Hôtel très bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport (5 mns) Idéal pour une nuit ou deux avant de reprendre l'avion. Petit resto juste à côté de l'hôtel histoire de manger un bout avant d'aller dormir sinon possibilité de se faire livrer. Pdj simple mais suffisant par rapport au prix de la chambre

Hôtel de qualité moyenne (supérieure). Personnel avenant. Le seul défaut est que les coursives qui desservent les chambres sont en extérieur : Attention en plein hiver, c'est glacial !!!

Hôtel à très bon prix à un emplacement centre avec parking gratuit dans une ville assez dangereuse

"This was a disappointment"
These hotels are usually excellent. This one was difficult to find and the staff seemed more interested in talking to one another than assisting their guests with the exception of the young man who immediately changed a burnt our bulb in our room. I left a top in the closet and called to ask them to put it aside as I would pick it up. They switched […] me to the maid's office where I left a message which said they would get back to me; they never bothered. Somehow I had already felt I'd never see the top again. "Great Place - Right Cost"
Hotels are made or busted by the staff. EVERYONE associated with this hotel was first-rate: pleasant, helpful, took care of their business and courteous.Rating could have gone above 5 (not possible in survey). My stay included free breakfasts, both mornings I was charged for breakfasts and had to go get it removed from my bill. Very friendly front desk service, nice bistro area for breakfast and drinks. Pool was rather small. Good room & TV. On checkout, they tried to charge us tax for our hotel nights, even though we had paid in full thru hotels.com. My family always stays here when visiting family in Detroit. Disappointed that after checking in at 1:30 am my grandkids could not return to swim after church. Stay went well! The complimentary newspapers and internet-use computers in the lobby area were quite nice. Room was adequate size and clean. The surrounding area was also nice. The outside courtyard in the middle of the complex was a nice option, weather providing of course. The Bistro eatery has a limited menu selection, but for it's size, is understandable. […] Prices are a bit higher, but the quality is quite good. I had breakfast there as well as a delicious chicken noodle soup the night before. I checked in the hotel around 6pm, I returned from my evening around 1am. When I woke up in the morning my car had been towed from one section of the hotel parking lot to the other. I confronted management about the issue. I was told that she had to make a game time decision to tow about a dozen cars, due to resurfacing the parking lot. We have stayed at many courtyards and this was by far the most disappointing. Service was not friendly at all. Our room was to have a crib set up and a be a suite and was not. The crib was then dropped off which was just a pack and play and the bedding was just throwen at us did not look fresh at all. Was not overly impressed by this courtyard.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Recent Stay"
I have no complaints just praise regarding the room and hotel accommodations. Although I was disappointed with the internet connection. My company operates with all Apple Macintosh products. I was not able to get a connection even after being patient and trying a variety of things for over a half hour and just ran out of time and had to get to a meeting.
