Hotel vieillot mais relativement propre. Personnel agréable à la disposition des clients. Emplacement idéal à promité des différentes lignes de métro , de la Vème avenue, de Times SQuare. Pensez à réclamer des serviettes de bain qui sont distribuées au nombre de brosse à dents présenté dans la salle de bain.

Hôtel agréable, petit déjeuner servit de 6h30 à 9h30 correcte (ne pas arriver trop tard), station de métro ( 39 Av ) à 3min à pieds qui vous mène en 9min à la 5ème Avenue. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée.

Très satisfaisant pour l'hôtel et ses prestations. Seul bémol : la durée des trajets en bus vers Manhattan ...

A Rye, l'établissement Courtyard by Marriott Rye se trouve en banlieue, tout près de Rye Playland. Les sites Donald M Kendall Sculpture Gardens et Manhattanville College se trouvent également à proximité.

Prix parfaitement en rapport avec les prestations, pas un hotel deluxe mais un bonne isolation sonore ( importante compte tenu de la proximité de la I95 ), une cafet agréablepour manger sur le pouce ou pour le petit dejeuner ( pas pour un vrai repas cependant ) et une deco agréable et assez moderne.
I encountered three different front desk clerks. Two of the clerks were very pleasant and helpful with suggestions to my questions. The clerk that check me in was not freindly at all. Her body language made me feel like I was getting on her nerves when I asked questions. She did not smile or did she give me a friendly welcome. "The Courtyard Marriott - Rye New York"
The room rate is reflective of the hotel, in that it is very basic. Hotel restaurant is very limited and consequently, so is In-Room dining. No in-house movies. On the up-side, the staff were friendly, though not particularly knowledgeable of their industry. I have come to expect better amenities from a "Marriott" - but you get what you pay for.

The hotel had been remodeled since our last stay. Disappointed that breakfast was not included in price of stay. The remodel atmosphere is less welcoming. However, our stay was satisfactory and convenient for our needs.

Great spot, highly recommend. My wife, I and two kids ages 12 and 8 stayed here on our way to NYC for the St. Patrick Day parade. Conveniently located right off 95. "Courtyard by Marriott Rye-Gorgeous clean hotel!"
Staff was amazing, very accommodating. Clean large lobby with many amenities. Room was large, HD TV, large 42" screen, wow! Well designed bathroom. I'd stay here again in an instant! For those of you who have to stay in the Westchester, NY area, this is a great find!

The Courtyard Marriott in Rye New York met all my expectations. The staff was very helpful in answering questions concerning local train stops, and things to do while in the area that met OUR need-not just things THEY would want to do! Close to highway. Stylish entrance with touch screen TV / Computer. Rooms are also stylish with a comfortable bed, colorful couch and tasteful wall decor. Highly recommended. Helpful staff.

well situated, right off 287/95. Room comfortable if a little small. Fridge & large flatscreen in room. Ice machines WORK! Didn't get a chance to use the pool, overall, a nice stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was cooked to order which surprised me and is excellent. So often these are food bars. Fresh and hot food was a nice change for this chain. Staff knew the area, gave good directions and were generally pleasant and available.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable however, I would have preferred better pillows. These ones were too soft! The vanity needs better lighting, was hard to see when shaving. Overall, it was perfect for us. We have family in Mamaroneck and this is the closest hotel. Also, nice and close to the main highways (95 and 287). We will definitely […] stay here again. This is our third stay at this hotel. My wife and I are pleased with the check-in process. We have used it as a launching point for sight-seeing in Westchester County and points north because of its proximity to interstate highways. Everything is clean, the staff is friendly and courteous.

Lobby is clean and friendly. Front desk clerks are very attentive. However, when I entered the room, I couldn't find the hair dryer, which was handing in the closet. The bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner were also hiding . . . behind the shower curtain. The toilet was NOT sparkling clean, but had something growing in it! The beds were comfortable […] and roomy. "Nothing wry in Rye"
A very good hotel; well kept, well staffed, and well priced. The female employee at the front desk who received us was friendly and very accomodating. We came in late so the dining area was closed. She not only got is in touch with a good pizza place that delivered at 1:15AM (it was 20 degrees outside), but she went to the kitchen and brought us out […] plates and utinsels and turned on the lights for the dining area. I felt like we were home with family. The room was clean and inviting. The bed extremely comfortable. "Hotel was good for the price"
The only problem we had was when we first checked in. We opened our room and another guest was actually in that same room. They did give us another room and everything was fine.
"Nice place, but if you are a vegetarian bring food"
Staff were efficient and friendly. Not much to eat there however other than snacky food, no room service, and nearly nothing other than lame-o salad if you are vegetarian. I was working in the evening to prep for my meetings the next day and was a bit disappointed by this as I didnt' have time to go out somewhere for dinner. Hotel was very nice.
The 4th floor hallway smelled musty or moldy the bar in the lobby looked good on-line but the bar was in the lobby no seperation from the front desk bar service sucked food was horrible they call it a bistro it was fast food and I was rushed all they wanted to do was close. I will not be back if you are looking for me i'll be in the Marriott Stamford […] that is a nice hotel with good food and a great bar. Lisez la suite

The hotel staff was very professional. We could not get to the hotel for our 1st night and they helped with finding us another hotel close to where we were. The hotel manager the next day was very helpful finding direction and answering all of our questions. The bed was wonderful and the room clean and spacious. I would stay again if traveling in NY […] City. It is a convenient train ride to the city, Yankee Stadium and right off the highway for driving. Beautiful old area. "Staff makes the difference"
Great, friendly, helpful staff. Nice hotel right off Rt95 but rooms were still quiet. Clean, convenient breakfast in the lobby, what's not to like? Great value. PS: Train to NY nearby. 40 min to Grand Central. Leave the car behind.
