Nous avons été très bien reçus, à une époque un peu délicate (ouragan Sandy). Notre réservation pour 2 s'est transformée en réservation pour 3, pour 4 nuits. 2 nuits seulement ont été passées à 3 et nous avons été remboursés sans discussion du trop perçu sur les 2 nuits supplémentaires. Même si une chambre non-fumeurs n'était pas disponible pour nous, les membres de l'hôtel ont tout fait pour nous mettre dans des conditions agréables, en passant un purificateur d'air avant notre arrivée. Les chambres sont propres. Le service est d'une grande qualité. Nous n'avons pas testé les services et équipements (si ce n'est l'impression de notre carte d'embarquement, que l'on nous a permis de faire en utilisant l'ordinateur. La présence d'un réfrigérateur et d'un micro-ondes est très appréciable. La situation de l'hôtel au bord de la 4 voies NJ 37 est assez favorable et l' on est pas gêné par la circulation de la route. Le personnel a même été jusqu'à déblayer la neige devant note véhicule au moment de notre départ (40 cm tombés pendant la soirée et la nuit), refusant le moindre pourboire. Bravo pour le sérieux et le professionnalisme. Congratulation.? Very good hotel. Very good professionnals. Thank you for all.

L'hôtel est très propre et confortable. La chambre ainsi que la salle de bains sont spacieuses. Les transports en commun pour aller jusqu'à Manhattan sont pratiques (les horaires de bus sont faits en fonction des ferrys), l'arrêt de bus est juste au bout de la rue. En revanche, il faut compter une bonne heure pour y arriver. Seul bémol : le petit déjeuner, très peu de choix et mauvaise qualité...

Très bon hôtel, très bon rapport qualité prix, belle chambre, très propre, très confortable, bon petit déjeuner. L'emplacement est moins évident, un peu loin de straten island et du traversier (25mn) et il faut payer à chaque fois le passage du pont.

"I love this hotel"

General condition of hotel and room is poor. The rooms are dark and the TV's and carpets need relacing.The TV's are old tube type and require two remotes to opperate. "Frequent customer"

I booked several rooms at this hotel because of my past experince I told several other people to book at this hotel because I have had a great experince, but all our rooms were dirty dusty smelly and had what appeared to be blood on the walls windows and in the bath tub. "Christmas visit"
The owner of this hotel should be ashamed of himself. The interior of the hotel was discusting. Paint was falling off all of the wooden stairways. Hotel in very poor condition. Asked for a king size non smoking room and the room stunk with smoke odors tried to open closet door and it was totally off it's runners. We changed our room. Breakfast room was to small to handle the number of guests using that room. We left our I-pad charger and blackberry charger in a plug in the room. The hotel was in very poor state of repair. Not at all what I would expect from the Comfort Inn chain. Many items broken in room and corridors had wood so worn down and bare of paint that you felt like you were going to fall through. The only positive was the breakfast was nice. "Good hotel, but a little run down"
The rooms are very well laid out almost like a suite, which suits us perfectly as a family of 4. Kids can sleep while we watch TV down the other end of the suite. Problem was that everything was very much out of date and not maintained... Old style TVs were in the rooms and the bathrooms were not clean (bath needed resurfacing, drains did not drain […] and smelt bad...) Turns out that the hotel has recently been taken over and is undergoing improvements. "Quality Stay"
Our stay was great. The Hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. One of the hotel staff members suggested a local beach for us to visit in Long Point. overall I would not recommend this hotel! What was stated as queen sized beds were pretty comfortable but what they hd labeled as a queen size sofa bed was no bigger than a small love seat. We had 4 adults staying in the one room and there was not enough places for us all to sit down!!!! 2 fit on sofa bed seat and one on the desk chair! The other big […] disappointment was that the big lobby was not air conditioned. They had the front and rear doors open wide letting in all the hot and humid air. Very very uncomfortable. As for the free continental breakfast it was just okay but because it was terribly hot and stuffy in there we could not stay and opted to go to an air conditioned restaurant!!!! New front desk employees meant well but were not yet trained. Housekeeping never came to our room. Hotel in desperate need of maintenance. "Very Disappointed"
I have stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites in the past. I booked this one to be close to my parents for Easter Morning. Me and my 3 kids stayed one night. It was not good. The rug on the room floor felt damp..I tried to feel if there was water damage but could not see any. It definitely felt damp though. The bed was hard as a ROCK - literally! The floor […] would have been more comfortable. There was a sofa bed, which we used, but the mattress was STAINED and dirty. We covered it with the sheets provided but there was NO extra blankets. "Worked for us"
Staff was very courteous, let us check in early, which was nice after a long drive. Room was clean and comfortable and this is really all we were looking for. Only disappointment was that the next morning when I was looking forward to a soak in the hot tub I found the heater wasn't working so the water was tepid and there was an older woman with a horde […] of young children screaming and splashing in the hot tub and not the pool. I lasted about 5 minutes and gave up. Staff really should intervene in cases like that and ask guests to be courteous of other guests. But the breakfast was good and my kids looooved making their own belgiun waffles so I kindof forgave them. All in all, a good place to stay if you're not looking for fancy.
