Bien , un peu dans une zone industrielle.

The only problem really was one of the beds was broke and the bathroom tile was extremely slippery when wet. Wrong kind of tile used in the bathroom.

Staff were friendly. Hotel was good value for money,

Hotel was cheap. Found a maggot in my bed and couldn't sleep. Manager was supposed to call me back when I brought it the the staffs attention before I left but never did. Other than that and the overpowering cleaner smell the room served its purpose. Probably won't stay there again if I'm in the area since there are other options in the same price  […] range. When I first checked in to this motel at 3:30am, The first room I was given was completely disgusting! There were cobwebs hanging from the celing as you walked in the door, and the bathtub looked like a road worker had just taken a bath in it! After calling the front desk to lodge a complaint and have them move me to another room; I wound up being able […] to relax somewhere around 4:30am. Then, the next morning, I discovered that the door lock battery had gone dead, so I wasn't able to access my room with the key. Finally I was moved to an adjacent room where the door had no weatherstripping attached to it, so I could actually see outside through the crack in the door...not to mention the noise pollution it allowed in! This is very possibly one of the worst motel experiences I've ever had; I felt like I had rented a room at the No Tell Motel by the time it was over! The bargain is NOT worth it!!! Lisez la suite

The lobby smelled like rotten eggs. The rooms had horrible carpets, half ripped apart. The bathroom was a total joke, the tiles were like from a 1950 slum. I would never recommend anyone to go there, very cheap breakfast only Cereal and Milk that is about it. Pay $10 more and go somewhere else. Beds were very uncomfortable and springs were broken.

i really think this is a drug hotel

This is no 4 or 5 star hotel but the staff is very friendly, the cleaning ladies are great and it is clean. If you are just looking for a place to lay your head and aren't in need of all the bells and whistles, this is a great place to stay with awesome pricing.

The room was nice enough, the staff good, but the bathroom had seen better days. This was once a nice hotel, but management has let it go. The bathroon sink and tub just need replacing--the tiolet ran on a regular bais. The place wasn't a dump, but it could be in three to five years without remodeling.

Was very disappointed I thought howard Johnson would be a nice place very disappointed will never stay at Howard Johnson again there was guys smoking weed very disappointed

It's the wrost hotel i have ever set foot in the rooms where filthy ever and the out side air smelled like raw sewage it was so disgusting i would not recommend it to anyone

We booked this hotel well in advance of our arrival date and I had specified a non-smoking room. When we arrived at the hotel at 11:30 pm, one of the rooms we had booked had NOT been touched by housekeeping after the last guest had checked out. One of the beds was up on its side and the room reeked of cigarettes and alcohol. Bad location, bad odor, bad decor, bad attitudes, bad experience! Bad, bad, bad! Look elsewhere, there are plenty of other options close by.

the room was awful, the carpet was dirty. It smelled like smoke , I asked for non-smoking , the shower was falling apart and there were screws xoming out of places it was not good at all it was the worst hotel stay ever. I asked the manager to not have my entered or cleaned and they did it anyway. They had no do not disturb signs in the room. There breakfast is only cereal. The hotel had people living in the room next to me and a few rooms down from me. I saw a girl with a black eye come out of the breakfast area and she looked as if she lived in the hotel. Hotel was disgusting! Up all night making sure our car was still there, small,musty dirty old room. Stay here only if you have a gun and a hazmat suit.

My room smelled of milldew, and it was non smoking, but there was a hint of cigarrete. The continental breakfast was cereal or toast, nothing else. The bathroom conditions are poor. To add insult to injury, the hotel next door had the same rate and was clearly much better

Needs to be remodeled, the carpet very dirty, the lobby has a bad smell. I guess for an emergency its ok. Would not stay there again.

The worst place ever

Tub was plug up and the room smell from the drain. Clean bed and that was all I need for the night.

After, reading all the online opinions, and comments. I was very please atThe Howard Johnson Hotel. Just not new hotel but old, but a comfort stayed. A Happy customer, Ms. Pat S. Surprise, AZ 11/14/2011 - 11/15/2011 P.S. The front desk clerk (Patricia) very nice.

For the price that's hard to beat, I was amazed that my expectation was not only met but surpassed. Without hypocrisy the stay was well worth for the price. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will look forward to future dealings.

This hotel is horrible. My husband and I checked in and we were told that our room was just cleaned. When we got to the room there were crumbs on the bedspread and when we pulled it off to get a new one, there were hairs all over the sheets. Also one of the pillow cases had a shoe print on it and another one looked like it had been rubbed in dirt. In […] the bathroom there was a towel with a yellow stain on it with a hair in it. All they did was made the bed someone had slept in and turn over the pillows so you couldn't see the dirt on them. Also the bathroom looked like it was going to fall apart. Tiles were about to fall off the wall, the door looked like someone kicked it in and they just plastered it. This hotel needs to be burned down and rebuilt. This place is not sanitary. You get what you pay for. The room stunk, you could hear people in other rooms easily, the bathroom may as well have been an outhouse, traffic noise from freeway was apparent and there were holes in the walls. But I was tired and the bed was comfortable enough. Nice, friendly staff.

One lamp didn't work. The bed was a little hard but not bad. The building shows some signs of ware. The shower curtain rod looks like it had been pulled off and the drywall not repaired. I stayed here for 3 nights due to health problems I asked for fridge and micro wave it cost more the rooms electric was all on one circut so if you wanted to turn off the bathroom light of you couln't watch TV and the plugs that ran the fridge and microwave was on the same circut so to have them working you had to sleep with the bath light on

The girl at the counter was rude to my wife. The hotel itself was old and in need of care. The bathroom was like a truck stop and the neighborhood didnt feel very safe.

I would not stay here again. The front desk staff was very helpful, and changed my room when I told them the bathroom in the room they assigned me had not been cleaned. There was makeup in the sink, hair on the floor, and the finish in the bathtub was peeling off. The lobby of the hotel smelled like mold, and the hallways smelled like sewer. flies met me when I opened the door gnats in the bathroom Bed lumpy holes in drapes and bedspread , carpet rumpled and worn, rust all over the bathroom, noisy interstate nearby, pool closed and green, the only hot item in the hot breakfast buffet was white toast. Could not stay had to leave! Did not even bother going back to check out or try and get my money back. I kyat had to leave cause it was so filthy and the smell of the ro reeked!

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever seen. If we hadn't been to tired to look for another one, we never would have stayed there. We found dog food in the bathroom, there was a moldy towel outside the room to catch water from a leaky air conditioner, and the pool was murky, dirty, and had trash floating in it. Room was okay, furniture outdated, had cable, sheets were stained, ice machine broken (in AZ heat?) leaking room next door, bed uncomfortable, location was great for why we were there. Overall, I got what I paid for.

the pool was green, slimmy and just gross. they did clean it a day later. the bathroom was a mess, shower curtin was falling off the wall. the tiles are all peeling.

the genlte men that checked us in was great but when looking at the overall condition of the hotel it needed alot of work inside and out service done on airconditioning and the pool and pool area it was a mess and needs work. the grounds needed kept up better. They let teenages sit in the stairwells and smoke i was not sure if i was going to have them […] come in or break in. I don;t know unless they change alot would i stay agian Lisez la suite
