Un très bon hôtel, chambre luxueuse (même si la literie n'était pas excellente: lit trop mou), un bar terrasse superbe avec très jolie vue sur la ville. Des alentours sympas avec une vie nocturne, restos, bars... Par contre loin de la grande arche (20mn) Bonne ambiance, personnel charmant.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.
Une pièce d'identité officielle avec photo et un dépôt de garantie en espèce ou par carte de crédit sont requis à l'arrivée pour couvrir tous frais imprévus.

"Comfortable place to stay, not much to see"
The hotel was clean and professional. The continental breakfast included make your own waffles, yogurts, toast, cold cereals, boiled eggs, etc and was a good way to start the day. "Reunion Weekend"
My wife and I celebrate two reunions that weekend. The room, the location and the comfort of were very satisfactory. The staff was excellent and very courteous. We enjoyed our stay.
"Value for money, pet friendly"
Good neighborhood. We had a wide selection of restaurants to eat at near by. A busy area because it was in town, but manageable. The hotel itself was good, up to the standards I expect from La Quinta. They are also very cost competitive and pet friendly. I would recommend La Quinta to most people, and this one certainly met expectations.

We stay at La Quinta in Hazelwood, MO every month. We've tried other area hotels but the staff at La Quinta is friendly and accommodating so we keep coming back.
"AC in the Rooms"
The staff are very nice and accommodating. The one complaint I would have is that, I visit this hotel monthly for business and every time I enter the room initially, it is freezing (the AC is blasting). I'm not sure if this is protocol for cleaning, but it makes the room pretty uncomfortable at first.

"Not Impressed"
This is an older hotel. It has carpeting issues throughout the common areas and the room I was in. On the second night of my stay, I was greeted in the hallway by the stench of marijuanna that continued all night long. I was also followed back to my room by what I assume was another guest and propositioned at my door. We just needed a place to stay for one night so we went with an inexpensive motel. Overall, I was pleased with the place. I took a chance on coming here based not based on user reviews but on the fact that I have had the opportunity to stay at a La Quinta up in the Cambridge MA area. Over all the stay was great. Very clean comfortable, and quiet. The only issue was the smell of cigarette smoke, but once I got into my room it was no problem at all.

"La Quinta - condom wrapper on floor"
We reserved two rooms at the La Quinta in Hazelwood, MO. We checked in after 7 pm and went straight to the rooms. The maid was still cleaning and left in a hurry. Unfortunately she neglected to check the floors very carefully. There was a condom wrapper next to the bed. There was also a fake finger nail stuck to one of the bed sheets. The other room […] had no wastebasket in it. When we mentioned all this to the person at the front desk she offered nothing more than "I'll make a note of it." "Get What You Pay For"
This is not the worse hotel, but it definitely was not the best. One of our rooms were not ready when we first arrived as the Ft.Dsk Agent had to manually key the lock; the hall way reamed of hot garbage and the appearance of the bathroom could have been better. I requested a crib i, called the day ahead - they said it would be set up for our late arrival. I asked about it at check in and the attendant said "We don't have cribs"....as if NONE were available - ever. Long Story short....he wasn't interested in helping. Primary attraction of this property to me has been its location. The Staff has always been friendly and helpfull. The rooms are of a nice size and well appointed in relation to the brand. The complimentary breakfast has a limited offering and could offer a few more choices. Over all a good value and serves my purpose very well!!

"Serviceable"
The hotel was just fine. Spacious rooms, good location, fair amenities such as free wireless. A bit dated with poor TV reception on a very old TV. Housekeeping went way overboard with cleaning - at least overboard with the deodorizer in the lobby, in the hallways and in the rooms. Staff was very helpful in trying their best to find a room that was less […] overpowering, but all three were bad. Don't stay there if you have any breathing difficulty or, like me, just following a respiratory infection. "Very nice hotel"
I was perfectly satisfied here. Staff was friendly, everything was very clean, plenty of parking, very nice powerful shower with plenty of hot water, great a/c. Easy to find, near freeways, convenient to STL airport. There is a Jack-in-the-Box next door, McD across the street, and plenty of fastfood & restaurants within 2 miles. Walgreens Drugstore […] across the street. The hotel is very quiet, even during a thunderstorm one night. No airplane noise. I stayed 4 nights, and it was a very pleasant stay. We chose this location over the other Hazelwood location (see other review). We needed to be close to Boeing and also to the U-Haul on Dunn St. Worked great for both, plus Florissant has all sorts of restaurants, businesses, groceries, etc. La Quinta would allow our cat, too, which was a big plus. Clean and decent facility (of the caliber one should […] usually expect of a normal La Quinta). The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly the cleaning staff. REALLY appreciated them. We stayed several days and I really started to feel almost "at-home" because of the staff. Breakfast spread could be replenished more often -- they often ran out long before the breakfast hours were over.
