Hôtel très bien tenu, personnel d'une grande gentillesse malgré le problème de llangue. Petit déjeuner manque juste un peu de produit laitier, style fromage ou yaourt. Avons fort apprécié cet établissement et le recommandons.

Très bon hôtel, personnel sympa, chambres très propres et très bien situé. Pour le petit déjeuner la salle est un peu trop petite, il faut attendre son tour mais il y a beaucoup de choix et c'est très bon.

Pour un passage d'une nuit ou pour quelques jours , cet hotel est plutot bien placé avec quelques trés bon restaurants aux alentours , je vous conseille le restaurant spécialité viande qui se trouve à 20 metres. Les chambres sont propres , le petit déjeuner est suffisament copieux . Et tout excellent rapport qualité prix .

carpet was ripped in 1st room, moved to another room following day b/c we smelled a gas leak from somewhere, when we notified front desk they stated there was no gas on the property which led us to believe there must have been a major gas leak nearby. we were out of there after hearing that! clean room, but 1st bathroom tub very dirty. stay elsewhe […] re! "Don't go there"
The room was stinky and looked very shabby...and the old man at the desk was creepy. The whole experience was very bad. Unfortunately its the only motel close to the amtrak train station and the SUNY campus in east greenbush. After reading other reviews we didn't even try the breakfast.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Worst location ever"
I did not feel safe at all, there was a house neighboring hotel with junky guys in it, they were harasing me even during afternoon, linens and towels were so yellowish old with stains on them, breakfast was few stale,dry baggles from God knows how many days ago, the pool is closed, coarpets stains all over them, the guy is so unfamiliar with anything […] to do around that place, Bus Stop right in front it and he says he doesn't know.I have used your web-site a lot, never bad; this has been a major disappointment. "ONE TIRED HOTEL"
the hotel is one we have used in the past . its convienient to my sons house . the hotel is quite worn down. carpets badley stained . huge chip out of the tub in our room , smelled old... the breakfast was suspect at best. some how the fridge with the milk in it had been unplugged as well as the juice machine. the garbage was over flowing . the decaf […] coffee was inoperative. at least it didnt have bed bugs .(i checked) we will not be staying there again. "EconoLodge - A work in progress (near Amtrak)"
THis hotel is going under renovations as a new owner is absolutely wondeful, is working hard fixing up the place. Its cheap right now, so I guess you can't except much. The outside looks rough, and they are individual rooms on the first floor spread over several buildings. The were repairing several of the roofs when we were there, so it was noisy […] until they were done for the day. The room was pretty rough....the bed was painful!!! It squeaked at every move, and you could feel the springs against your body. The frame was moving and tilting over, and the bedspread had a cigarette burn on it. The mattress was crushed, so the sheets were not staying on. I can't comment on the other rooms...just ours. The chair for the little table was wiggling if you shifted in the seat as if it was going to come apart right under you. It had a window that opened fully, and they have smoking rooms. They did have a refrigerator (nice size), microwave, free (24hr) coffee in the lobby (no coffee maker in the room). The alarm clock was broken...so we had to use our cellphone alarms. "Yes! THIS one! Fantastic!"
This hotel set the bar very high for the rest on my journey. Our room felt recently redecorated & was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful (told us the state park we were planning on going to the next day might be closed- saving us an hour or more of driving) The set up of this hotel is not conventional- a private street of motel-style buildings […] with a two story hotel at the end. We didn't feel like we were in a city at all. Very nicely kept and well-lit grounds. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't a dream, but the hotel was secure and safe. "In Need of an Upgrade"
My wife and I stayed in this hotel for one night and that was too long. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were flat as a piece of paper. The blankets were rough and too stiff . The shower was broken and you could see the lights from outside comming through the cracks of the door and from the window. The window wouldn't have been bad if it had […] blinds. So the room wasn't dark enough to sleep well in. We also woke up to people laughing from the next room at 1 a.m.. It sounded like they were right outside our door and that didn't stop until 3 a.m and I had to be up at 6 a.m. The point is the room was old, smelly, uncomfortable and had paper thin walls.
