Cet hôtel récent est irréprochable en termes de confort et de propreté. Chambre très bien équipée (bureau, grande TV écran plat, fauteuil, etc.) et surtout une literie d'une excellente qualité (il y a un bouton pour régler la dureté du matelas - nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'y toucher). Propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est en option mais du café est proposé dans le hall gratuitement tout la journée. Il faut compter 15 bonnes minutes de highway pour rallier Portland Downtown. L'hôtel semble assez mal desservi en transports en commun. Il y a également de nombreux centre commerciaux à 5/10 minutes de routes. Si vous cherchez du confort, allez y les yeux fermés.

"Would not recommend"

"In need of some upkeep"
The hotel was very nice but also fairly old and in need of some repair. The computers were out when I arrived and there was a minor wait to get our hotel key. The wait staff for breakfast was also short staffed so fellow customers were having to tell newcomers to the restaurant to seat themselves and the waitstaff would get there when they could. "front desk 'help' is quite the opposite"
Wished that we'd have stayed elsewhere. We failed to get the 'Courtyard View' room as specified in the ad at Hotels.com. In addition, we asked about the availability of public transportation to the Starlight Parade in downtown Portland that night and were told that we should have no problem finding buses on a Saturday night. A quick online check revealed […] that they stopped running at 6 PM. If you don't know, then just say so. Way better to have no information than bad information. And the free breakfast...we had the buffet and all the waitress had to do was keep the coffee full. Alas, she made not a single stop by our table for the course of the meal. "I wouldn't spend $75 on this room again..."
Driving to the hotel only 3 or 4 businesses down are 2 strip clubs and the outside of the motel looked like a run down travelodge. As you walk into the lobby to check in, you can automatically smell the cigarette smoke and the clerk informed us that there is a cigar room upstairs (isn't it illegal to smoke indoors these days?). Check-in was pleasant, […] however. This is an old motel, no key cards-only actual keys. Parking was fine, plenty of space. Entering the motel area to where our room was you could instantly smell the strong odor of cigarette smoke. The hallways were dingy, musty, and old. As you walked past rooms you could smell the string odor of cigarette smoke wafting under the door. The room was the same, just old and musty smelling, somewhat moldy. The vinyl in the bathroom was old and had holes from wear and the shower curtain was completely ripped. Surprisingly, the room was pretty clean. Obviously no deep cleaning is involved in this place but it was "ok". Bed was comfy and A/C unit worked fine. I will say that the shower and water pressure was amazing! As a person who loves a strong shower, it was awesome!' The next morning they had a free breakfast buffet which was very nice and the waitress was extremely nice and helpful. She pointed out places to take a walking tour and was very pleasant. Overall I would rate it a 2.5 out of 5. I would come back for an overnight trip, but wouldn't pay more than $50 for this room. "Shabby service and horrible location"
We were given the wrong room on checking in. After pointing this out we were moved to a different room where half the things were broken. The free breakfast options are very limited and the service is EXTREMELY slow and poor. The staff seems rude and unapologetic for the way things are run. Also, the hotel is located next to a bunch of rundown "gentlemen's […] clubs." So unless bad service and sleazy strippers are your thing, I would veer clear of this sad excuse for a motel. "Good value"
Comfortable, clean room; stayed here because downtown was booked for the Rock n Roll Half Marathon - however, the location is actually pretty convenient. 10-12 minutes to downtown, easy access to plenty of eating and shopping in Beaverton. Nice, relaxed lounge.Avis véridique Hotels.com
"Shilo used to be nice"
The front desk clerk was rude and abrupt. We had reserved a king room but the clerk said they were not ready so she was going to put us in a queen room. I told her we would come back when the king was ready. In the middle of check in she answered the phone and it was obvious that she knew the person on the other end. Instead of asking the caller to […] hold she just continued her conversation while we stood there. In the room there was no bathmat and one tiny bar of soap. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We really liked the evening bartender - he was very friendly. The breakfast buffet on the weekend was great - the food was good as was the service. Check in experience was a nightmare, understaffed at front desk. A surly attendant would not check me in before 4 and when I returned, there was a long line with one clerk. "First time I ever walked out of a hotel"
The check in was extraordinarily slow with only one poor soul handling all check in activities, answering the phone etc. Once I got to the room the Wi-Fi was not working (important these days) and when I called I was told the Maintenance Guy was out and they would get to it eventually. me and my girlfriend and daughter stay at this location every weekend and so far has been excellent. untill this stay my girlfriend went to take a bath and before did she was telling me that she didit think our room had been cleaned so we looked around and their were water spots on all the faucets mildew all around the bathtub and alot of scum and dirt […] build up under the bath mat . so i went to the office and not only would they not give me another room but they could not provide cleaning supplies to clean it myself!!!!!!!! The view from r room was so beautiful. The room was clean and nice! For the most part everyone was very nice! Now the restaurant that is a whole different story. We had ONE nice waiter on Sunday morning, even though they where busy he went out of his way to make sure we where taken care of. The check in was very slow. We were told there was continental breakfast and in the am. To find out when walked down in the morning that there was only a sit down resteraunt style menu option only with a coupon $3.00 off not free!!!! "clean but no hot water"
the room was clean, but outdated, the Bed was comfy. The hotel was quiet and had nice landscaping with pretty views and a pleasant sounding fountain. The biggest downfall was the lack of hot water. I only stayed one night, and let them know on checkout. The man at the desk told let the maintenance know right away, so hopefully the next guest did not […] have the same problem. "Interesting layout. Didn't need stairs on hill."
This location has an interesting layout as it is built onto a hilly area. Becuase of this, even though I had a 3rd floor room, I could park in back and walk on the same level to my 3rd floor room. Others could part at a different part of the hill and easily walk to their 1st floor room. Little things could make this a lot better. The bathroom had a […] few hairs behind the faucet. The water glasses are covered with strech plastic wrap. The ice bucket had what looked like a piece of corn chip in it. I had to move the nightstand to plug in a CPAP machine and found lots of dirt and grime behind it. This was a piece of furniture that a maid could easily clean behind. It's too bad. The place is close to do it right and with a little work this could be a really nice place. Staff in the restuarant at breakfast were great. Reception desk was great.
