l'hotel est en état correct mais mériterait un rafraichissement. Petit déjeuner simple mais complet et efficacement organisé. Internet gratuit, y compris 1 ordinateur en libre accès. Quartier assez dégradé et plutôt mal fréquenté.

Bien situé. Chambre très confortable. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Perfect location! Theatre's are all close by, lots of shopping and pubs. Irish pub in the hotel was great! Easy to find. Close to a strip bar, which was a plus for my event. Only negative is the parking lot is a little sketchy but the hotel keeps the parking lot monitored, I didn't have any problems. I will stay here next time I have an event down  […] town. We loved our stay at this hotel, the front desk was very helpful. The room was very clean and cleaned daily with the change of sheets and towels, daily. Pleasantly surprised with the staff and hotel. I really felt like I got my money's worth. Convenient location - I was in Vancouver overnight for a concert and the venue was extremely close by. A complaint some may have is that the music in the club downstairs was pretty loud in my first floor room. It was a non-issue for me as I myself was up late enjoying […] the nightlife! If you are looking for a reasonable room in a great location in downtown Vancouver- this place was great. Two downsides, first the room was very small, and second it is very close to Granville, so the bar crowd can be a little loud. If you can deal with those two issues, then you will love this hotel! Good value

The hotel was very cozy. The front desk was very helpful in recommending restaurants, transportation, etc. My only criticism is the parking lot is outdoors and I was slightly concerned about my vehicle. Otherwise a great hotel at a great rate.

Considering how little we paid for the room we did not expect much and were really surprised to see that we got a large and very clean room with mini-fridge and micro. The view over Vancouver from the room on the fifth floor was very good. The breakfast, which was included, was like an average continental breakfast. Wireless internet and parking also […] included. If you have an expensive car you should perhaps consider another parking as this is on a public parking spot just off the street and not in a garage. Lisez la suite

This hotel was close to the orpheum with parking and breakfast included. Can't complain at all.

I would have liked to given a bad review so that the prices stay so low....We loved it, clean friendly, good food, comfortable. The outside of the building does not tell that story but the staff said that renovation is starting soon. We were pleasantly surprised when with condition of the Inside.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times and had a wonderful trip. I am from Cambridge, MA. and love this hotel especially the Irish pub breakfast and the nice people of Vancouver. I plan to visit again every year.

Hotel is located right in Downtown...walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. The only negative thing is that we reserved a room with 2 queen, the space was very tight and the walls were very thin. There was a few NFL games going on, therefore you can hear the people next door cheer. Overall, location is excellent.

Our stay was great! I had my 30th Birthday Party in Vancouver and we stayed at the Confort Inn Downtown Vancouver. Great Location for all the events that were planned - very close to everything! Price was very reasonable, rooms kinda small but just right for two people. I would reccommed this hotel to anyone!

The rooms are very small, and the staff is not the nicest. I have stayed in way nicer hotels around the area for alot cheaper.

Everything was within walking distance! Shopping, food, tourist sites, etc. Only place we drove was Stanley Park. Room was a bit small, but we didn't spend much time there anyway. Went up for NYE and we were right in the district with clubs/bars. Would not recommend for a family. Free parking also a plus! Would definitely stay here again.

It's better if the room smells fresh

Booked this online as the rooms looked respectable and it also included breakfast, for cheaper than the best western and same area. When we arrived we were very hesitant and instantly regretted choosing the cheaper option. The building is quite old, bit run down and the lobby leaves a lot to be desired. Once we got up to the room, while it looked somewhat […] along the same lines, it certainly did the job. Then, once I felt how comfortable the beds were, I was completely sold. Great beds to rest on after a long haul flight with two young children! The breakfast was pretty rubbish but filled a hole and I wasn't exactly expecting anything spectacular. The kids loved the waffles. As we were leaving the lift broke down and we had to carry 10 suitcases down two flights of stairs by hand. Not ideal and kinda sums up the stay. I would not recommend it to others used to staying in fancy places, but I would stay there again, definitely good value when it included breakfast. Great location, comfey, clean. Lisez la suite

Although the room was very small, it was also very clean and to me that is more important. The hotel is right off Granville Street which is in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Extremely convenient. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nites and found it comfortable, convenient, and quieter than expected. The room was a little small, but we had been upgraded to 2 queens (for 3 people) and a slightly larger room than the standard, which was a pleasant surprise. The regular rooms would have done, but would have been tight. It was very clean with the exception […] of the carpet, which had a couple of bad stains and was a little loose in spots. It probably should be replaced or professionally cleaned and restretched. One lamp bulb was burned out, so left the bulb on the desk and it was ignored. Also, one of the window locks was missing a part so couldn't be properly (tightly) latched, but would still have been impossible to open from the outside. The staff were friendly and helpful and the continental buffet style breakfast in the Irish Pub was fine. Considering the price and location, I would stay here again. Lisez la suite

It was very comfortable to stay here for few days. Good FREE Breakfast and right in the heart of downtown. Love the location!

I stayed there two nights in early October 2011. I was traveling with my sister, niece and senior mother. It was our first time in Vancouver. It's an older building but the room was sealed very tight. We didn't hear any of the commotion in the street. We loved the location of this hotel...close to all the things we needed to do ( go get overseas visa's at embassies) but within walking distance to Gastown, and easy to get across the river to Granville Market and Kits area. They only grow about 70 varieties within 100 miles of here! Come on Comfort Inn, lets offer local produce...and much more fruit for breakfast..how about some great pears, peaches and plums that are now in season. Other than that, everything else was great. The place was well situated and the room was clean and nicely made up. The view from the window was not nice but we didn't look out. The location over road the view. The elevator broke the day we got there and so my husband with a sore leg had to do the stairs. Thank goodness we were only one flight up. The people were vvery helpful and freindly.

The room I had was equipped with two double beds which meant that there wasn't much available space for much else. I still managed to have my suitcase open, but it was a bit tight. At first we were concerned that the street noise would disturb our sleep, but even though we were only three floors up we hardly noticed it - and it was a busy summer night […] at the surrounding clubs! My wife and I arrived several hours ahead of the earliest check-in time, but the desk clerk expedited the cleaning of our room so we could change and head back out on our only day to explore the city. The desk clerk was also very helpful in suggesting sights to see and giving us directions on a city map. Room was very clean, though a bit small with […] two full beds, Should have reserved a single king sized bed to provide some extra room. The free breakfast was good too. The only complaint was the noise from the street below, even though we were on the fourth floor, but we were tired enough to sleep through most of it. The carpets were awfully soiled and need to be replaced and then shampooed regularily as well as a "no shoes policy" past the tiled floor and closet at the doorway where people can remove their shoes. The hotel was clean, the staff helpful, the location convenient to entertainment section of the city- especially if you are young.Our room had a view of roof and our window did not lock properly.

The hotel had a musky smell and we took it as it was the only one in area available. Priced way too highcompared to others in the area. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Overpriced for the room I had. Noisy neighborhood.

It is very convenient location but the rate shouldn't be this much even though summer vacation time is just started. Service is good, complaint about noisy coming from near iris pub in first floor then they changed room for us, had enjoyed location(downtown Vancouver).

Centrally located but the nightclub neighborhood provided lots of street noise in the very early morning. Running the HVAC fan helped. The breakfast is good and everything clean but room very small.

The comforter on the beds was lumpy. It didn't make the comfort of the bed any less but it does look tacky. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. They were always there to order us a cab when needed, carried our luggage out to the cab. It was a pretty nice overnight stay.

This hotel is exactly where I want to stay when I go to Vancouver!

Very satisfied with service nothing was too much for them, then only problem were the stairs up to the lobby very difficult if not able with suitcases.
