prix imbattable ! les prestations sont correctes ( piscine bien que fermée à 21 heures , lits corrects, petit déjeuner offert ( même si pas trop de choix) . Micro onde et frigo. ( même si l'état état moyen) Serviettes en nombre insuffisant. en bref , pour le prix , je conseille.

hotel très moyen mais compte tenu du prix pour une nuit, on ne peut pas s'attendre au grand luxe. C'est parfait pour une nuit si on est limité sur le budget. La chambre est viellote mais propre

Chambre petite avec vielle décoration. Acceuil limite, juste ce qu'il faut pour paraître un peu aimable. Hotel simple, tres correct pour son prix. Pas le grand luxe, mais pas cher. Propre, bien situe, pres du ghost town de Calico. Tres bien pour une etape d'une nuit. Ne pas arriver aux heures de pointes au petit-dej car seulement 2 tables. Attention toutefois, quelques pots de beurre individuels etaient deja ouverts.. hôtel bon rapport qualité prix juste un problème, nous avons reservé une chambre pour 3 adultes et 2 enfants, il n'y avait que 2 lits queen bed et pas de petit lit supplémentaire nous avons été obligé de dormir à trois dans un lit!!!

L'hôtel est bien placé proche des commerces et des restaurants (attention, nous sommes aux USA et donc pas censés nous promener à pied, même pour aller au fast-food d'à sôté !), ainsi que de la ville-fantôme de Calico. Idéal pour une étape d'une nuit entre Las Vegas et Los Angeles (ou inversement). La décoration manque de finition (pas de plinthes, […] porte fermant de travers et laissant voir la lumière du couloir toute la nuit), mais la literie est très confortable, comme toujours, et le tarif plus que bon marché. Serviettes sentant une odeur de tabac, fermeture porte de la chambre HS, accès internet en panne, manque linge toilette. Bilan très mitigé.

On a séjourné dans cet hotel une seule nuit car c'était une étape et on voulait visité Calico (ville fantome): il est juste convenable mais le rapport qualité prix est imbattable, il y avait quand meme la piscine et c'est essentiel car on a besoin de se rafraichir dans cette partie de la californie.

hotel correct/propre plus tout jeune, situé dans une zone peu interessante, nuit calme pas de bruit, facile d'accès depuis l'autoroute, que demandez de plus à un hotel pour une nuit/etape, à noter dans la chambre un très bon café rare aux USA, petit déjeuner correct sans plus,

Motel de base. Intéressant si tarif obtenu avantageux. Etape intéressante suivant le parcours. Magasins OUTLET connus à Barstow. Hotel à proximité route 66, un petit côté "perdu" qui ne manque pas de charme. A la limite du désert, avec quelques néons et quelques cocotiers,... en bordure de l'auto-route. Donne un côté sympa au final.

I found a big cockroach, in the tub. the next morming. Very Disgusting!! although the staff is good.

If you want a breakfast of bran flakes and maybe some milk you are in the right motel. I will try another motel in Bartow on my next trip.

it was good for the price. was a chemical odor in the room as i had previously read on a review. just slept, showered, and continued the trip to vegas.

This hotel is fine for a short night if you just want some rest. It was clean, friendly staff and a quiet night.

This was not the cleanest hotel I have been to but it did the job of being a place to rest for the nite. The grout in the bathroom was kind of messed up an the walls were dirty in numerous places we have a 1year old son and 5month baby so it was convient we brought his playpen so he was not roaming around in the room. The desk people were great, they had my room key all ready by the time I got there. The room was clean, there was a microwave and a refrigerator. The tv was older but worked fine. The sheets were so soft and the bed very comfortable. Would advise requesting a room on the north side of the hotel as the freeway was a bit noisy on the south side. Not enough towels in the room.

Saw and busted roches in the wall.

Better than I expected for such a low price. Even had a mini fridge and microwave. Tons of fast food restaurants within walking or short driving distance for breakfast if you miss their continental one, as we did.

Used this hotel twice in the past week because of the price and location, which was half way to and from my destination. It was cheap, and you get what you pay for. The blankets had holes in them, the light fixtures were either falling apart or broken. The first night the room was marginally acceptable, which is why I stayed the second night on my return. […] That was a mistake. The room they put me in was dirty, the fridge didn't work, and the cover plate to the air conditioner was missing and the inside was filthy, blowing dirt and dust. I asked to be moved to another room. That one was worse. More holes in the blankets, the stopper in the sink didn't work, and the sink was leaking. The toilet didn't flush properly and had to be flushed several times. I would spend the extra money next time and stay somewhere else. Lisez la suite

This place is just off the main drag and near I-15. Restaurants are walking distance. Great price. The only negative is that the breakfast area is tiny. You'll probably want to eat out.

This is a decent stopover hotel, very near I-40. It is pretty utilitarian, but fine for what it is, and inexpensive. We were on the side of the hotel away from the road, and it was reasonably quiet. Everything in the room worked fine and was clean. The bed and pillows were adequate, towels better than expected. Very nice room for an older motel. They had breakfast, but was in a small place, so we went someplace else to eat as it was crowded.

stopped overnite on long road trip, the lady at front desk was nice but everything else was bad and then worse. The carpet was so dirty we had to wear our shoes all night and put them on even to go to bathroom because otherwise the bottoms of our feet were black like tar. The bedding was filthy there were obvious stains on the comforters and although […] the sheets appeared to be clean they were stained and threadbare. There were many "guests" at this hotel who were more like residents that stared at us from their windows. Watching my family and I as we swam in the pool and as we unloaded and loaded our car. Was very uncomfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was a joke. It was a pitcher of TANG passing as orange juice. Mini chocolate covered donuts in a communal bowl with no serving utensils. Very good deal

Used the Days Inn to get away from the LA traffic at night and get a jump on the next days drive. Very small breakfast. Completely ignored my room request. Nice employees though. Room was tiny, old, beat up, and dusty in some spots. Giant cob web in one corner of the room.

The Days Inn in Barstow is a great place to stop for the night! It is 1/2 way between Las Vegas and Los Angeles, and the outlets nearby are a decent distraction from the town itself. Of 6 hotels we stayed in over vacation, this was the worst. Not that it was awful, but you get what you pay for. The place is a bit rundown. The breakfast buffett was pitiful in a tiny area near the front desk. Nothing realy healthy to pick from. Room was nice enough, but the surrounding area was dismal looking. Nothing really happening here.

room very small, including the bath room. everything possible was jamed in to say it was furnished. it is a toss up which made more noise the trains or the ac. alternate solution get a tent. very dissatisfied, you get what you pay for

Had a quick overnight trip to Barstow.. Nice place for the money. Clean... They need to update those old Tube TV's and get working Irons.. But overall nice...
