We stayed here the night before a flight out of BWI. Location was perfect. Taking the provided shuttle to the airport was a five minute trip. It was a wonderful stay. The van driver, Frank, was so very nice and informative. He drove us to the light rail stop and picked us up after we went to Inner Harbor. Very convenient to shuttle to airport for early morning flight, and pick up was immediate. Would definitely recommend it.

Good hotel for the price. They need to invest in improvements to the rooms. Some appliances and specific areas of the room, already have some corrosion.

Good hotel for stays near BWI. Staff is friendly and helpful. No restaurants with in walking distance, However it is not too far to a Chili's or a McDonald's.

I flew into Baltimore for an overnight stay. What I liked about the hotel was the great service, the large room, free wi-fi, the nice TV with great channels, and the surrounding restaurants that gave delivery service. What I didn't care for was that there seemed to be mold or other allergens in the room (or in the a/c) as myself and my boyfriend had […] some pretty severe allergies while in the room that curtailed when we left the room and went outside. This hotel is very close to BWI NO noise from external sources ie Planes or road vehicles. The courtesy bus was very prompt and had us into the hotel within 30 mins of landing. Very happy with the front desk reception on both booking in and out. Thanks for making our stay that little bit better

This was the best hotel experience we've ever had!! The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The room was very spacious and accommodating. The room was exceptionally clean. The hotel site was accessible to a number of restaurants. For shopping, a quick ride down the highway, and you have a number of stores to choose from. Arriving late at night we found the front desk staff to be very personable and caring. They did their best to ensure us of a great stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. We have already booked another stay for our next trip east.

Good for a quick stay, easy access to BWI. That's about it. Felt it was rundown/old but clean enough. Wouldn't stay for longer than one night if I had to.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Front desk provided complimentary extras in the evening and early morning. Will stay here again.

Shuttle Driver Frank was friendly and prompt! He recommended a great sea food restaurant. Desk Clerk was also friendly helpful & courteous. Hotel is old but well maintained and very clean. The included breakfast was not all that great however. Could do a better job here.

Good place to stay when leaving from BWI, shuttle provided but it will cost you $5 per day to leave your car at the hotel.

Older hotel, a little warn, room didn't seem very clean, but that could just be because it was warn. Good continental breakfast. I was very satisfied with the service. We left our car parked there & took their shuttle to the airport. When we returned we called & they were there to pick us up within 5 minutes. Was fine for the night for the price.

We were shuttled to the airport and picked up upon return--very quick and friendly service. They couldn't seem to do enough to make things convenient for traveling. Definitely will use again.

This hotel is quite convenient, and the drivers make it that way. They can take you to the hotel or light rail. I don't rent a car any more in Baltimore, as the light rail takes you downtown, and the subway takes you to most places. Quick, convenient and cheap! Good hotel for visiting Baltimore.

Very wonderful hotel to stay in

Only a one night stay prior to a flight, desk clerk was very helpful, shuttle was on time, would stay again.....

Not a bad room for the price. Close proximity to Amtrak Station, prompt shuttle service. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay again.

Clean, quite great price. People at the front desk were very pleasant. Good breakfast bar.

I think the staff should have been more friendly at checkout. I had a 1hr late checkout and the frnt desk was not friendlt about it. I think they should understand that a 1 hr late checkout is not unusual especially for business travelers. I was on a conference call in my room until 12:15., otherwise it was a good value.

Breakfast was good. Convenient location near airport. Nice and clean hotel. Room is spacious. Beds are comfortable.

Wonderful stay before flight. We had dinner at Eden's Landing Restaurant, located in the Doubletree Hotel about a mile away. I would recommend both the Comfort Suites and Eden's Landing. We left the car at the hotel for $5 per night, and the hotel provided service both to and from the airport.

nice place, noisy neighbors when they first came in at midnight, we could hear them hitting the bed into the wall when they first came in their room like they ran and jumped on the bed and hit the wall with the headboard...and we could hear them talking and such not very private rooms could hear through the walls pretty good, and it wasn't like we were […] trying to hear we were trying to sleep we had a very early flight the next morning we had to be up for. Everything was okay with the room and the hotel except for the fire alarm going off at 2:20 am and everyone had to get out of the hotel. The staff was very good about checking that everyone was okay and was very quick in getting us back to the rooms. Breakfast starts at 6:00am no earlier so I had to just go on to the airport for my flight with no breakfast. […] I did get to leave my car at the hotel for $5.00 a day which was good. Lisez la suite

Room was fine and the accomodation for leaving car and trips to and back from airport. The only complaint is the beds are very uncomfortable.

The shuttle drivers for this hotel are outstanding in their promptness, friendliness and helpfulness. We were easily able to delay the rental of a car and still do all the DC sight seeing we wanted from the Marc train and a pickup to the hotel was prompt with a phone call.

Perfect for business travel. Close to airport, and food nearby.

Very pleased with the overall experience of staying at the comfort suites. I was collected from BWI quickly, the room was spacious and clean. Would recommend.

The staff at the Comfort Suites BWI was awesome. We checked in with our cat after a long flight from Germany and they greeted us with a smile. They even had a little welcome gift for our cat, treats, a toy, and catnip. Everything was great, including breakfast and complementary laundry. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean, the employees were friendly, our room was clean and spacious. Although the hotel did not have restaurant or bar there were others right across the street. Free breakfast was great both days. Definitely recommend to others and will stay again next time we are in the area.
