État très correct de l'hôtel et des chambres, mais la propreté de la salle du petit déjeuner laissait à désirer. Concernant l'internet, le Wifi était correct

Situé dans une zone éloignée du centre des villes, idéal pur un voyage d'affaire car près des entreprises. Pas de restaurant aux alentours , tout fermé le dimanche.

Nous sommes arrivés un vendredi soir, nous avons attendu 30 min pour l'enregistrement, pour se garer il fallait encore de la patience car pas assez de places pour le nombre de clients !! Et le soir venu (21h passé) une équipe de sport , client de l'hotel s'amusait à communiquer en criant dans les couloirs qui donne sur tous les étages (voir photos) ça a duré un certain temps ... Le jour suivant c'était un peu le même genre sauf que là c'était une fête pour enfants qui a duré jusqu'à 00h, la musique à fond dans l'hotel! Cet hotel immense, luxeux ne m'a pas conquise du tout. L'eau de la piscine était trouble :( Le restaurant de l'hotel ferme à 21h. Je ne le recommande pas!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, and comfort of the room! The hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. It was quite a good deal to leave my car for the duration of my time away. I had to get up early to catch my flight at Bradley Airport, and they even offered to send for the airport shuttle early (it usually starts at 4:30)! We injoyed our stay. It was in a nice location and restaurants were close. We injoyed our visit to air museum on monday before we left to come home.

"Close to Airport"
Staff was nice and the location is great for quick visit to the Hartford area. Breakfast was not very good and the surrounding area is pretty dismal (it's right next to the airport, so no surprise). Rooms were aged but in pretty good shape with new TV. No Golf Channel though.

"Great overnighter for BDL"
You can't get any closer to the Hartford Airport (BDL) and the place is nice. The free airport shuttle runs every half hour and it's a 5-minute ride to your dropoff point. Your nearby dining options are somewhat limited -- fast food, Ruby Tuesday's, a diner, one overpriced restaurant and two sports bars. But that's not the hotels fault.

This hotel has been my choice for many years when I travel to Connecticut. It is convenient to the airport. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. It is alway a pleasure booking through Hotels.com.

I was there for a quick overnight to catch an early morning flight. I had to be at the airport at 4AM to check in but the hotel shuttle did not operate until 4:30AM. That meant that I had to take my car to separate parking lot to be shuttled in on time. The hotel would do well to make accomodations for early departures.

"Worst nights LACK of sleep ever."
Without doubt the worst nights sleep I have ever had. LaQuinta at Windsor Locks had the worst costomer service after I complained about a bus driver that kept his engine running right outside our bedroom window for at least 1/2 an hour. The night receptionsist just blew me off & said he would take care of the disturbance (which he didn't).I finally […] had to get out of bed & go to reception where I found him sitting with his feet up behind the desk.When I reminded him about the loud bus outside still with the engine running he finally went outside & told the driver to move. He made a token apology but it was obvious he didn't really care at all by saying we couldn't be reinburst for the disturbance most of the night. Great place for the price, Internet worked great, flat screen tv, no complaints and breakfast started at 4 am and was ok. I live local and had a very early flight and needed to shut down my house before I left. Bus service to the airport started early, however was a bit crowded.

La Quinta was perfect as a jump-off point for Bradley. We stayed there the night before our trip, had an enjoyable dinner within 2 minutes of the hotel, kept our car there for a week , and were served a good warm breakfast at no cost the morning we left. Shuttle service was perfect--only 10 minutes to the gate, and getting back was just as easy.

From our check-in to our departure it was the friendly, "can do" attitude of the staff that made our stay as enjoyable as it was. While not particularly close to "the Big E" exposition center (W. "convenient location"
I needed a hotel that was close to the Big E but not too expensive. I also needed it to be in a safe neighborhood and close to places to eat and major highways. It was all that with helpful staff and included a decent breakfast.

"Good & inexpensive, but did not honor reservation"
La Quinta near Bradley Airport was exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy but inexpensive. The front desk staff was nice, the place clean, and the room had free wi-fi. My only complaint, and is a major one, is that La Quinta did not honor my reservation correctly. I requested a non-smoking room with 2 double beds and was given a non-smoking room with […] only 1 double bed. A good one-night (or more) place v. convenient to airport. However, many of the utility repair crews and their trucks (for the late October snowfall of 2+ ft) were here, and had a very noisy, early departure. But this is not a frrequent occurence.

I don't expect much from airport hotels and so was very surprised and pleased by La Quinta Inn at Hartford-Bradley.The The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the room was spacious and nicely decorated. Ease of access to hotel was great. The shuttle to airport was very convenient. Rooms were clean and nice. Had a continental breakfast that started at 4:00 a.m. - nice for those early flights.

"Great hotel for the price"
I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The price was low in comparison to other hotels in the area but when I got there the hotel, room and service were top notch!! The front desk was very accomodating and the room was modern and very clean. Loved it!!
