Très bon accueil des propriétaires et chambres spacieuses avec espace cuisine. Parking gratuit. Proche des commodités et du walk of fame.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Hollywood ,parking gratuit,connection internet moyenne dans les chambres meme si elle est gratuite,petit dejeuner compris et copieux,un frigo mais pas de coffre fort.Personnel très sympathique le seul bémol c'est que même les chambres non fumeur sentent le tabac froid sinon dans l ensemble séjours agréable pour 2 à 3 nuits maximum,ah oui petite piscine pour se détendre et ça aussi c'est toujours agréable .

Très bon compromis: qualité/prix, emplacement idéal à 1minutes à pied du Kodak Theatre et à la fois dans une rue calme. Jardin sur le toit très bien aménagé, piscine agréable, petit déjeuner délicieux (mention spéciale aux muffin), chambre grande avec cuisine, parking fermé - Bref ravis de notre séjour (4nuits). Les petits bémols: murs fins car vieux bâtiment et penser à demander une chambre sur cour et pas sur rue (c est quand même Hollywood Boulevard dont on parle : y a de la vie!!). C'était très bien!! Vraiment

Hotel classique au niveau des chambres. Parking assez grand. Bon avantage sur le placement à 2 minutes à pied du métro et à 5 minutes en voiture d'Hollywood Signs, des étoiles d'Hollywood Blvd, 15 minutes d'Universal Studios, de Sunset Strip, 30 minutes sans bouchon de Venice Beach et Santa Monica. Méfiance tout de même dans le secteur de l'hotel à la tombée de la nuit mais c'est pas non plus Bagdad...
Situation
Bénéficiant d'une situation idéale près de l'aéroport, à Long Beach, l'établissement Extended Stay America Los Angeles - Long Beach Airport se trouve tout près des sites suivants : Jardin japonais Earl Burns Miller, California State University Long Beach et Walter Pyramid. Les sites Museum of Latin American Art et Ranch et jardins Rancho Los Alamitos se trouvent également à proximité.

Doté d'un immense port, Long Beach est un centre de commerce et de loisirs au bord du Pacifique. Des navires de charge transportent des biens importés, des bateaux de croisière partent pour Catalina Island et le célèbre transatlantique Queen Mary est ancré dans la baie de la ville. "Good to go"
Room was good. Bed and pillows much better than comparably priced hotels (very important to me). Front desk staff were nice. Proximity to freeway was very handy for me yet neighborhood was better than other locations that are near a freeway. No sounds from outside or neighboring rooms interrupted me/my sleep. Coffee and simple continental breakfast […] items in lobby were nice surprise (don't think they advertised this.). I'll use this hotel/location again. Lisez la suite

I reserved 2 room: one smelled like ciggarettes and had dirty underwear under the bed. The other room smelled like tar and didn't have a remote control.

rough guests to be around, some would not feel safe
While the location is very convenient and the staff is friendly, the room was not in the best shape and the bed was HORRIBLE. It was like sleeping on squeaky cardboard. I will not stay there again.

I liked this hotel but the service was sooooo slow. Are stive was broken and it took them foreverrr to come fix it. They came an hour before check out to come. We were there for 3 days. The room were cozy and they are remodeling the rooms so I am sure it will be better then.

"Just Not Happy!!!"
Where do I start!!!! I am just going to list them: *Dishes & Utensils were dirty *No dish soap *There was some type of oil spilled in one of the cabinets that I had to clean. *There was hair all over the bed sheets. It was obvious they were not changed. * The bed was very uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore neck and back. * The walls were very thin. […] We heard our neighbors have sex all night. "okay, not great"
Not well maintained, dirty stained carpets, especially in the hallways. Conveniently close to airport, and okay to spend 1 night if you are exhausted from a long flight. Young man at front desk was a sweetheart. Wouldn't stay "extended". Management needs to do a better job of managing.

Although the staff was very polite, courteous and accommodating the room was in desperate need of a make over. The bed was hard as a rock and a 400 yr old house makes less sqeaky noise. To say that we did not get any sleep is an understatement. However, the room was clean which is hard to find these days!

"Long Beach Extended Stay"
The room had ants, and someother beetlish bug, so creeped me out. It was noisy, as there is a party hall next door. Checking in was crazy with the wrong keys for the room. Loved the fridge, as we had a cake to store for a party. I wouldn't stay there again.

The beds were very uncomfortable; the linen had stains, pillows were very thin and over used. Asked for extra pillows and the girl at the front desk said "sorry we don't have any extra pillows". Will not stay at this place again and I don't recommend this place to any one.

"Comfortable and nice backyard"
After reading other reviews, we brought some kitchen items with us. The beds had pillow top cushions added on top of the mattresses making them very comfortable. Stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed it. Full size fridge made it possible to have delicious meals. Suggest requesting a room near the back door- makes it so easy to load and unload.

"Noise"
My main problem was that there was a loud party in a building next to or very near the hotel. The band was so loud all we heard until after 11:00 PM was boom boom boom, and the occasional voice over a microphone. Since we had to arise very early, this was certainly a negative in our stay. I was told that the staff did call that place about 4 times but […] they never lowered the volume of their party. The room was very dirty. The sheets were disgusting and obviously not changed from the previous tenants. Definitely not worth the price.

The beds were not comfortable at all to hard could not find a comfortable position. Also take your own pots to cook because they don’t give you much, and make sure it's clean. I don't think we will be staying there again.

"bedding and toiletries"
the hotel was what i expected except that the bedding was abit dirty with crumbs and small holes in the blankets. In other similar hotels, they provide things like shampoo, conditioner and sometimes lotion...Extended Stay did not.

For the cost it was a good stay. Only issues was bathroom towels were not replaced after day 2 or 3.
"Hard Beds"
I just stayed for one night arriving at 2am and leaving at 9am the next day. Everything looked nice in the hotel but the bed was the hardest thing I have slept on. If there are more competitively priced hotels in the area I would suggest you go there. But if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep for a night this place will suffice.

"Horrible experience at Extended Stay in Long Beach"
We stayed one lousy night here because of the price and I would NEVER stay here again. The only positive is the staff was courteous. Our "non-smoking" room had a heavy smell of smoke. The only other non-smoking room available was a single queen which did not work for us. The mattress was too firm and uncomfortable. Because of the smoke and mattress, […] we got a terrible night's sleep. One of the pillows was stained and did not have a pillow case on it (ugh). There was a puddle of sticky stuff all over the night stand. The kitchen cabinets looked like the cheapest thing you could buy at Home Depot. We asked for a wake-up call and they don't offer that. We were advised to use the clock radio in the room and there wasn't one! There was one packet of decaf coffee and no regular coffee. They do not supply shampoo, so I had to take a long walk down to the office bright and early in the morning. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! Lisez la suite

Everything was great. I just have two complaints: 1. the bed was a little bit hard and uncomfortable. 2. there were no extra pillows available and went without one throughout the whole night!
"Stay a while inexpensively"
I was attending a wedding nearby and most of the family stayed at the more expensive place next door. I was very satisfied with the affordability of Extended Stay America, even though my stay was not "extended" (Only two nights). The full size refrigerator and cooking arrangement were very convenient. I had booked for one person and when my plans changed […] and I was accompanied by another there was no problem. If you are looking for daily cleaning and extras (like a dishwasher and fireplace) or your business expense account doesn't care about costs, you may not be happy here. For someone looking for convenience while being aware of costs this was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, too. Lisez la suite
