
We were traveling through on our way to Sedona and this hotel was easily accessible from the expressway. The staff was friendly and helpful in identifying some things to do around the area before we left for Sedona. The breakfast buffet was a hit for our kids and the staff tried to keep up with the mess however the tour buses all seemed to leave at […] once! Loved the rooms. The pull-out sofa bed was a plus as we had four people in the room. The breakfast was decent. Conveniently located off the freeway. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The decor was very modern and clean. Room was fairly large. Breakfast had lots of choices and above average quality. One of the cups in our room was sticky. Kinda grossed out the wife. No tub, just shower. Not sure why there's such a big walk-in closet. Very convenient location. Funny thing happened when I called and asked […] the front desk for recommendation for local restaurants. She said "Busters." I asked "anywhere else?" She said "nope, that's it." And hung up on me. I have traveled all over the country and if there is a Springhill Suites we are there! The Flagsraff location is very easy to fine, right off Interstate 40, and walking distance to Northern Arizona University. The staff is very welcoming!

I thought it is a real suit, but it is not a real suit. Yes, it has a microwave (but really 'micro'), and a small refrigerator.There is no separate kitchen area. The room was divided with a glassy study table and looks a separate area for resting, but it is not a real division for resting. The restroom and shower is small. "Good Exprience"
The room decor was very good. Breakfast & service was great. Tempratures were comforting in the room and hallways. The only thing which bothered us that the extra blanket in the room had some stains on it.

I was very impressed with this hotel, especially at the reasonable rate I received. The breakfast was plentiful and the room was large and comfortable. I travel to Flagstaff on business a few weeks a year and I plan on making this my permanent place to stay.

We have stayed at several hotels in Flagstaff, AZ, but this is the hotel we keep going back to. The hotel and rooms are clean and updated. The service is fast and friendly. The complementary breakfast is decent.

I found this hotel to be an excellent value for the price. The service at the front desk and providing the breakfast were both exceptional. The room was comfortable and clean and my children enjoyed the pool and the business center. Overall, my family immensely enjoyed our experience at the hotel and in the Flagstaff area.

The room was described as a "suite" which in fact tuned out to be one room with a glass divider between the beds and a desk and sofa. Not really a suite so beware! Breakfast was a disaster with only a few sitting spaces leading to mayhem and the management opening up a meeting room for overflow. The hotel has nice decor but the styling was not very […] practical and some of the fittings in the room were loose or broken.
