Nous occupions l'une des chambres à trois lits dont une partie se trouve en mezzanine, du coup deux télés et plus d'espace pour tous. Enfin la situation de l'hôtel est très intérréssante, quartier très vivant le soir pour budget sérré, petit déjeuner à la hauteur et accueil souriant.

Bonne impression générale en découvrant la chambre (propre, équipée) mais les matelas étaient très médiocres. Nous pouvions sentir les ressorts.De plus les murs étant très fins nous avons été un peu dérangé par les aller et venues dans le couloir. Quoiqu'il en soit, c'est un hôtel très correct, l'accueil est sympathique et le petit-déjeuner copieux. L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de Hyde Park et sur la ligne Centrale du métro. Il y a même le bus 390 direct qui circule même la nuit depuis Oxford Street.

en arrivant agréable surprise d'avoir une chambre surclassée !!!! 2 chambres, séjour, salle de bains dernier étage pour un couple : pas de bruit de voisins, pas trop de rue même si nous étions côté rue. comme beaucoup d'hôtels anglais l'entretien des chambres et bâtiment (peinture, moquettes etc..) est un peu laissé de côté, il ne faut pas être regardant... par contre draps fournis et serviettes, le tout propre. disposés sur les lits avec savons+shampooing. Franchement le personnel est sympa, l'endroit pour des touristes est impecc. Sans hésiter si je devais repartir sur Londres, je rependrai cet hôtel ou le conseiller à un couple /famille.

Bon hôtel, grandes chambres agréables et très bien insonorisées (il vaut mieux, vu le trafic important près de l'hôtel). Très proche du centre commercial Bluewater et à moins de 10 min de la gare de Dartford, qui relie Londres en 40 min. En plus du côté pratique, cet hôtel permet de se relaxer après une journée harassante de shopping, puisque nous avons profité de la piscine intérieure, du jacuzzi et du sauna.
Situation
Ce condo (chambres en copropriété) se situe dans le centre de la ville de Londres, à proximité de London School of Economics and Political Science, Russell Square et Royal Opera House. Non loin se trouvent également British Museum et Covent Garden.

Après avoir passé 3 nuits dans un studio club, nous en tirons une excellente expérience. Quelques petits détails sans trop d'importance pourraient être réglés (chasse d'eau presque inaccessible un tablard ayant été placé juste au dessus, par exemple...), mais dans l'ensemble cela restera un de nos meilleurs souvenirs. Très bon séjour, l'hôtel est propre, moderne et bien équipé, les lits très confortables. Le personnel a été sympathique et serviable. Le wifi gratuit dans les chambres est très pratique. La station de métro est vraiment à côté, ce qui est un plus. Seul bémol: le débit de la douche était vraiment très faible...

En pleine rénovation, donc pas très pratique sur l'instant. A priori, ça devrait être beaucoup mieux après la fin des travaux, car un sérieux rafraichissement s'imposait. Sinon, les appartements sont bien aménagés et l'hotel très bien situé et assez calme.

Le Citadines Prestige Holborn Covent Garden est très bien situé pour profiter à plein des magasins, musées, théâtres et salles de concert de Londres. J'y vais toutes les fois que je passe par Londres, parce que j'y trouve un studio impeccable avec une table de travail, une cuisinette et de l'espace pour ranger mes affaires. Il est très bien situé, à […] deux pas du métro dont la ligne qui va directement à Heathrow et à distance de marche du British Museum, des théâtres du West End. Très bien desservi par les autobus aussi, on y est à 15 minutes des grandes salles de concert: South Bank et Festival Hall, Wigmore Hall. Une marche de 10 minutes nous conduit au coeur Oxford Street et de ses magasins. De nombreux restaurants, cafés et pubs sde trouvent autour de l'hôtel si on préfère manger à l'extérieur. Une épicerie complète est au coin de la rue si on préfère manger à la chambre. Le service est courtois et on fait quotidiennement le changement des serviettes. Le plancher de bois est impeccable et les fenêtres peuvent s'ouvrir pour aérer la chambre. J'y suis descendue par affaires aussi bien qu'en vacances et j'y ai été satisfaite toutes les fois. "Apartment accommodation"
The room was spacious, had a nice big bathroom with both bath and shower facilities. It also had a mini kitchen i.e. 2 ring cooker hob, microwave, fridge, and all the basic equipment to cook your own food. Clean room. We requested twin beds and that is exactly why we got. Lots of nearby places for breakfast and very close for Holborn tube station. Would return.

Hotel Citadines Prestige Holborn-Covent Garden was very conveniently located for the Holborn tube station which meant within mins you can be anywhere in London. The staff we met were non English and very polite and sorted out our single beds problem instantly and were very accomadating when we arrived early by allowing us to store our things in a storage […] office.Our room was clean but noticed windows were locked so could not get any fresh air into room, bed was soft and comfy we didnt use the fridge,kettle etc.. but it all seemed to be clean and tidy. "Citadines Prestige Holborn - perfect location"
We arrived on Friday about 13:30 & the accommodation was ready...well done Citadines! The Citadines is superbly placed for all London attractions. The British Museum is just around the corner and Covent Garden and all Theatres are within a comfortable 15 minute walk. West End about 25 minutes. Receptionist was very friendly and very efficient. Check-in […] took no time. The accommodation was excellent. Kitchen area with all necessary appliances...clean bathroom & fantastic strong shower. We had clean towels every day (3 days). The bed was a bit soft but the pillow suited me & I slept a dream. A safe was available and we used it but we did not feel unsafe at any point. We explored a little on our last day and found the gym and laundy room. We'll bring our kit next time! We did not eat in the breakfast area but it looked more than adequate. I would certainly stay here again in the future. Much better than having just a hotel room. The only negative thing was that I booked a double bed and was given two single beds..we are a couple! To be fair to Citadines...I did not go down and complain so they could not address the problem...but it was not a major issue. Overall...comfortable, clean, friendly staff and ideal location. There are a lot of food options very close to the hotel, and as it is an apartment hotel with kitchenette, it was easy to utilise the Waitrose across the road for well priced ready made dinners and other groceries. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodated my early morning checkin (7am!) after a long flight and a later check out which was most appreciated. This hotel was great. We stayed here overnight to see a show, do some shopping and go to dinner. The front desk allowed us to check in early. It's literally 200 yards from the Holborn Underground station, just two stops from Picadilly. Convienient for the Red and Blue line. If you're visiting London for a longer period, Citadines hotels are a great deal: staff is wonderful and you get a kitchen and can enjoy the local freshies. However, please stay away from the Holborn hotel as it had the noisiest aircon I've ever heard and it was closing in on torture. Most of the times we kept it off, which lowered the temperature to […] about 6 degrees.. Not good. Similiar to other reviewers comments, this hotel is very well located and easy to get to from Heathrow (1 block from Holborn Tube station on the Picadilly line - about an hour from Heathrow), with a supermarket and many restaurants within steps of the hotel. I was only there for one night, but it meet my needs perfectly: clean, modern, quiet, well located. […] Though I didn't use the kitchenette, it would have been handy if I was staying a bit longer. My room wasn't fancy (or very big so not ideal if you are planning on spending a lot of time in the room) - but great for a spot to get a good night's sleep before heading out to explore London. Brilliant location - 100 yds from holborn tube station & buses to west end & theatreland. Hotel very smart & efficient with information about the attractions & eating places in the area. The room was a good size with self catering equipment if needed. Only slight let down was the cleaning of the room - wouldn't expect them to clean the cups & plates […] but the toilet rolls weren't replaced. Down to last sheet!! Second visit. Courtyard rooms on high floors are so quiet that one would not know we are in hub of London. Self catering well catered for with 2 supermarkets on same street.No need to use public transport unless going somewhere really afar.

The hotel is located next to the Holborn station, although it's buys by times, the hotel staff is very fliendly and the location / pricing is convenient.

Perfect hotel placement with excellent sound insulation for privacy and working. Complemenatry coffee and wifi are small details but very convenient and much appreciated.
The person before us had obviously smoked in the room and it was like living in an ashtray. Also, the wifi access lasted a few hours and we had to go get new access codes a few times a day. Very weak. Everything else was great.
Receptionist seemed a little abrupt to begin with. However, she seemed to cheer up after a while. The hotel, and rooms are beautiful. Spacious and comfortable. Absolutely wonderful!
Excellent value for money
This hotel is in an excellent location if you want to attend any plays in the theatre district or visit the many galleries that are nearby. It is close to shops of many kinds (upscale and everyday) and the underground station is one block away. It takes 1 hour to travel to Heathrow on the Piccadilly Line. Wonderful hotel, I celebrated our anniversary there and they upgraded our room with wonderful gift. The location is excellent and we will definitely stay at that hotel once again for our next visit. The staff were very helpful. I highly recommend to everyone.

Friendly staff greeted us as we entered and left each day, and the hotel is very close to the Holborn tube station for easy access.
