"Close to the Air Zoo and shopping"
The room was way too warm. We could not determine how to monitor the heat, so opened the window. But a train kept going by and was just too noisy. The Air conditioner was way too noisy as well. We did not get any sleep.Avis véridique Hotels.com

The Hotel condition was no better then a low budget motel. Pool was not pleasant to look at along with the rusty surface drinking fountain. Paint peeling the bathroom walls. Dirty carpets through-out. Asked for additional blanket, night crew only had one available and it had cigarette burn on it. "first stay with my family in quality inn"
The room okay, I am happy with it. the swimming pool really dirty looking on the bottom. on the hall way, i can smell some one smoking marijuana. so I don't thing I am going back there. For just twenty dollar more I rather stay in holiday inn.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Convenient location, but beware of "room odors"!!"
One of the reasons I chose this hotel to stay at was because it was right off of I-94, all the rooms were stated to be non-smoking, and every room had a microwave and refridge, according to the descriptions of what the hotel had to offer. Unfortunately, when I walked into my room, there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke. The bathroom smelled the […] worst. I turned the air on, and it had a musty odor, as well. It did, however, have the refridge and microwave, which I needed. I could not deal with the odor, so I asked for another room. The second room was fine from an odor standpoint. There was no smoke smell, but there was not a microwave or refridge. Basically, for the price I paid I was disappointed in the room, and the smell, and lack of amenities that it stated that all rooms had. "Very nice family or travel team hotel."
They made every attempt to accommodate our team.. Even the families that were not staying there..they opened the pool and allowed us to have a pizza party in the breakfast room. For sleeping, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel quieted down very quickly. Breakfast was a treat with fresh waffles and fruit..the pillows were NOT trebly comfortable. "OK, but probably won't stay again"
The service was fine but the doorknob in the bathroom was faulty and I nearly got locked in. The flip lock on the entrance door did not have the ball on the door so it was worthless. "Not as close to WMU campus as stated"
Hotel staff was not friendly. Had to call 2 times to have them open door after hours. Person answer phone hung up on us twice stating only "were all booked!" "Quality Inn Kalamazoo Michigan"
The Hotel seemed alot older then we expected. The rooms were pretty spacious and clean.All the employees were quite pleasant. We asked for special request for our room location due to my wifes health and they made every effort to accomodate our request. All was expected for the price of the room. The service was good. The cleaning lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful. The only concern which was small, was the breakfast could have been better and the exercise room was a lot smaller than expected. But overall, we were very satisfied.Avis véridique Hotels.com

Room was clean and updated, breakfast was decent. I was pleased with what I got in a 2 star hotel. It seems they were having trouble with room key cards - they had to hook up a computer to get our doors open after breakfast - and we talked to another couple staying across the hall that had key problems too.
