très bel hôtel, propre et confortable,chambres spacieuses, personnel sympa et dispo. L'hôtel et situé de façon stratégique au calme avec un magnifique parc à proximité,le fleuve et la vieille ville .Nous y avons séjourné avec grand plaisir.

excellentes - Hotel très bien situé, et le tram tout près pour ceux qui préfèrent. Nous avons été très bien reçu. Personnel gentil et dispo. Belle chambre et parfaitement isolée du bruit, même en facade. Super matelas qu'on apprécie quand on a marché toute la journée dans les rues de Prague. On y retrournera avec plaisir.

Notre séjour fut formidable et l'accueil à l'hotel excellent. Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes, propres, le personnel sympathique. L'hotel est assez proche du centre en tram (9) ou bus (207). A améliorer : le petit dejeuner. Pour info, le soir, le resto chinois à coté de l'hotel est copieux et peu cher.
Situation
Au cœur de Prague, l'établissement Hilton Prague Old Town se trouve à quelques minutes de marche des sites Centre commercial Palladium, Place de la République et Maison de la Municipalité. Les sites Théâtre Hybernia et Tour poudrière se trouvent également à proximité.

Au cœur de la ville, les bâtiments historiques de Stare Mesto sont très bien préservés. Le point central est la place principale pavée, où se tiennent le monument à Jan Hus, le vieil hôtel de ville et son horloge astronomique et les flèches gothiques de Notre-Dame de Týn. Le pont Charles, orné d'une galerie de statues de saints, relie la vieille ville à Mala Strana.

"personnel de qualité et hotel très bien placé"
La piscine et le centre de feetness sont fermés jusqu'à fin octobre 2011 : le bruit des travaux est très génant et il est dommage que ces informations ne soient pas mentionnées à la réservation .....j'aurais choisit un autre hotel !!!

"hilton prague"
Trés bien situé. Trés confortable. Bon service. Buffet du petit déjeuner sympa. Bref très bon hôtel. Le seul bémol reste l'aspect "couleur des piéces" un peu terne... peut être vestige de l'ancienne mode des pays de l'est !
"EXCELLENTE SITUATION"
Je recommande cet hotel à toutes les personnes qui veulent visiter Prague vu sa situation centrale et aussi l'amabilité de son personnel . J'ai amené un groupe de 20 personnes nous avons été tous satisfaits. Merci à Hotel.com aussi pour le service .

"Hilton Old Town Prague"
Superbe Hotel! Tres moderne et situé a 100m de la place de la vieille ville, cet Hilton est extra! Nous y avons passé une seule nuit mais le sauna, la salle de sport et le petit déjeuner étaient superbes.
I could not fault it. The staff were very helpful, the food was very good and the rooms were spotless. Executive lounge was excellent!

The cost of breakfast at the hotel was riduculously high especially for the poor quality. Charging 25 euro/day for internet was ridiculous as well. Both detract from the overall service at the hotel. Staff and concierge service was good and friendly.
"Clean, close to everything, and a friendly staff"
The Front Desk and Lobby staff were exceptional. Most notably, when we checked out, one of the bellman drove us to the airport in his personal vehicle because the car service we had booked failed to show up, and the city taxis were too small for a family of four with luggage. Great guy! The location is great - a few minutes walk to Old Town Square and […] a few more minutes to Charles Bridge. We took a tram once up to the castle, but even walked back from there easily. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom fixtures/amenities comparable to nice US hotels. The housekeeping staff are like ninjas - I never actually saw them, but our room was miraculously ready and clean whenever we needed it to be. Some minor negatives - The bar and restaurant are pricey compared to what is available in town. The pool/sauna area was disappointingly small and subject to rowdy children (we were there between Christmas and New Years, so that's not surprising). "Xmas markets"
The hotel was in a very good location close to the old town and within walking distance of everything. It was clean and comfortable however it would be a bit pricey for extras such as breakfast and internet access. The spa and pool was a bit small but it was recently modernised and very smart. Overall i would reccomend it for a short city break.

the hotel is nice, well located, to most of the sights. walking distances. nice staff. the pool and spa will be reopen end of october, morning buffet ok. got a letter of invitation to diner at the restaurent, it's not an invite, you have to pay for it.

"hilton old town- beware!"
We were coming to Prague for a special occasion and were looking for somewhere in the Wenceslas square area. We decided on The Hilton Old Town and booked and pre-paid for the room SIX MONTHS in advance. When we arrived we were told they had no room for us and we would have to go to there other hotel outside the center of Prague. We were obviously unhappy […] as the main reason we had picked the hotel was for the location. But they refused to honour our booking. The reason they gave was that a group that was staying at the hotel had decided to stay another night! As i said earlier we had boooked and paid for the room six months in advance. So we had the choice of staying somewhere we didnt want to or starting to look for a different hotel in a central location at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. We didnt want to have to start looking so we stayed at the other, out of the way hilton, which is a good hotel but in a poor location. So beware!!!! If you book a room at Hilton old town you may be moved to a different hotel away from the historic old town of Prague. Lisez la suite
"Perfect Hotel"
Any American would be happy with this property. I rate a hotel on how good I can sleep which includes, the bed, A/C. how clean the room is and most important above anything else, is it quiet. I was able to sleep with the window open all three nights on a weekend in high season and didn't hear one noise until the pigeons woke up in the morning. "Excellent Hotel and pefect location"
My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel as a present for my birthday but this did not influence my review :-) This hotel is in the perfect location for site seeing in Prague during the day and a nice short walk to all the bars and restaurants at night. "Great place if you can catch a good deal!"
Everything perfect, hotels.com had an offer half price vs other websites, so I had great value for money. Tried Sheraton before, Hilton is MUCH better.

Great location. We actually walked from the train station in less than ten minutes. And the location of a direct shuttle to the airport just outside the hotel was another big plus for convenience since it ran every 30 minutes and no need for a reservation. Across the street was a grocery store for snacks, wine, cheese, etc. The hotel provide two free […] internet computers across from the check in desk which was nice since we didn't have out laptop with us. "Did someone steal the chest of draws?"
Closet hanging space only in our room. King bed 5th floor. Room very warm. could not be cooled down using A/C controls. Our only complaint.

The hotel was in a great location and was very comfortable. Whether visiting old town or new town, this hotel was in walking distance to attractions, the markets, malls, restaurants, etc. The breakfast buffet was also convenient and very good. Would definitely return for another visit.

Nice room, a fair size and kept spotlessly clean. spotlessly clean. Ask for one on the higher floor if you want to minimise noise from the street- not to say its very noisy but trams pass nearby. Handy for metro - 50m from entrance to Namesti republiky station and within easy walking distance of the old town square. Swimming pool was nice - not massive […] but enough for a refreshing dip. I'd recommend not bothering with breakfast at the hotel as it adds a lot to the bill and if you go to either corso cafe or bistro de la gare on the same street you can get a very nice and cheap croissant and coffee etc. Lisez la suite

This hotel was truly all it claimed to be. The staff was attentive, attractive and well versed in all their jobs. The location was excellent. We also enjoyed our delicious breakfasts and the cleanliness of the rooms. I have already recommended this hotel to our friends and family since our recent return home.

Great hotel in excellent location near all important sites, restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful, beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds, and excellent breakfast buffet. Highly recommend.
The Hilton Prague Old Town is a fabulous hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting Prague who likes a very good quality hotel. The standard room was spacious and luxurious as well as immaculate. The other areas around the hotel where also very clean at all times and the staff very friedly and helpful.

Good rooms for hte money we paid. The hotel is small but nice. There are 2 Hilton's in town. The ohter one has a nice Casino.
"Outstanding Hotel"
The interior is modern and very comfortable. Location is great, being in the Old Town it really is in the center of everything. The buffet breakfast is amazing. We ate in the early morning so it was very peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.

酒店職員很有禮貌,我們第一天到達時, 大堂職員即告訴了我們如何狂布拉格, 拿著一張職員給我地圖,她會慢慢告訴你由酒店開始如何步行至那些有名的地方, 所以有2天我們都沒有乘過任何交通工具. 而酒店大堂有FREE WIFI供應,向職員問一問就會給你LOGIN NAME及PASSWORD了, 非常方便. 酒店外也有很近的一間超市, 買水買啤酒買紅酒及日用品都很方便. 不過,房間內是沒有煲熱水壺的,可能要問職員才會給你, 不過我試過問了之後, 他們說十分鐘會給你但等了半小時卻只給了一壺普通的熱水, 用完也懶得再問他們再拿了. 但整體而言, 酒店也是可以推薦的.

Grundsätzlich war ich zufrieden mit dem Hotel, in dem meine Frau und ich über das Neujahr logierten. Dass das WLAN im Stundentakt in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie bezahlt werden muss, ist unzeitgemäss und ebenfalls wurde für die Tiefgarage und dem TV ein überrissener Preis verlangt. Die Sauna hat die Grösse eines privaten Haushalts, Umziehen ist nur […] sehr beschwerlich. 市内中央駅のすぐそばで、 中心部の観光地には歩いてアクセス可能。 空港からのミニバンがホテルから徒歩1分の場所に 到着するので、空港へのアクセスも便利。 部屋はもちろん清潔、 朝食は魚・肉・フルーツのボリュームたっぷりのバイキング、 何よりホテルのスタッフさんが親切です。 強くお勧めできるホテルです！

Ett trevligt hotell som ligger i centrala Prag bara några 100 meter från de stora shoppinggatorna. Hotellet håller hög standard och servicen är mycket god. Rummen är inredda i trevlig stil och har allt som man kan önska sig för en trevlig vistelse. Närmsta tunnelbana ligger på andra sidan gatan och med den tar du dig till alla omkringliggande sevärdheter […] på kort tid. Dette er et godt valg av hotell om du ønsker bra komfort og beliggenhet, men ikke forvent et luksus-hotell i særklasse selv om det heter Hilton. Rommene er litt bedre enn vanlige standard rom du finner på de fleste hotell, men det er svært lite støy fra gaten inn på rommet og ikke minst så er det bare en kort spasertur til hjertet av Praha. Frokosten […] er midt på treet og veldig dyr (kr. 250,- pr. person) og kan dermed med fordel inntas på en av de mange resturantene/kafeene i nærheten i stedet. Svært hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Alt i alt så er dette et godt valg og det beste hotellet vi har bodd på i Praha, så vi vender nok tilbake hit ved neste besøk også. Lisez la suite

Desværre var hotellet under renovering da vi besøgte det, så bla pool kunne ikke benyttes ! Meget hjælpsomt og venligt personale. Lidt under den forventede standart.

プラハではヒルトンと決めています。 新しいヒルトンよりもこちらの方が趣もあり、落ちついていて私は好きです。 基本的には短い滞在なので場所的にも便利なこちらのホテルは気に入ってます。

Отель в целом неплохой, на хорошие четыре звезды не более. Просто раскрученный бренд, расслабились ребята. За эти деньги можно найти отель получше. На девятом этаже в номерах слышно как работают двигатели лифтов.
