Great location, great room, great food, but above all a perfect service. Basically anything you ask for will be accommodated. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return.

The service at the Conrad was impeccable with smiling, courteous and helpful staff from concierge to reception to business centre to housekeeping. A wonderful experience to chill out and pamper yourself.

The hotel location is very good and very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, a great hotel I will stay again if I revisit Singapore again!

The room card failed three times in three nights. And they say we need to provide our passport to issue new room card. But we put our passport in the saftybox in our room. What a ridiculous hotel! You also need to input the room card to use elevetor to reach your floor. But the room card can not be accpeted in some elevetors. I was totally impressed by the high level of services this hotel was able to provide consistently during my one week stay. From arrival to departure, the staff gave me an extremely positive image about this hotel. The management did a good job of maintaining, in my opinion, the three key elements of a great hotel (quality, services and comfort). Considered […] all the hotels I have stay over the years in different countries, this hotel has got to be one of my top 3 hotels in terms of meeting quality of accommodation, providing high level of services and creating a very comfortable environment during my stay. The housekeeping staff, not sure of her name but she was fantastic. She kept my room very clean daily and also was able to pick up some of my habits in my 3rd days of stay, such as the time that I'm usually out of hotel, the location where I liked my newspaper with a bottle of water nearby, and even how I liked to have pillows arranged and return later in the evening to fill up my ice bucket for my drinks. It's little thing but I was totally impressed because they actually took time to provide me with the level of comfort that I wasn't expecting. Everything was great overall, but no hotel is ever perfect so I will also provide items I felt as needs for improvement. For one thing, the bathroom have no outlet for hairdryer and have to use the outlet in the mini-bar outside the bathroom. It's kind of a strange arrangement. And for the week, I have noticed the allocation of the staff for the door are very one-sided. Sometime they have 1 staff open the door for both side of the building, but later in the evening they have 2 or 3 staff in the taxi area of the building with none on the other side. It's not a big deal but you can't help but think why the guest on the other side was greeted with 2 to 3 staff while this side have none. Overall Conrad Centennial Singapore is a great hotel with more positive experiences and very little negative. I would give this place a 97 Lisez la suite

It was my birthday and they gave me a small cake as a gift. Love the other small gifts like the Conrad bear and rubber duckie in the room.

Excellent stay. The reception staff were efficient and tend to all our needs as our rooms were not available. Made us very welcomed and also well taken care of. One of the best service so far.

This most probably one of the better hotel I have stayed in Singapore. Location wise is excellent as it is next door to SunTec City (excellent if you are bringing your other half for shopping). Hospitality is great and the staffs are all very friendly. Room is not old but looks good and comfortable. Bed is a lil' bit high but gave a sense of comfort after a long day of walk around the city. Bathroom is great and clean. Just like what you would expect from a good hotel. Overall, my experience is great. I was greeted with a very warm smile from the minutes i arrived. Staff were helpful in processing my check in and even shows me to my level. Good work from all conrad staff including the house keeping staff.

This is my first time to visit Singapore. I chose this hotel after comparing the different comments on different hotels in Trip Advisor. I gave a rather high rating to this hotel for a number of reasons. It is situated in a very convenient location. Travelling from the airport to the hotel is only less than 30 mins; Walking from the hotel to Marina […] Bay Sands is only 15 minutes; the Promenate MRT station is beside Millennia Mall and takes only 5 minutes. In my hotel room, upon my request for higher floor, they put me to business floor and the room is quite cosy and comfy. The view is quite nice facing the side of the Merlion Park. The staff including the front desk, concierge and housekeeping are very helpful and friendly. When I first booked the hotel , I did not request for breakfast but on our arrival, they gave us complimentary breakfast for 2 persons every day. This is indeed a value added benefit! Further, they gave us a refill of the seasonal fruits and TWG tea bags every day. They also gave us their signature Teddy Bear in christmas costumes! All these add value to our stay!! This is a great hotel, with location, views, friendly staff, classic decor and high level of comfort. My booking was very last minute so I did not expect much. Room decor is a little worn but nothing to worry about. However, I was appalled by the amount of mould in the shower, there was so much that I could actually smell it.

Like Mary Poppins, practically perfect in every way.

If you have a chance to visit the pool ask Mimi to make you a Calamansi lime margarita. They are not on the menu but if you ask, she will do her best to track down the local calamansi lime juice ( tastes like a cross between a regular lime and a mandarin orange). I recently stayed at the Conrad for two nights as part of a larger tour of SE Asia. The hotel provided some nice luxury at a reasonable price, and for us, was a great place to call home for a pair of nights as we got to know Singapore. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially in letting us use the hotel gym to shower and change before […] our very late night flight back to the states. Absolutely fantastic hotel - incredible service great food and very good location.

Stayed for 7 days due to exhibition across the road, Very nice hotel with great services, nice and helpful front desk staffs. only down side is the breakfast buffet is not the best i ever had. And very confortable bed i have to say.

The hotel is a 3 minute walk to one of Singapore's biggest shopping centres, Suntec City. We can recommend the breakfast! We also loved the departure lounge set up for travellers who have checked out and are waiting for later flights.

Service as great as usual and as expected in all Conrads. Friendly staff, very courteous and timely service.

I have a confirm booking for king size bed room x 2, once I check in the staff told me that all king size bed room is full, I'm not satisfied

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and very accommodating staff. We particularly liked the fresh fruits offered daily in our rooms. Plus, we got rooms that afforded very relaxing views of the city.

We spent the first 3 nights of our honeymoon at the Conrad in May. It was a really great hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us a cake and some gifts as it was out honeymoon. We were also offered access to the executive lounge at a cost. We decided to do it and it was deinitely worth it. Excellent views, lovely snacks and canapes and […] as much to drink as we wanted (including Champagne). Overall Service excellent, every detail catered for. Hotel itself luxurious with air conditioning set to a comfortable level, and good value for the price. Staff excellent. Hotel conveniently located, with metro station beside hotel, making getting around the city very user friendly..... No hesitation in recommending it.

Conrad Centennial is undoubtly one of the best service 5 star hotel in town, we enjoy the stay n its location. However for the price paid with the size of the room n without breakfast inclusive, we find it hard to apprehend. To our standard n expectation, its too small of a decent room although whatever you need is available except free internet/wireless […] broadband in the room. Breakfast should be inclusive since a cook meal doesn't cost much. The TV located n an awkard position which is on one side of the bed which is weird. We requested for king bed but only given 2 twin single instead. Wireless broadband internet should be freely available in room instead of charging. Middle of the sea view room is blocked by Pan Pacific hotel, even on the top floor. But a very competitive price indeed.

It's my first time in Singapore and I must say that I am very impressed with Conrad Centennial Hotel. The location of the hotel is very near the bay and the view of the Singapore river is fantastic. The hotel staff is very courteous and they made me feel like I was at home. The pool is quite a sight to see. Even though we arrived in shorts and thongs we were escourted to the Executive floor and treated like royalty. If it's within your budget, an upgrade to the Club rooms pay for themselves. Our stay was only a stopover and even though we could only get a 2pm late checkout, we were still given all privleges of the Club Lounge until 9pm. The service throughout […] the entire Hotel was excellent and locality is great for shopping at The City Link and Suntec Shopping Malls. 10 mins by Taxi to Orchard Rd and 5 Mins to Marina Bay Sands for a look and a flutter at the tables in the Casino. Have been staying in the hotel every December for the past 4 years. This year's standard is not as good as before. Although its still a service-oriented hotel, but cleanliness, maintanance (thermostat doesn't work well, room is freezing cold) and staff knowledge/communication skills has dipped.
