"MY STAY AT PIGEON FORGE INN"
My stay at Pigeon Forge Inn was a very convienent location for my stay in Tennessee. Everything I was there to do (this trip) was all within two miles either direction for my hotel. That was great. On a nice day we could walk everywhere. (except to Gatlinsburg). Our stay was nice and quiet.

"Hotel Pigeon Forge - Awesome Experience!"
We spent ten days at the Hotel Pigeon Forge while we celebrated the Feast of Tabernacles. We were a bit concerned because we spent very little for a room at the Hotel Pigeon Forge, while friends who traveled with us spent a lot more for their accommodations in different places - resorts and cabins. We were concerned we might have regrets. We were very […] pleasantly surprised! Our room was awesome! Our friends who had more expensive rooms elsewhere had spiders and stinkbugs in their resort rooms, another friend complained of dirty carpeting and said he would not stay there again. But the Hotel Pigeon Forge was spotless and bug free! The owner of HPF is wonderful and gave personalized service, even offering to turn on the heater for the outdoor pool - just for our family! The lady at the front desk was very sweet, too - offering any help we needed concerning local events. In fact, before we even made reservations, this same lady (over the phone) was very sweet to us - explaining their breakfast items and location. Everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable and we felt like royalty. The room itself was spotless (I looked looked everywhere for bugs) and found no dirt during my search. Everything worked well - the sink, tub, lights, TV, remote, clock, blowdryer, etc. We had a gorgeous view of the pool and overlooking the main street of Pigeon Forge and the mountain backdrop. Lovely! Safe area and right in the midst of the tourist activity, restaurants, etc. Less than three miles to everywhere we wanted to visit, including two miles to Dollywood! Straight access to Gatlinburg and Maggie Valley. Clean and great prices! No rowdy guests in the evenings. In fact, all the guests were very nice. People held elevators and doors open for us, joked in the hallways upon meeting with them, etc. When I commented to my husband about how sweet everyone was and how good natured, he said it was because they, themselves, had been treated so kindly by the staff upon enterin Lisez la suite
"Hotel Pigeon Forge BUGGED me a little"
Overall this was a decent hotel. Had a smoke odor though it was non-smoking. We checked in about 12:30 a.m. and went to bed and upon getting ready to shower the next morning we realized that we had no towels, only wash clothes. Staff brought some up about 10 minutes later. When we checked in, we saw 3 big bugs in our room. I killed them, searched for […] others, and assumed they were an isolated instance. No bugs on the next day except for the dead ones in the A/C vent. When we got ready to check out, there were 3 more of the same bugs. I took pictures, but didn't bother to tell staff. It was not a bad room for the price, but the insects "bugged" us and we'll probably stay somewhere else next time. This was a spur of the moment trip and the only room I could get in my price range. If it's all you can find, it's not that bad. Just bring a boot to stomp the bugs with and you'll have a nice vacation! (It really wasn't that bad, but there were bugs.) Lisez la suite
"Great Stay In The Smokies"
the people are extremely nice and very helpful. my wife and i got in late on a thursday and got to the breakfast in the morning late but they got us food out anyways. Printed off some coupons for us that were on the computer. gave me directions to a place we were going. The room was nice and very comforting. Room didnt get cleaned after our first night […] but we slept into the cleaning phase. My only hang up was pulling in and out of the motel. when leaving you have to go left and when coming in you have to go up past the motel and turn around. my only hangup all weekend. thanks hotels.com Lisez la suite
"No way"
The towels were worn out and dirty. The bathroom was filthy and there was was hair in the bathtub. The internet did not work and the beds were lumpy. It was our last resort and certainly not worth the cost for the one night's stay.
"It was good"
We arrived at the hotel and met with a very cordial and helpful staff. We needed a room on the first floor and we were accommodated. I had no problem with any of that. The hotel was very cheerfully decorated for the season.
"Comfort"
The hotel was quiet and clean, but the bed was hard and lumpy. Will not stay again.
Hotel was nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the bed linens were very thin and the towel were rough. Our overall stay was good though.
"Highs and Lows`"
The hotel is fine and would probably stay here again. When we arrived, our bathroom was dirty and had obviously not been cleaned - BUT - to the credit of the hotel, a man showed up immediately and cleaned it very well as soon as we said something. The only really negative thing was the location - and it's not in a bad area.....it's right on the parkway, […] and in Pigeonforge, but where it sits high on a hill is hard to find. Had i not just looked in the right place - we would have never found it and never would we have spotted it at night! Breakfast was nice and the employees are very friendly and willing to make you comfortable. I personally would have like fluffier bigger pillows, but that is a personal preference and cannof fault the hotel. Over all - a good place to stay. Lisez la suite

"very good hotel for its price"
Hotel is close to everything. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Free breakfast very adequate. Only complaint was a dirty shower curtain which I'm sure they would have changed if we had called. Only stayed 1 night so didn't bother. If you want a low-cost hotel near everything, I would stay here.
"hotel pigeon forge"
Nice hotel, staff nice and very helpful. Pool surprised us, used salt to keep clean pool. The only issue I have is getting in and out of hotel parking lot to street I consider somewhat dangerous.
"Pleasant Stay"
We recently spent 4 nights at Hotel Pigeon Forge and were very satisfied. Our main concerns, like others, would be cleanliness and bed bugs. Could not have been more pleased, with our stay. The beds were comfortable. It is not a 5* hotel, but, we did not pay for a 5* hotel. The continental breakfast was OK, nothing great. Hotel is up on a hill, and […] overlooks Pigeon Forge. Beautiful scenery and a nice deck to sit on. The Welchs Lisez la suite
"Not bad for the money"
It was in the perfect location and I now know that I'll never stay in Gatlinburg because it's way too congested and there's way more interesting stuff to do in PF. The only problem was that we requested a handicap-accessible room and apparantly that request wasn't received so they had to scramble to make it right. Thanks to my 'boyfriend' at the front […] desk for getting the spider in the tub... LOVE YOU MAN!!! Lisez la suite
