Tout y est, le staff hyper agréable et professionnel, le petit déj à chaque étage de l'hotel tous les matins, une salle de fitness complète et très spacieuse, hotel au bord de Willamette river...

Cet hôtel récent est irréprochable en termes de confort et de propreté. Chambre très bien équipée (bureau, grande TV écran plat, fauteuil, etc.) et surtout une literie d'une excellente qualité (il y a un bouton pour régler la dureté du matelas - nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'y toucher). Propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est en option mais du café est proposé dans le hall gratuitement tout la journée. Il faut compter 15 bonnes minutes de highway pour rallier Portland Downtown. L'hôtel semble assez mal desservi en transports en commun. Il y a également de nombreux centre commerciaux à 5/10 minutes de routes. Si vous cherchez du confort, allez y les yeux fermés.

The room was right next to the street, so it was quite noisy. But the other rooms would probably be more comfortable noisewise. But it is a cheap hotel with very good amenities for the price.

"Meh"
Honestly, it wasnt the best. My room hadn't been dusted in ages, dust bunnies everywhere. My sheets while washed, had urine stains on them. I was charged an additional 50 dollars security deposit "in case i try to steal the tv". My main reason to stay was the pool and break fast, pool worked, but i got up early 8 am NO BREAKFAST FOR ME!Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Run down Howard Johnson's"
The indoor pool and jacuzzi are the best part of staying here. The staff was polite and very nice except for the front desk lady had her daughter and daughters friend hanging around and actually being very noticeable and rude. The rooms were horrible. "disappointing"
The receptionist was rude, short, and unwilling to provide the standard hotel service. And when she ran my credit card for incidental she charged it $50 and I was told that it was my bank Tharp charged me not her or the hotel when it clearly reads Howard Johnson hotel. They have strived to make my stay here pleasant and enjoyable and I would definitely reccomend this hotel for anyone to stay in on a long term or short term basis. our stay was fine. a little upsetting that there were people yelling in the hallway at 4am and again at 11pm on both nights. Did not even try the continental breakfast, fruit and muffins. "Drugs everywhere"

"Dreadful horrible 24 hours of sheer misery"
This hotel needs to be torn down. The hotel room had an awful smell, the bathroom was so small that you couldn't stretch your arms out from side to side, there was no bathtub just a shower stall that was encrusted in hard water stains. The towels were an 8 1/2 by 11 size and threadbare. One ripped while I was drying my hair. The sliding door wouldn't […] lock. No remote, had to ask the front desk for one, couldn't dial 0 from the hotel room, it gave a disconnected tone and when I called from my cell, no one answered the phone, it didn't even give a hotel greeting, just said you've reached this number, leave a message. The bottom floor exit door wouldn't lock, no security at all. The pool had mold around the rim. The breakfast was incredibly bad, they had mini crossants that they cut in half! The fruit was on the verge of being spoiled and there was only muffins to toast and frozen waffles defrosted. All night, into 3am, teenagers were in the parking lot laughing and swearing, constantly making their car alarm beep, we were on the 3rd floor and could hear everything, being on the first floor must have been hell! Booked this hotel due to convienient location north of Airport. Got in late and left early - were using this as a cheap place before moving on. Upon arrival at the hotel I was pleasantly surprise by the hotel. We found the cheapest one in the area but it is a clean, nice hotel. When I checked in we found that the house keeping staff was behind and it took them 45 minutes past normal check in time (3:00pm) to finally have our roon clean and ready for us. The front desk took my credit card and […] informed me the charges would come off after check-out. I immediately know this was wrong as I had booked online and the charges for the rooms had already been processed. When informing the clerk of this mistake she would not change her mind. I had to call hotels.com and have them call the hotel before they would finally agree that the room was already paid for. Thankfully this process filled the time it took to get our room cleaned. Once we got to our room it was nice and clean with a good AC unit. We had a nice stay the rest of the trip. The breakfast were good, small muffins, toaster waffles, cold cereal and coffee or tea. The wifi was not the best and I gave up using it after the first day. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end the day.
