Proche de l'aéroport, facile de se rendre au centre-ville (mais compter 45 minutes), piscine et spa gratuits, chambres très correctes, personnel aimable

Petit hôtel bien situé, service accueillant, très propre & bien logé. Je recommande cet hôtel même pour des hommes d'affaires. Le seul inconvénient, j'ai trouvé le coût du déjeuner un peu élevé....mais pour le reste, une note de 4 sur 5 pour le reste.

Wow. Quel service impecable. Recommande cet hôtel à tous. Il s'agissait de ma première expérience avec hotel.com et je ne le regrette pas. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de cet hôtel et je n'ai que de bon commentaire sur la nourriture également. Close to airport and where the conference was that I was attending

and the price was right too!

We were only in the hotel from midnight to 6 am as we had to catch our connecting flight. Shuttle service was good except they couldn't accomodate everyone on the 630 shuttle so maybe they need two busses at that time. Hotel room was fine for our needs.

when we entered our room and immediately noticed a strong smell of body odor. i made coffee, hoping it would overpower the smell. it did, a bit... the connecting room next door made it easy for us to hear everything our neighbor was doing. after trying to nap unsuccessfully for an hour, i finally had enough and called the front desk to ask if we could […] get a different room, less noisy and less stinky. he was very kind and moved us to a room on the first floor that was not an adjoining room and therefore quieter. that was good. we ordered two chicken tenders meals from the on site restaurant, and took it back to our room to eat. when we opened up the packages, we found that they'd given us two orders of grilled cheese sandwiches, instead of chicken tenders. so annoying as we were already slightly put off by the hotel and quite hungry. finally, we were looking forward to a swim and some time in the whirlpool, but the whirlpool was out of order. on a positive note, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. we will not return for another stay. There was an exposed switch in our room and I was afraid my daughter (less than 2 years old) would get elcrtrofied by it. We called the maintenance, but he just covered it with a duct tape!!! The room was also cold (unit heater is not heating) and we all got sick overnight. No ventilation in the washroom and they claim it is central, but it is very […] weak. Hotel was clean and convenient for our needs. We flew out of Toronto, Canada. Front desk were helpful and friendly.

We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport; you can see terminal three across the street. The lobby is quite nice and the food was good. The rooms were fine; nothing special but okay for one night.

The room was clean enough though quite small. The beds need to be replaced, poor support. We did not sleep well because of this.

Very disapointed pool was closed down and we bought bathing suits just to go swimming. So other than that elavators one was shut down so it took longer to get up and down to our room . Bank machine was out of order.

Great central location for sleep, park and fly, with shuttle to all airport terminals included. Clean and comfortable and great, courteous staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Check in OK, room a bit small and outdated. Not enought hot water for a shower, some maintenance issues in the bathroom. Decent breakfast, wifi signal poor. OK for a night but no more.

We were in need of a full service hotel close to the airport where we could park and have transport to and from the airport. Four Points Sheraton was clean, well priced and exactly what we wanted. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely, without hesitation, recommend it and stay there again.

The food was good, fish & chips, french onion soup, ceaser salad but the pizza was bad.

Hotel is not too bad. Pool is good. When requesting the amenities available that was offered in the room, the housekeeping staff had no idea that such things were offered and were rude to deal with. Restaurant is over priced but the staff at the front desk are good to deal with. Also the beds were not comfortable at all and $178.00 + parking was a little […] over the top for my family and I. I would only recommend this hotel as a last resort when for the same money in Niagara Falls you get the same quality of hotel with breakfast, great dinner, and shuttle service to and from a magic show. Not a good stay for a family with kids and on a budget but if your staying over from the airport and have lots of money and only care about sleeping, then this place is for you. We were flying out of Toronto Airport at 6am so decided to stay over at the Sheraton in the Airport. I assumed the Sheraton Airport was the one in Terminal 3 but if you plan on staying within the airport you need to stay at the Sheraton Gateway. Quite confusing. The hotel itself was fine, I have not complaints with it as a hotel. Nor with the service […] we did receive. The drive to the airport was only 5 minutes and the shuttle runs every 1/2 hour. But when you think you can just leave the hotel and walk across a bridge to your check-in, it was a little disappointing. Lisez la suite

The staff is friendly and helpful at this hotel and it provides frequent airport shuttle. It was fine for the 5 hours of sleep between long international flights, but I wouldn't stay here again, and definitely not for more than one night.

Only one problem with this place - NOBODY KNOWS WHERE IT IS! and it has sister hotels, so if you ask a taxi to go to 4 points they will take you to another (more well known) older one, way downtown Toronto TIP: Make note of the address, ask for directions by the address, NOT by the name of the hotel. The hotel shuttle driver was particularly helpful, ensuring I got to the rental car company & that someone was there to help me.

The hotel itself was completely fine but we waited over an hour at the airport for the shuttle. I called at 9PM and was told the shuttle would be there in 20-25 minutes. It was 3 phone calls later and 10:05PM when the shuttle finally arrived. If we had know it was going to take that long we would have taken a cab for the 5 minute ride that it was to […] the hotel. The Four Pointsby Sheraton at the Toronto airport is a nice hotel. We had a short 1/2 night stay before flying out. Staff are friendly and the room we had, despite the hotels convenient location relative to the airport was quiet. Like most hotels, the workout room is an afterthought. We book thru Hotel.ca by phone. I told the operator exactly what I needed and she fixed me up with everything including parking for the week we were away. Check in was easy lots of parking and the shuttle to the airport ran 24 hours and made getting to the airport a breeze. The hotel room was comfy and very clean. Very happy with this stay.

there was a guy working the desk in the AM named Frank or Fred.. anyways he was the best customer service I had in awhile. Sometimes the little things like this make it a good experience. This hotel was awesome, I will stay again. Four Points... hats off, very nice stay, loved the pool, sauna and weight room. thank you.
