"Close to restaurants; easy to find"
Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, but the pillow were a little too soft. Close to most restaurants (MacDonalds, Kelseys, etc down the road) and a short drive to the main hwy (401). Our room on the first floor had a mini fridge and microwave, although we didn't use it. "Disappointing"
The incremental unit which supplies, heat and air condition was very look with the air on made sleep impossible. The room was very warm and the humidity high. The bathroom door hindge needed oiling,it sounded like the theme for the TV program "Intersantum"Avis véridique Expedia

And the new ones that are being purchased for us, do run on a unit thermostat. We are so eager to get more of them. Your comments are noted & we thank you for taking the time to do so.

It was good - we've stayed there before. Although it is a continetal breakfast, if you're not down for breakfast early, things don't seem to get topped up. Staff very nice, hotel clean, location perfect for where we needed to go.Avis véridique Expedia

"Pleased with our stay."
This is an older, clean and well maintained motel. They provide an empty fridge and coffe and gave us adjoining rooms with a connecting door. No elevator, but desk clerk grabbed my mother's suitcase and raced upstairs with it. Desk clerk recommended a nice restaurant and gave us directions and a map. "Good Value"
While the Comfort INN is not new, it is well maintained and clean. Staff are very friendly and eager to assist with directions, restaurants etc. It was a fair price to pay Great breadfast restaurant right across the highway. Only drawback was no elevator and we were on the second floor with a large suitcase to carry.Avis véridique Expedia

"Comfort Inn in Chatham - good base for touring"
The Comfort Inn was an ideal hotel stay. Check-in was extremely quick and the reception manager was able to offer suggestions about local restaurants and attractions, marking them on a (free) map for us. The hotel building was clean, although there's no elevator to the second floor - a staff member immediately volunteered to help with the suitcases […] though. The room was clean and fresh, with the air conditioning initially set to a sensible temperature. The complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were good, with separate face and body soaps as a nice touch. The hotel seemed quite full for some of the time of our stay, so there was an amount of noise from other guests. but nothing that was overly loud or that caused us annoyance as we were trying to sleep. Unfortunately during our stay the WC sprang a leak about 11pm (these things sometimes happen) but a call to the front desk resulted in immediate attendance and a fix. I couldn't really ask for better service! The breakfast provided was perfectly good, with a cold continental selection available. The coffee was freshly brewed and well-made. The impression I received from the staff was of a genuine desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible - we'll definitely look at staying at the Comfort Inn next time we pass through Chatham.
