Très belle hôtel,j'y suis resté 4 nuits ,le déjeuner était bon ,le bus est juste à la sortie de l’hôtel pour se rendre dans la zone hôtelière ,en face il y a le ferry pour se rendre à isla mujeres.Hôtel à recommander

On est tres bien accueilli le personnel tres gentil, l hotel est propre ainsi que les chambres, hotel situe face au port puerto juaez pr aller a la isla mujeres, un peu loin du centre ville mais possibilite dy aller en bus ou en taxi collectif 10mn petit dejeuner raisonnable cafe toast jus d orange cerale lait et un fruit. je recommande cet hotel....

Bon hôtel pour transit. Dispose d'un service voiturier pour aller à l'aéroport. Alentours calme mais sans intérêt particulier.

Hôtel très agréable,possédant un parking privé gardé,une jolie petite piscine.Quartier calme.Chambre très confortable,excellente literie,belle salle de bains,linge de toilette abondant.Petit déjeuner continental,sous forme de buffet,abondant,fruits frais,laitage,plats salés,viennoiseries et gaufres à se faire soi-même.Possibilité de petit déjeuner sur la terrasse.Excellent rapport qualité-prix.Très bonne adresse pour une nuit à Cancun quand on arrive d'Europe par un vol du soir avec le décalage horaire(très facile à trouver et à 10 mn de l'aéroport )Personnel très aimable

La zone hôtelière de Cancún est établie sur un ruban de terre délimité par un lagon et par l'eau turquoise de la mer des Caraïbes. Les plages de sable blanc sont bondées d'amateurs de soleil. "Did this hotel make or break your vacation?"
It broke the vacation! On check in, I was told the upper level room with 2 beds, that I reserved in the newer permid building, and paid in full, a month and a half earlier, was NOT available. They tried to put us in a different building altogether. Finally, we got a room in the building I had paid for, but it was the worst room available. It was over […] the main lobby and check in desks, and beside the elevator, and was so noisey......and the elevator shaft took up part of the room we were given, so the room was quite small. There were people yelling, and talking loudly, and I did not see any hotel staff or security, asking them to quiet down. That took 1 1/2 hours to check in, for a sub standard room. Next I went to check out the spa, and found out the sauna, steam room, and hot tub were out of order and not able to be used. We had been travelling all day, and wanted to go to bed on the early side after supper, and it was SO noisey in our room, I again went to talk to them at the check in desk about be assigned another room, like I had paid for in advance, or we would be leaving the hotel.Finally around 9 - 10 pm we were given a different room, up two levels from where we were originally assigned. It only had one bed, we had to share, and the room was small. Would I go back - definately not to that hotel in Cancun. Lisez la suite
"Beautiful Beach and Ocean"
I stayed four nights at the Grand Oasis Cancun. The beach and ocean are beautiful, and with the all-inclusive package and free drinks and food, really not much else was necessary to have a great time. The service and food was not spectacular, but was fine. No complaints.

"Worst Hotel I Ever Stayed"
The room was worse than a one start hotel in USA. Management was bad - I was given a room which was still occupied. Bath room was really bad and room was very dirty. When i went to talk to the manager they were not very responsive. I am really shocked to see 3.5 start rating. "Xmas from hell!"
So many bad experiences, written complains and no solutions. First, when we arrived at 4:30pm the room was not ready so we had to wait about 30 minutes more, and then our minibar that was supposed to include several drinks (we had an all inclusive package and were told that we were VIP customers) had nothing, we complained and had to wait a few hours […] day to get the beverages; the hotel has several restaurants with terrible service and greasy and low quality food, we had to wait 30 mins. just to have a coke and 3 simple tacos; for the breakfast the waiters reassigned our table while we went to buffet bar, even when we left our stuff in the table!; after 9:15am there is a line outside the restaurants of about 30 persons; other day we had no towels, we complained 3 times at all levels but finally we got them 1 day later and then the room was not made & we weren´t in the room the whole day. The management "explained", "we don´t have enough staff at this time of the year and we are so sorry but we can´t do anything"; there is only 1 gourmet a la carte restaurant in the hotel for which you need reservation, but since the moment we checked-in the concierge told us (VIP customers) that there was no space at any time and any day in that restaurant!; finally the drinks from the bar are really low quality and soo poorly prepared (not even ice-blended). Terrible experience and we will never return this pseudo hotel and will recommend against it to everyone I hear is planing on going to Cancun. AVOID THIS "HOTEL" if you want to enjoy your vacations. "Grand Oasis - Avoid at All Costs - Terrible Hotel"
I booked a group of 10 into this hotel and we had an appalling experience. On one evening four of the five rooms we were staying in flooded during a thunderstorm. When we asked at reception about this they indicated that it was a regular issue and that they weren't worried about it because "It isn't always the same rooms". In one room the bathroom door […] jammed and locked a member of the party in for over 1 and a half hours before we eventually made security stand back and broke it down ourselves. None of our mini-bars were in the room when we arrived and it took two days to get them stocked up. Then at checkout they tried to charge us for a series of charges we had not incurred. Food was great! Drinks were good make sure you order what they call "riviera maya" or "bob marley" you can eat great food all the time all inclusive all super good. They have little events during the week like bingo, casino night and entertainment you will not be bored.

I just finished a friends getaway at the Grand Oasis, and completley opposite to some of the terrible reveiws we read before booking, this place was exactly what we wanted. We knew we were not booking into a 5 star hotel, and received great service and treatment as though we were. The food was great and plentiful and the drinks never stopped and were […] by no means water downed. The rooms were pleasent and the pool was fun and clean. "Wonderful Property"
Our room was in the main building"pyramid", the room was a real nice size and the view of the ocean and property is great . The only draw back is that any folks that are in the halls late at night carrying on can easily be heard as the sound echo's, but it's a minor complaint. The property is beautiful all the pools make for plenty of room for all and […] it's great that some pools have a swim up bar and others don't, this way if you want to be away from kids drinking and being loud, you can easily just walk to a pool without a swim up bar and instant quiet. The beach is absolutely beautiful with lots of lounge chairs available, just beware, you must be able to go up and down stairs as that's the only way to get to the beach. Unfortunately, during our stay 2 restaurants were closed for renovations as it was the off season, however, since it was the off season there were considerably fewer people so the remaining places to eat were just fine. In general the food was at a minimum good in some cases very good. Having champagne at the breakfast buffets for mimosas' was a real nice touch. Dont forget to tip the bartenders and wait staff, I assure you it will go a long way to making your stay a wonderul one. Just a few dollars and no more well liquor, only top shelf and waiters that will fall over you to try to help. Enjoy! Lisez la suite
"Beautiful Pool, horrible room!"
I wasn't satisfied with our stay at this hotel at all. The room was stuffy, too many colors on the walls of the room and the bathroom. The water from the shower had to run for about a minute so the rusty colored water stopped. The pool, landscape, number of swim-up bars, bars, restaurants, and the service received was exceptional! Although, the entire […] hotel only offers Corona beer-one of the few beers I don't drink, even if I did pay for the all-inclusive. Luckily they had Modelo beers in the refirgerator in our room, but only two-which is the daily allotment I was told. I also requested an ocean-front room, which I paid a little extra for.......what I got, was an Ocean-view at best. If I looked beyond all the beautiful palm trees outside our balcony door, I was able to see that our balcony was indeed facing the ocean. Although, we were on vacation mode, and I didn't feel the need to complain about the short-comings.....I made the best of my stay, but will not go back - the rooms were just not at all what I expected. The hotel facilities are great. Beautiful pool, green areas, and beach. We always found enough benches at the beach and pool. Very clean outside areas and the lobby is beautiful and well kept. "Too many choices in Cancun, will not go back"
I chose this hotel because of advertised value. The partner hotel amenities were of no use because the properties are closed for the season. Our room was always seemed warm and muggy. With all the hotel options in Cancun I would not recommend this hotel.
"A Beautiful hotel and experience"
We were overwhelmed by the beauty of the place. The grounds and pools were amazing. The beach was perfect and went on and on. The room was large with a nice balcony, which faced the ocean. The bathroom was impressive as well. The restaurants were nice and there was a good selection: Mexican, Italian, seafood, American Hamburgers and hotdogs. The drinks […] were fun and plentiful. The only thing I can say negatively about the hotel was that between meals the only place to eat was the beach bar/grill and they served only hamburgers, hotdogs, and French fries. "No era lo esperado"
El hotel cambia el nombre de sus habitaciones de lujo regularmente, hace algunos años Gran Oasis era dentro de la piramide en habitaciones semajantes a las de la foto de la página web, el cuarto que nos dieron no habia sido remodelado y se veia bastante viejo. El servicio dentro de los restaurantes era bastante lento y la comida no era muy buena salvo […] por tres restaurantes el COCOA, las tapas en el SEVILLA y el RODIZIO en donde realmente se podia disfrutar de una buena comida. Cuenta con una playa maravillosa y un tapanco en donde se puede disfrutar de unas magnificas clases de Tai chi, yoga y capoeira con vista al mar. El show del Quetzal que se lleva acabo a las 7:30PM en la piramide central esta a la altura de cualquier show de las Vegas, si llegan a ir no se lo pierdan. Los precios en Cancun me parecieron excesivos, en el nado con delfines no nos dejaron tomar fotos con nuestra camara ya que sólo sus fotografos estaban autorizados, las fotos que nos tomaron fueron bastante malas y querian cobrarnos por ellas mas de lo que nos costo el nado con delfines! El taxi del aeropuesto costo el doble por un trayecto de 15 minutos que el taxi del aeropuerto a mi casa en el DF que esta aproximadamente a 1 hr. Lisez la suite
"Spring break"
El hotel es increíble, las habitaciones tienen una vista preciosa y el servicio en general es muy bueno. El único problema que tuve fue con los huéspedes que eran todos yankies de entre 18 y 22 años que se dedicaban a emborracharse hasta mas no poder y a destruir el hotel. Mas aya de eso todo estuvo excelente

Localizaçao e area excelentes, porem o hotel esta velho e precisa de renovaçao. O que mais me impressionou e por isso nao recomendo é que as piscinas cheiram urina de longe, a impressao que dá, é a de que os frequentadores dos bares da piscina ficam o dia inteiro tomando cerveja e nao saem nem para ir ao banheiro. "Gran Oasis Cancun"
La habitacion que nos asignaron la primera noche estaba en malas condiciones de mantenimeinto y lo mas critico es que durante la noche empezo a llover y habia varias goteras en la habitacion y una de ellas estaba en medio de la cama por lo que fue imposible dormir. Nos quejamos y solicitamos el cambio de habitacion y nos movieron a una habitacion ubicada […] dentro del edificio principal, y definitivamente estas habitaciones estan en mejores condiciones por ser mas nuevas y el resto de la estancia fuen mas agradable. Dette er ikke en 5 stjernes hotell. Mere 3 stjerners. Var en 1 uke på Riu Palace i Playa del Carmen, før vi bodde på dette hotellet i en uke. Det jeg har lært er at det er verdt å betale par ekstra tusen lapper, for service har veldig mye å si på slike all inclusive hoteller. Rommene var heller ikke mye å skryte av, air condition som det ikke gikk an […] å stille, og som bråkte så mye at jeg måtte sove med øreplugger. Dette var også det samme på vår medreisende sitt rom. Vi klagde på dette, men ingenting ble gjort. Lobbyen var veldig fin, og hotell området var veldig morderne med fin strand og bassen område. Men det var ikke nok solsenger, og det var veldig dårlig.Ellers så var maten helt grei, men du måtte stå i kø for å få bord på resturantene, og da er snakk om alt fra 1 time til 1,5 time. Og på resturantene der det ikke var buffe kunne det også ta opp til 1 time før du fikk maten. Generelt dårlig service, og det var få som kunne snakke engelsk av de som jobbet på hotellet. Jeg pleier som regel ikke å skrive slike anmelder, men her må jeg bare si ifra. Når du førs reiser så langt ta et annet hotell. Riu Palace i både Playa del Carmen og cancun kan anbefalles på det sterkeste. Lisez la suite
"Hotel Grand Oasis Cancun"
Hotel bonito ...só... , mas servico de atendimento em piscina deixa desejar, não existe atendente nas cadeiras, nao tem opcoes de cardapio no bar, voce tem que saber o nome da bebida e mesmo assim poucas opcoes de bebida. Não tem lanchonete de sanduiches ou pratos rapidos proximo a piscina onde voce possa ir molhado, não ha servico para criancas, não […] tem internet gratis, só tem 4 computadores com horario restrito e mesmo assim pago, somente para que compra pacote de internet U$ 20. Em 1 semana apenas um show noturno de 30 minutos. Enfim como comprei um pacote TOP podia ir a todos restaurantes, mas isso não é para todos os pacotes. Enfim o all inclusive, não é tão tudo incluído, foi razoavel, porque tinha opção de sair a noite e fazer passeios de dia. Lisez la suite

O Grand Oasis é muito bom e todos os funcionários são muito solícitos. A infra estrutura e a localização também são ótimos e a praia e a piscina muito bonitas. A única decepção era na hora de se alimentar, pois apesar de haverem várias opções de restaurante, todas demoravam muito para servir e a comida é apenas passável.
