Booked two rooms on the reservation. One room had no sink. Front desk attendant informed us to use sink in adjacent room. Very poor service and the room speaks for itself.

"Good value if you can handle the stains..."
I stayed one night while driving from Chicago to Denver. usually enjoy my LQ stay a bit more than this time. I did have a decent stay, but the carpet and the furniture were visibly dirty /stained - ewwe. "Good hotel"
Convenient to the I-80, clean, good front desk staff, free breakfast. Not much in the surrounding area, but a good stop-over if you're not looking for a busy neighborhood.

The price was not bad for this motel. If you are expecting a high class place, then I would look elsewhere. The room was at its coldest setting and as hot as it was outside, it was refreshing. However, it was not a a comfy level for sleeping. That was not hard to fix, but that seems expensive to me. The room had a damp musty smell and the carpet seemed […] almost damp. Could this be because of the excessive air conditioning? Breakfast was the usual fare we get in motels today. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc. The room seemed a little cramped and if the motel had been busy (Sunday morning), I would probably gone somewhere else. "Not great, but okay"
Low price. Not many amenities (no workout room, no mini-fridge, spare breakfast pickings, etc), and the room was just average. It wasn't filthy, but there was some dust and such around the baseboards, especially in the bathroom. We were unable to check in on time. We were told check in time was 1 pm and we were unable to check in until after 4 pm. No compensation for our inconvenience was given.

I have stayed here before and both times were good. This time the room need a revacuum and the staff pleasantly did that. Breakfast was adaquate but could have been perked up. Had to wait for coffee. I plan to stay here again.

Only 2 concerns.. our room was accessed through interior hall. Halfway down the hall, through fire door, and stairs, before the exit. If we had needed to make a quick "puppy potty run," we may not have made it. And as their checkout routine, they slip a copy of your bill under the door. It did not show that we had prepaid. "Don't leave anything in the room"
My personal cell phone was stolen from the locked room while I was at breakfast. You make the call as to what happened.

"Would not stay again"
My room had a wet musty smell associated with it. The bathroom had back spots (it appeared to be mold) on the wall and ceiling. I reported these issues with the front desk who told me that they would take care of it. "La Quinta Omaha - right on the way"
The room was fine as usual with La Quinta. However, it was full of bikers and they all wanted coffee at the same time we were wanting to eat and go. No one was keeping up with the demand for coffee.
Customer service was okay, and the quality of the furnishings was as I expected for the price. However, the room had an oppressively musty odor and dampness, and the breakfast they served left a LOT to be desired. I couldn't even stomach the coffee.
"Clean on the surface"
I stayed at the LaQuinta for only a single night. At first the room seemed very nice, bright and clean. It was later when my BF and I realized their was hair everywhere. It must of been trapped into the fabric of the bedspread and furniture. We were constantly pulling hairs off each other's clothes. "La Quinta Inn, Omaha Southwest"
The first room we entered, the T.V. didn't work, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, and for a non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke. The front desk staff was helpful and moved us to another room in which everything was ok. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, but could have used more fruit choices. They only had oranges.

"La Quinta Embarassment"
I am surprised that La Quinta Inn would be affiliated with this hotel. It was old, musty, and smelly. The bathroom was old, small, and outdated. It was a pleasure to leave it behind the following morning.

"Excellent Assistance with Directions"
Both the night and day desk staff were extremely willing to provide me with accurate and easy to follow printed directions to sites within the city of Omaha.

"I got what I paid for...."
For the most part the service was great. However, the hotel (and probably like may others) needs to maintain the cleanliness of the carpets in the room. The carpet in our particular room was filthy as if it hasn't been cleaned in years. Be sure and bring house slippers if you stay at this location.

We were on the road late and made a late reservation. We were treated well on our late arrival and the room was more than adequate for our needs.

there were just two major things wrong and two problems: 1- the bathroom shower curtain had red algea/mold on the inside (bath tub side). 2- the sink drained slow and showed signs of black alge/mold on the cualking and real old tub fixtures. 3- we booked the hotel for 2 adults and 2 kids and got the room with two beds, but they only had two towels. […] its a bit annoying to have to go and get some. but this is an easily fixable problem. 4- the wifi signal was good, but my new laptop was taking unusually long to connect and then it would give me errors. no one was there to help. the problem went away by itself with some time. the cons: a/c was excellent, breakfast was great, the location is great, front desk person was polite.
