L'hotel se situe un peu en dehors du centre ville mais le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment très intéressant, avec un petit-déjeuner inclus qui n'est pas exceptionnel mais qui propose quand même pas mal de choix. De plus, comparé à d'autres hotels du centre ville la confort et l'état de la chambre sont bien meilleurs.

En plein centre ville, à proximité de la Picadilly Station, station de bus où convergent les bus de/vers toutes les déstinations (Manchester city, Stockport, Buxton, l'aéroport, etc.), mais aussi de la marie, et du fameux Printworks, lieu de sortie favoris des mancuniens le samedi soir, cet hotel, calme, spacieux et propre a su fusionner praticité et confort. Seul point faible, son prix un peu élevé, mais la qualité de service est là (grandes chambres, petit déjeuner de qualité, salle de sport en accès libre, etc.). De notre côté, on gardera l'adresse. Nous y sommes allés à l'occasion du marché de noël, un moment vraiment idéal pour découvrir cette ville qui y est particulièrement animée à cette période. Petite astuce : si vous cherchez l'entrée et que vous avez à demander votre chemin, trouvez la porte de chinatown, c'est juste en face ;)

Hôtel confortable, les chambres sont spacieuses avec une bonne literie ! Proche du centre ville

"Ideally located just off M62"

"Quiet location"

"Nice hotel convenient for M62"
We stayed here while visiting family, so for us it was just a place to sleep. However it was very nice. Convenient for the M62 so would suit business travellers. There were several parties going on during our stay but we couldn't hear any noise. Enjoyed the stay after a difficult working day and driving through a 4 hr storm. The reception staff were warm and welcoming. A generous deep dreamy bath and some complimentary tea were most appreciated. The Iron could be better in Room 202 and the shower in the morning wasn't very powerful. "Nice hotel with easy access to motorway"
Stayed here for a couple nights and was pleasantly surprised. Room was large and very clean. Good size TV in the room with HD channels. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet at night. The only reason I didn't give this hotel a 5 all around was because of the cost of the wifi, £5 for 4 hours or something like £15 for a day - No idea how they justify […] these prices. This hotel is great if you want to travel around the M62 area but dont want to stay in a town centre. Food in the restaurant was lovely and the gym and pool are great. The rooms were spotless and the staff very helpful. If i had one bad thing to say about it it would be that you have to pay for wi-fi access, you can get this free in most hotels now […] . This hotel is a decent quality functional hotel. Service was very good and room was clean and comfortable. However, it took 30 mins longer than it should have to find it as Sat Nav took us through a small village and then got us lost! "Holiday Inn in Brighouse"
The hotel room we had was old and tired. The TV only had 5 anaolgue channels plus one sky channel - no freeview or digital. We had a cup of tea (2 people and a biscuit each) in the lounge and they wacked on a 10% service charge and it cost £8.50! On arrival I had to give my address again as they had my name listed against a different address, and on […] departure we were asked to pay for the room despite having paid in full in advance at the time of the booking. We thought we'd booked a room with breakfast, the hotel said breakfast would be £9.50 each extra or £13.50 each if we just turned up for it the following day. How do they justify the prices? The staff were completely unconcerned about asking us to pay again and didn't even apologise. Awful place although Brighouse is great.
