The grounds were beautiful and the parking lot clean, but I was really disappointed with the room. The carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed and the bathroom was in very sore need of remodeling-tile needed replaced, especially along the floor where the grout was crumbling and laying in a small pile behind the bathroom door close to the door jamb […] and floor. The pillows were awful. And when we inquired about extra were told they were all out. We ended up buying some for the night.

Outside the hotel looked very nice. Inside, the toilet was not flushed; there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom and only one clean one ready to use; the TV did not work. When I spoke to the person at the desk, she her only response was to bring new towels to the room.

Had a very good location, very polite staff, and made the stay comfortable. Wife didn't like that the beds did not have fitted sheets, made for sheets that were all over the place! This and spotty internet connection that I wanted to primarily get my school work done would be the two biggest letdowns of our stay. I would get done with some of my work […] and it would lose the connection, thus losing what I had done so far, there was no pattern of when it would lose connection so I finally gave up and had to wait for the weekend to end and finish at school! the pillows were sizes of pancakes and floor was clean but felt gross

Not only was the hotel so conveniently close to the airport, the room was clean, and I felt like I got great a great deal for the amount I paid. The best part of the hotel, by far, was the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in all aspects of my stay. While we understood that the room rate was low comparatively, it does not mean that the room should be uncomfortable or inadequate or unclean and that's what it was. The room was freezing and the heating system was not able to provide enough heat, even after going all day and night, to make it comfortable. Extra blankets were required. The seat cushions […] on the chairs were all stained, the carpeting was stained and there was a ceiling problem in the bathroom. The t.v. remote was missing and could not be replaced. Not one of the listed channels came in on our television, there was mold growing on the laminated piece of paper listing guest services and hair in the bathrub. The woman at the front desk stated she was new and didn't know what to do so we weren't moved to another room and also the sheets did not fit the bed and were falling off all night long.

Excellent staff and extremely affordable and convenient because it is so close to the airport. We are from Canada and would have paid almost $100 to park our car at the airport so it made way more sense to stay at the hotel, have a shuttle and breakfast included for the same price. We were also way less rushed too!

The first room we went to still had a racing stripe ON the toilet seat, and as there was no one around to clean it at 11pm, we were moved to a different room. The second room had a faulty heater. Since it was 20 degrees outside, I don't think the room temperature got above 50 all night. We didn't want to pack up and move rooms again since we had to […] catch a plane in 5 hours, so we had to tough it out. Next morning I told the same lady who moved us the first time that the heater didn't work and she said ''Oh, I'm sorry about that." Not impressive Lisez la suite

Get what you pay for, which is a decent amount. Nice location for campus access, pool, clean room, working faucets, TV with HBO, and WiFi. Course the bed isn't plush, but is acceptable for a night or two, the WiFi isn't fast, but is acceptable for e-mail but not Netflix, provided soaps/shampoos dry you out, but they are provided. So all in all, if you're […] on a budget and want to be close to the campus (read walking distance), this place is great. This motel was less then clean, housekeeping staff could use a lesson is cleaning. Will not stay again nor recommend this location.

Price would be the only reason I return.

I have never seen such filth at any other Econolodge.We have stayed at several other Econolodge over the U,S.I wasn't nervous about booking a room over the phone.When we reached our room it was full of animal fur,dirt all over pubic hair in the sheets.I will never make the same mistake again.

Even after arranging and paying for this service ten days in advance and calling from the Denver airport to alert them that our plane was on time...we waited in the windy cold for an hour and a half because the taxi service they used said he "couldn't find us" We were right out in front of the Spokane airport-ridiculous. Price was right, but unit was poorly maintained and not too clean.

The room and service were adequate for a night's stay. Breakfast was available for those guests leaving at 4 am for an early morning flight. Best reason to stay here is the hotel's parking lot as it is an affordable way to store the car while traveling. Hotel was also willing to pick me up at 12 am upon my return. For the price it was near airport- shuttle service needs to be reserved beforehand if coming in late. No restaurant near by except for Mexican - it was OK Breakfast was more than I expected- very nice

We attended a seminar in Spokane and stayed the night at the Econo Lodge Inn in Spokane. I was a little concerned because it was very important that we get a good night's sleep and I had never stayed there before. What a relief! Great place to stay on a budget. Pool was freezing but it was after eight. Would recommend.

My room was cozy and my bed was clean. Bathroom wasn't super clean as I had hair in my shower, and the room was really dusty. But for a stop over and a safe place to sleep, not bad. Breakfast was good and easy. Night Staff was really friendly. I would stay again.

I stayed here because I was arriving around midnight on a flight from out of state and was renting a car to drive south in the morning. I wanted something inexpensive for me to just go and sleep. I was very nervous about staying here alone. The carpet was covered in stains and smelled disgusting. The blanket was shabby and looked to be about 30 years […] old. It was disgusting. I would have expected my money a night would have given me something more than the feel of a motel by the hour type of joint. Apparently in Spokane this is what you get. I also learned that two cars were broken into over the night. I'm glad I waited until morning to rent my car!! I would not stay here again. This was supposed to be a queen bed room but instead it must have been a regular size very worn out bed. Very unconfortable

The pool was ice cold and run down. The continental breakfast area was terrible,5 tables and over 100 people trying to eat. It looked like door had been painted and was hard to open in room.

It was ok, what you'd expect for the price except that the air conditioner was so horrendously loud that we had to turn it off to be able to sleep... but then would have to turn it back on because it was 90 degrees outside. Not sure if all the ACs are like this in the hotel or just the one in room 215.

The clerk and hotel shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful.

our room was up stairs, and no elevator, I have bad knees and asked if we could move down to the main floor, she said yes for more money. They were not full by no means. Also the maids were all on break by the entrance to the office and all three were smoking, choke to death. Not a good situation.

All though the beds were ok ,,they could of been softer,but overall a very quiet place to stay. The pool on the other hand could of been at pool temp.

The hotel appears to have been recently remodeled and is in very nice condition. The staff were very nice. Electrical outlets in the room were hidden and some not working. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan which was bothersome. The only real detractors to the stay were that the guest computer was not working and the morning breakfast was VERY […] lacking. Dirty, falling apart, bugs in the room, pubic hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, totally disgusting

Looking in the dark for the place was difficult. The roads to get there are confusing. Overall very friendly staff, very helpful. The room itself was great (my hubby wished the beds were softer). There was plenty of space for all of us. The bathroom was not very well ventilated and had lots of mold spots on the ceiling.

It was not that great. The free Breakfast was not good at all.

It was easy to find, and our girls enjoyed the svimmingpool:)

This was a very pleasant stay. The room was more than adequate though I missed a refrigerator. The clerk was very pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again, definately. No complaints

This is an older hotel but is very well maintained, clean and the room was big with all everything needed. The price can not be beat for all this hotel has to offer. We will definetely stay there again when in the area.
