We always stay at Marriott hotels and this is the first time we had a large and I mean large bug that was in the room and it crawled on leg along with a fly that we could not kill. The room was clean.

The only problem we had was that the air conditioner didn't seem to really cool. Even in mid-October the rooms can get stuffy without air. We went to Fall for Greenville and that was really great!

I live in Lexington NC and my son and his wife live north of Atlanta Ga. His wife and 2 year old son came and stayed with me for a week,She helps me wth my business so when it was time for them to go home,I suggested my son meet us in Greenvile. I went on-line and ask for a luxery hotel. I have stayed at Fairield inns before and had great results. I […] promised my grandson we would go swimming,the pool was closed for repair,although the web-site said it was open. The room was ok but the bathroom had dead bugs in it and you could tell it had not been cleaned. Also the air conditioner was very loud and sqeaked all night.The room was very stuffy. I wanted a clean,safe place to stay where I could meet up with my son.This is not the place. I voiced my opinion to the desk clerk that night and the next morning they just said sorry. Lisez la suite
"Marriott Greenville-Spartanburg Airport"
This hotel was clean, fresh and roomy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I wish it had been closer to my destination in Clemson. The breakfast was nice and overall it was a very satisfactory stay. BTW - the price was right!
"Basic hotel, good value"
Check-in was fast and easy, everything was already entered and pre-paid in the system. The room was clean, however it was definitely dated. Old tube-TV, faded colors, basic toiletries, etc. Overall for the price I paid, it was a solid value and a basic but beyond-acceptable stay.
"Very noisy room"
My room was next to the elevator (cheapest rate) I was then up all night because I could hear everybody going up and down the elevator. Not a good thing.

"convenient to highway"
checked in late arrival, no problems, staff very friendly. in morning discovered floor was soaked and since they were fully booked for the upcoming night, not much options. they wet vacuumed room, put down disinfectant, and fan to dry things, but room smelled very strongly. dead roach on floor of bathroom in morning refrigerator made terrible clicking […] sound when plugged in. again staff was nice, but hotel didn't live up to my expectations Lisez la suite

the hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There were many nice and casual dinning resturants very close by. If you are up for a nice walk they are with in walking distance. The overall stay was very pleasant.
"Bad choice, pick another"
This hotel has dirty, out of date rooms. The TV's are old and have horrible pictures. The Rooms are not cleaned very well at all, ours had dog hair and other debris all around the baseboards and nooks and crannies. AC is loud The location, staff & breakfast are just OK.
"Distrubtive guests had the run of the first floor!"
Returned to hotel around 11 pm to find neighbors and their children running down the hall to pool, slamming doors, attacking the vending machines outside our door and yelling between their rooms! Had to ask to be moved, which was granted however, we should not have had to do so! Very disappointed and annoyed that this behavior which was taking place […] on the first floor within close proximity to the front desk and was not addressed. Shame on management!! Lisez la suite

"Excellent Hotel"
This was a great hotel for the price. Very nice room with dark wood furniture and close to many restaurants. About a 15 minute drive to downtown Greenville, SC. There were many choices to chose from for breakfast including make your own waffles, bagels, doughnuts, cereal and more.

"Outstanding Continental Breakfast"
Fairfield Inn by Marriott Greenville-Spartanburg Airport has exceeded our expectations for the continental breakfast. There was a wide variety of cereals, fruit and pastries as well as egg, bacon, egg and cheese buscuits to microwave. What was most suprising was the waffle maker!
