A good 20 minute walk to the city center. A little hard to figure out the parking garage. Room was not properly cleaned.

This hotel was walking distance from the main train station and S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines were each a couple blocks away. It offered free wifi only in the lobby. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, even with travel questions, explaining Munich's transport system. The American in me was pleased with the provision of washcloths and supplies. I was more than pleased with our stay in this hotel. The room (studio) was big and very clean, beds were very comfortable and we had a big balcony. I can highly recommend this hotel for everyone who is visiting Munich!

If you're going to Oktoberfest, this is a fantastic hotel. The hotel is clean and nice, though the bathroom is small. The location can't be beat for Oktoberfest. You basically walk out the hotel and you're right there at the Theresienweise. It's also a walkable distance from the train station and the S-Bahn station that brings you to the airport. While […] we did walk to the Marienplatz from this hotel, it was a bit long and we decided to take the U-Bahn back to the hotel. The room is not luxurious, but it was certainly clean which is more important to me. The only downside was that there were no drinks in the fridge. This is a decent facility with courteous staff. However, please be careful about staying at this hotel if you have dietary restrictions. The hotel restaurant and bar offers no choices for guests with vegetarian-only food requirements. The hotel staff could not offer any option except to offer french fries and bread. It was a lovely stay, staff could not do enough to help us. However, a very expensive breakfast on offer. We twice found our room to have not been cleaned, but the cleaners did put a do not disturb sign on the door, seemingly because they thought if they put it there, they could get out of cleaning the room. Disappointing. A few small details missing […] too, light bulbs in bathroom didn't work, they kept leaving our windows open despite asking them not too and having the air con on, which was a waste really. I really hated the location of this hotel, anything to the right of the main train station is ghetto, and it's on the opposite side of the main old town area. It's far away from everything, even if you want to take the subway, it's at least 10 minutes walk from the closet station. The bathroom is small, they didn't replace shampoo, conditioner and soap […] 3 nights in the row, we had to go to the front desk to ask for it. The cover of the toilette paper holder is moldy. I will not stay there again, and I have to think very carefully about staying at another four points. This hotel worked out very well for us and we were very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel,. The staff was excellent: helpful, informative, friendly. The room was very nice: clean, everything worked, comfortable. The hotel is not far from the train to the main city "platz" and even within walking distance on nice day. Very clean hotel with friendly staff.

Pleasant room - very quiet and VERY large. 2 beds (to be expected) but a living room area and kitchenette - not expected! Breakfast was quite good as well.

We loved everything about this hotel: location convenience, décor, perfect service and cleanliness satisfying the highest standards. Our room was large and generously furnished with new and comfortable items. The designers thought about everything, including the light that automatically switches on when you open the wardrobe. Very nice clean rooms, friendly staff. We got an upgrade to a room with kitchen, but all cupboards were locked, no key in sight. Breakfast buffet was expensive (€19), and it was hard to find anywhere nearby to source other food/ drink. Bar closed at 11pm on Friday. 15min walk to train station and city centre.

It does advise that parking is €15 per night on hotels.com website, this is in correct, we were surprised that the hotel validated our parking ticket and demanded €20 for a 14 hour period. You can park on the road outside of the hotel for free on Sundays. The hotel is approx 15 to 20 minutes walk to the city centre however there are tram/train stops […] nearby if you don't fancy the walk. Hotel clean but bar is very expensive. We arrived on Good Friday, there were no shops open so we bought 2 bottles of water from the bar which came to an extortionate €9. Other than that, no complaints. Lisez la suite

Simple, good price, good location. Extremely close to Octoberfest location and Augustiner brewery. Very short walk to train station, short walk to Marienplatz. A couple very small nits below, but otherwise a place I would recommend. TV didn't work in first room, had to be moved to another room. I wasn't planning to watch TV but you need to use the […] TV menu to get activate WiFi for the room. Each room has a single main switch that shuts off all electricity to the room. Very nice hotel. Very clean and the people extremely nice. Only issue was the shower. Water would be hot, then turn cold, then back to hot.

The hotel staff was pleasent and helpfull however the room was sub standard, the towels were thread bare, holes in the sheets and water temps were not regulated. Not a 4 star. The location was perfect for Oktobre fest. Bring your own pillows.

Die Nähe zur Innenstadt und Theresienwiese ist sehr angenehm, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind schnell erreicht. Das Zimmer war ansprechend und sauber. Freundlicher Empfang und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir waren zufrieden

Das Hotel hat zum Teil wenig qualifiziertes Personal. Safe war nicht nutzbar. Zimmerservice hatte leere Sektflasche und Gläser stehen lassen. Beim Frühstück waren zum Teil die Nebentische nicht abgeräumt aber unser Tisch am Ende der Frühstücksperiode ohne Nachfrage geräumt. Hotel hat öffentlichen Parkplatz der sehr teuer war. Das Internet ist viel zu teuer, zwischen 15 Euro und 20 Eoro am Tag!! Ausserdem sind zwei langsame Lifte für diese Grösse von Hotel ungenügend! Kleine Details, aber ist mir einfach aufgefallen!

Der Service war sehr gut und soweit alles in Ordnung. Ärgerlich sind die hohen Internetgebühren. Freies Internet gibt es nur in der Lobby. Der Fitnessraum ist ein wenig klein.

Oikein viihtyisä ja siisti hotelli lähellä kaupungin keskustaa. Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä Theresienwiese metropysäkkiä (U4/U5), joka kannattaa valita mikäli hotelliin ei saavu taksilla. Loitava sijainti mikäli vierailet Octoberfestillä! Hotelli pyrkii ekologisuuteen, joten luopumalla päivittäisestä huonesiivouksesta "tienaat" käyttörahaa / pv. Sen […] voit käyttää hotellin palveluihin, kuten aamiaiseen tai aulabaarin tarjottaviin. Aulassa sijaitsee myös kaksi tietokonetta, joiden nettiä voi käyttää veloituksetta 4h/pv vastaanotosta saatavan koodilappusen avulla. Hotellin aamiainen oli erittäin kallis. Kävimme siellä vain kerran ja maksoimme sen puoliksi saamillamme green-seteleillä. Aamupala oli kyllä todella kattava ja maukas, mutta ei mielestäni kuitenkaan aivan noin kahden kympin arvoinen, ottaen huomioon lähellä sijaitsevat runsaat leipomot. Hotellin läheltä löytyy leipomo, kannattaa kysyä vastaanotosta kävelyohjeet! Kokonaisuudessaan hotelli oli positiivinen kokemus ja voin lämpimästi suositella sitä. Hotel moderno, con buenas instalaciones, habitaciones espaciosas y limpias, cerca de la estación de U "Theresienwiese" y a unos quince minutos andando del centro.

Good value for money. Not far from the city centre by taxi and no disturbing traffic outside.Friendly staff and clean rooms. Would recommend it for everybody who doesn´t have to be in a very fancy hotel.

Kjempefint hotell med store rom (med balkong). Sentrumsnært, men stille og rolig. Supert for en helg i München. Absolutt å anbefale.

Finns dock spårvagn nära som gör det lätt att ta sig in till centrum. En his i Lobbyn skapar lite onödigt långa väntetider om man har bråttom.

Hotellet ligger i et kjøpesenter, men det er fredelig og rolig. Ligger et par kvartaler fra trafikkerte gater. Godt lydisolert rom med hensyn på naborom og omgivelser. Bra vanlig frokostbuffet (kan være tillegg i prisen). Mulig å få mat i baren ved sen ankomst. Relativt dyrt, men jeg har ikke noe å utsette på hotellet. As distancias anunciadas de 1,5km ou algo aproximado são realmente muito longas, fazendo-se necessario pegar um taxi para ir ao centro historico/comercio. A rua que leva do hotel ao centro historico/comercial tem um comercio popular demasiado com muita gente nas calçadas. Preferimos ir e vir sempre da taxi.

We've stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Frankly I'm very please that we didn't spent too much time in the rooms as they were sometimes very small. I wouldn't recommend the hotel for couples but if you're planning to head to the Oktoberfest, than this hotel is perfect as it is just around the corner where everythin happens.

Ohne Fehl und Tadel; gerne wieder. Einziger Wermutstropfen: 19 € für ein Frühstück ist etwas hoch gegriffen.

Sehr angenehme. komfortabel und sehr geräumig eingerichtete Zimmer und Bad: so richtig gut zum ausspannen. Der grosse Balkon ist auch ein schöner Vorzug dieses Hotels. Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall gerne weiter empfehlen!

Im Gesamten betrachtet ein tolles Hotel. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr um den Gast bemüht. Das Hotel liegt mitten in München, 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof und 5 Minuten von den Theresienwiesen. Straßen- und U-Bahn gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit kalten und warmen Speisen. Einziger kleiner (sehr […] klein) negativer Aspekt sind die Bauarbeiten im Bereich des Eingangsbereiches, welche aber bald abgeschlossen werden dürften.
