Excellentes prestations ; chambre claire, propre, literie de grande qualité, vue imprenable sur la ville - Le grand + piscine-salle de sport et sauna au 30ème étage (très agréables). Les - bien qu'étant au 15ème les sirènes nocturnes ont rendues la chambre un peu bruyante - l'absence de parking gratuit.

Très correct. Seule difficulté : pas de restauration ni de restaurant proche sauf un restaurant chinois très classe et très cher. A environ 1,5 km dans la zone des docks, un routier très sympa.

Joli hôtel de bon standing. Chambre plutôt spatieuse et bien entretenue (un petit bémol sur 2 choses à réparer dans la salle de bain). Ménage efficace et discret. Il est vrai que quelques fêtes à l'extérieur peuvent avoir raison des vitres fermées la nuit mais cela reste très supportable. Très bien situé, à 5 minutes de la "Gare du Nord" soit 20 minutes à pied du centre ville ou 10 en métro. Super. J'y suis restée 3 nuits (prix très intéressant via Hotels.com). Aucun regret, à refaire sans souci.

L'hôtel est propre, calme, à proximité de la gare, et à 20 minutes à pied du quartier historique. Accueil très vatiable en fonction des personnes derrière la réception. Si vous souhaitez éviter le coût élevé du parking privé de l'hôtel, il est possible de stationner dans le quartier, et même dans la rue. Quartier sécurisé, près des diamantaires. Gros […] point noir : petit-déjeuner très très moyen pour un 3 étoiles. Peu de choix, salade de fruits en conserve, pas de yaourts,... à noter les apparitions sporadiques de la très bruyante directrice, dont l'enthousiasme frénétique peut douloureusement affecter le déroulement de ce cérémonial matinal. Hôtel bien situé à proximité de la gare, du quartier des diamantaires, Rubenshuis et du Meir. Parking. Très bon accueil et service efficace (le problème de climatisation que nous avons signalé a été réglé dans la demi-heure). Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé une bonne nuit, le confort était excellent. Le seul bémol est que l'hôtel se trouve en plein centre ville et que les places de parking sont rares. Il faut donc débourser 17 euros pour avoir accès au parking de l'hôtel. Si nous devons passer un autre weekend sur Anvers, nous avons déjà trouvé l'hôtel !

Tres bon hotel à proximité de la gare et des rues commercantes.de plus nous avons eu droit à un surclassement pour le meme prix. En ce qui concerne le personnel, nous avons eu droit à un tres bon accueil aussi bien à la reception qu' au petit dejeuner ou une dame (la responsable) est venu nous demandez si nous avions des remarques et si tout se passait […] bien. "3 star hotel in every sense"
This is a real 3 star hotel, absolutely nothing more. It is clean, it is boring, a bit grey, breakfast buffet is ok, room is ok, bathroom is a bit depressing but absolutely clean but not soundproof, environment is extremely grey but you are only a 7 min walk away from the big shopping avenue. I did not get less than what I paid for so I can not be disappointed, […] if you are on a budget this hotel is fine. Now I understand why this hotel had so high reviews while the 4 and 5 star hotels have lower reviews, people who live in 3 star hotels are less cranky and don't expect much. "Renovated hotel is convenient to Central station"
Hotel is a convient walk from historic Antwerp Central station and is in the diamond district. I walked to Grote markt and Rubenhius from hotel. The Astoria had a helpful staff and a nice beverage/food stand (sodas, beer, fruit, etc). Breakfast also had a variety of choices. I would defintely stay here again.

The hotel was lovely. Stayed for one night with my OH. Room was warm and clean. Bathroom was large and very clean. Hotel is a little bit dated but its still fine. It is not placed in the center, but you can get there walking by the most famous shopping street. Breakfast has really everything. I would stay here again no doubt.

"Remodeled very nicely"
Very friendly staff and great location made for a great stay. Most mornings the manager came to the breakfast room and went from table to table to welcome guests (each in their own language) and make herself available if anyone had questions or needs. Really very welcoming! Revolving front door was always locked, so they would either buzz in or you […] use key card...made us feel more secure. "Hotel Astoria, Antwerp --- excellent small hotel"
The Hotel Astoria in Antwerp was an excellent small hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, the service was first-rate, the breakfast was very nice --- all in all, a 4 1/2 on a 5 scale for value and accommodations. (Not a five-star hotel, but it was exactly what I was hoping for ... at a very reasonable rate.)

Spent one night in Astoria. Main reasons for choosing the hotel was location, price (good breakfast and WLAN included) and recommendations. Service OK, rooms OK, location OK.. Worth its price.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of this room. It was a single King on an upper floor, with a view out over the street. The bed wasn't the most comfy, but they never are in Europe! Furnishings were newer, bathroom was nice and big, decent flat screen TV, VG wireless internet signal. Breakfast was also pleasant and plentiful in the […] mornings. Fairly convenient to the train station .... we walked with our bags. This hotel is 5 minutes walk from Antwerpen Centraal station then a further 15 - 20 minute walk from the main old town area. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast of a good standard.

The hotel is a very good tourist class place. No problems at all during the stay, efficient reception, clean and comfortable rooms and a decent/varied continental breakfast. There are no sweeping views of the town as its location is in a quiet side street between a park and the Diamond District, a 10 minute walk from the station and main shopping area […] and only a 15 minute or so walk to the Old Town. "Great value, good hotel."
My boyfriend and I stayed at Astoria for four nights and although the bathroom and decor such as the headboard and vanity in the bedroom were a little dated the bed linen, curtains, towels, tv, carpet, etc were all very nice quality and new. The hotel was very clean and all of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. They accommidated us in everything […] we requested. Astoria hotel is a great choice for Antwerp if you are on a budget and want great value. The location is not great, but good. It's about a 10 minute walk to the central rail station, and about 15-20 to the central part of the old town; you can also take metro or tram. The hotel room was reasonably sized, very clean and orderly, and everything functioned […] well; no luxuries of any kind, and certainly no view, but decent. The bathroom was quite spacious and very comfortably appointed. The hallways, however, are very dingy and depressing, badly in need of a makeover. The daily breakfast is excellent, and I found the front desk staff to be extremely helpful and courteous. We needed a slightly later check-out, and they were very accommodating, plus they were helpful with local transportation and sightseeing tips. And they all spoke very fluent English. Lisez la suite
"A great bargain in the heart of Antwerp"
We were very satisfied with everything about this hotel, except for the beds--but these were no different than most European hotels, which have not discovered soft mattresses. The breakfast was included and was terrific--everything you could want. Service was very friendly. We'd stay again.

WE just loved this hotel. Good and modern designs. Good service and friendly receptionist. We recieved a free welcome drink. The hotel is just a little walk from the train station.

Stayed 4 nights. Hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the diamond district and near the central rail station. Great staff, great breakfast buffet (included ), and on site parking is available at additional cost. Hotel is very quiet and is located on a one way street. Modern decor and recently updated.throughout. You don't need a car for anything […] as you are one block away from the subway and numerous bus routes. We were looking for a 1 night stopover location and the proximity to the train station combined with the price led us to the Hotel Astoria. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice with all expected amenity. The location was about a 10 minute walk from the train station or main shopping area and about 20 minutes from the main tourist […] area. We were looking for a few days to get away and unwind and ended up at the Astoria in Antwerp and were very glad we did. Nice staff, nice hotel and good breakfast with a decent selection. The location isn't too central but still very close to a number of good restaurants and an easy walk from the train station. We booked the Astoria for a one-night stopover having read a lot of reviews. We found the hotel excellent value. It is in the diamond area and some reviews say this is a long way from the 'city centre'. The diamond district is part of the city centre and what they mean is that it is not in the historic old town but that is only about a pleasurable […] 10-15 minutes walk away!! It is a few minutes walk from the train station so excellent if you're travelling by train. If you were travelling by car I would recommend enquiring about this ahead of your visit. The breakfast was excellent: a good selection of breads, pastries, cereals, fruits and eggs. My only negative comment would be the unavailability of free wi-fi which I consider to be standard these days but not enough of a problem to prevent me from recommending this hotel. We found free wi-fi anyway at the excellent Flemish bar/restaurant in the old town recommended to us at reception. Lisez la suite

All you would expect of a 3 star hotel. Clean, Good staff - well trained. Would have liked a restaurant in our hotel but you could use their sister hotel around the corner. A bit of a seedy area and would have preferred the Old Town. Having said that the hotel was close to train station and hundred of eating places, buses and shops.
