Chambre spacieuse équipé d'un ecran plat, d'un frigo, d'un m ondes et d'un petit coffre fort. Rien à signaler de particulier - relativement calme. Ventilation un peu bruyante cependant. La femme de ménage passait un peu trop tôt le matin - 9h - mais elle semble s'être adaptée en fin de semaine ! Proche quartier commercial LAFAYETTE - et proche quartiers étudiants. Vous devrez prévoir une voiture

Hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel very conviently located off I75 and easy to find. Exercise room and pool area were clean and well cared for. Breakfast was a good typical hotel breakfast. Only complaint would be the lumpy comforter.....but it didn't effect sleeping and kept me warm.

"Hampton Inn Richmond - large room, no place to sit"
The only complaint I had about this hotel was that there was no comfortable place to sit and relax in the room. There was a straight back chair in the corner, but for someone like me with a bad back, that was not acceptable. While the beds may be comfortable to sleep in, they are not comfortable to sit on. I had stayed at Hampton Inns before and had […] a couch to sit on. The price of the room was even less than I paid this time. Guess all rooms are not the same. Had a great stay. Quiet, comfortable, great location, good breakfast reasonable rates. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean! Extremely convenient to shopping and restaurants. The most complete and wonderful tasting complimentary breakfast we have EVER had! The cheese omelets and sliced sausage were fantastic. Beds were super clean and very comfortable. Great pool, too. Highly recommend staying here. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and informative.

The room was clean, however when I placed my reservation, the representative on the phone said it was a room with a king size bed and a refrigerator and microwave, but when the confirmation of payment email was recieved and when I arrived it was 2 queens and no fridge or microwave.

"Very clean, affordable and easily accessed"
This hotel is right off of the interstate. It is the most affordable hotel in the immediate vicinity. Several surrounding hotels appear older and in disrepair. This hotel was new, modern and clean. For the extra $20 is was well worth it.
"Generic, but Easy"
This is a nice hotel to stay in if you just need a nice, quiet, clean, convenient place to lay your head for the night if you're in the Richmond area or are driving through Kentucky. There's also a nice, complimentary breakfast in the mornings, which comes in handy.
Jennifer at the desk was a great help to us. The rooms were nice and clean. It was Graduation weekend so the hotel was real busy but service was great and the staff was very courteous. breakfast was good too and they have a nice large room so you are not overcrowded.
Would have liked a micro-wave and frig.in the room like other Hamptons.Very very nice pool

Hotel was rather old and in need of updating especially considering the price for the rooms. No fridge or microwave which was surprising. Overall, I was dissappointed with my choice of hotel and won't stay there again.

This hotel was not too bad, but it seemed a little shabby for Hampton Inn. The rooms were adequate. I was disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave. I paid $50 more for Hampton Inn compared to the other hotels across the street and they had fridges and microwaves. The breakfast was good.

"Best stopover"
This is one of the best places we have ever stopped in. Everything was clean, the pool was open late and then early to accomidate late arrivals and kids, the breakfast was wonderful with lots to choose from,and the staff was friendly and ever so efficient. I have no complaints whatsoever and will be back everytime I go this way!! Bravo!!
Hotel was clean, well maintained and everything was as you would expect in a Hampton Inn. Price was competitive for the quality.
