Evalué par stephane y de "saulx les chartreux" le 18 janv. 2012satisfait de cet hotel, emplacement calme, aucun bruit la nuit, très bon accueil, petit déjeuner très correct, je reproche juste au staff de laisser les gens qui sont à la piscine le matin de venir au petit déjeuner tous mouillés et semer la zizanie...

"Very Disappointed."
Although the bed linens were clean and the beds comfortable, this hotel was long past the need to replace carpets & paint. It would not be possible to clean the carpets as they were obviously very soiled. The hall way carpets were also soiled in places. The staff was pleasant but did not know how Expedia worked and so could not inform us of next steps […] when we were very unhappy with the state of our room. This is my hotel of choice every time I am in Windsor(twice a year) to visit my elderly mother.Their rates are the best and it is close to the airport. Stayed in room 205. The carpeting in the room has grease stains and other stains to the point we were un comfortable to walk in bare feet. Non smoking room with a cigarette burn in the main comforter. The toilet nneded to be repaired. It took 10 min for the bowl to refill and was not very good at flushing.Avis véridique Expedia

Given the price, this was a good value. It was clean, and while the room was small it was adequate for our needs. It is close to Applebee's (just across the street) and it backs on to a fairly large shopping mall for those things you forgot. There is a SilverCity theatre about 1 km away. Brought 6 year old grand daughter along. Plan was to grab a swim in the morning before we went out for the day. Our little girl was terribly dissapointed when we were told the pool opened at noon. While the location, breakfast and price were all fine, the cleanliness of this hotel was so severely lacking that I would never stay in this hotel again.
