"Great Location - older hotel"
There were several La Quinta's to select from in the area. I choose this hotel because it stated Inn and Suites. Was quite disappointed it was not a suite. Bed was comfortable, convenient location. However, the hallway and our hotel room smelled like smoke even though we were in a nonsmoking room. Nonsmoking rooms should be on nonsmoking floors. Probably won't stay her again due to the smell of smoke.Avis véridique Hotels.com

Room was supposed to be non-smoking, however it was or has been a smoking room. Although room was clean, hallways in the place needed some serious attention. Staff was efficient and pleasant. "FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT"
1st room I was issued was clean...changed rooms because the bath tub was dirty. The second room was cleaner, but I almost slipped and fell in the tub because of the slope on the floor of the tub. Excellent customer service! We had a problem with the air not getting cool enough in our room...they moved us immediately...and we slept in comfort! They are very affordable...comparable to a motel-6, but nicer! The beds were pretty nice for the price, and our room was CLEAN. They have a pet policy and allow pets...but I did NOT see any other signs […] of people staying previously with pets...no hair, no itchy feeling, no spots on the floor. The stairwell was a little dirty...not too bad...but then again, I had two giant dogs with me! A+ for a surprising price! Comparable to a Holiday Inn Express...only cheaper. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay, then this is your place. The upgrades to the rooms from what they were when it was a Baymont Inn have done it some justice, but you get exactly what you pay for. Hallways that smell like cigarettes even though you requested a Non-Smoking room, your room entrance through the bathroom, room service […] coming every other day.
